Yeah Laurel just wrote down names and was pointing the order of her hit list.
Rewatched the mission and **** Theresa and Laurels accents are hot. Theresa looked really cute too with her crocked helmet.
Mark Long was kind of hypocritical on the Afterbuzz show, because he was criticizing Jordan doing a flip into the water when he lost, but Mark also did a flip into the water when he lost the trivia mission on Exes.
My favorite parts from this episode:
1. CT struggling to answer the middle weight champion and then TJ getting upset that CT lost. "****it CT. You should be out." The cutest thing ever.
2. Zach's interest in Disney Princess.
3. Johnny saying Dutch...
4. Cohutta in all. "Say what???" "Which means she doesn't know who Gandhi was in general"
5. Jonna being more talkative. Her explaining her theory on the treasure riddle then figuring it out was funny and adorable.
7. TJ in all. "Omg, that was great. Did you just guess that?"
I honestly judge Cara so hard not knowing continent.
I have a conspiracy to make: do you think the reason why they didn't choose the climbing elimination for this episode (even though it was next in rotation) was because Jordan was in the draw? Since he's missing one hand Swift would have definitely had a good shot at eliminating Jordan and bring back his poppin' once again.
Swift sucks plain and simple he probably still would have lost that I don't understand your love for him
I remember PinkRose saying that this season would revolve around Nany a lot, but she's been extremely quiet so far... I think she's even quieter than she was on Rivals II. She had her fight with Camila and they showed her flirting with Cohutta in a couple of episodes, but other than that, she's been irrelevant.
The main focus this season seems to be on Laurel, Jordan, Cara and Bananas IMO. Especially Laurel, she's always getting screentime and the other girls get screentime according to whether or not they influence on Laurel's storyline. For example, Aneesa was shown a lot when she was Laurel's #1 enemy while Theresa was invisible for these episodes, now it's the opposite, Theresa is getting a lot screentime and Aneesa is invisible. Jessica had a nice amount of screentime in the early episodes, but since her fight with Jordan, she's slowly disappearing.
If you watch the episode back, TJ says they will randomly pick the order of who has to answer the questions for the challenge. Yes, it's a disadvantage to go first and yes, I agree that it should have had a better, more fair format, but it's not like they rigged it by putting certain people first.

Nany was basically irrelevant in Rivals 2. Only thing happened was Marlon and her 1 minute hook up. Nany might of not had the attention this episode but she has gotten the most throughout. Laurel's attention are just for drama. Literally they show Nany could be doing nothing and she'll still get some type of camera time. In every single clip, even when mentioning the rules they always show Nany. She's probably had the most commentary for the females this whole season so far. But Nany will be back next episode with her drama between Cohutta and that Johnny R. 'hookup' or whatever that might be.

Oh please, Jordan has proven time and time again that his hand doesn't have anything to do with his performance. He had to pull the rope in this challenge which seems just as difficult if not more than climbing. Quit looking for excuses, Swift just didn't have what it took end of story.
I think you guys are being a little tough on Swift saying he sucks as an athlete for losing one challenge. It was his first challenge who knows how good he could do by his fifth challenge. People on here are to fast to judge someone based off a few performances. Just like in anything else you win some & lose some.
Swift said third strongest in the house. Probably not true, but at least more true than third best overall haha. He said only Zach and CT are stronger than him in his opinion.

I'd say he'd only stronger then Preston & Cohutta And maybe Johnny R but not sure.
True Swift was to cocky by saying he was third strongest. Because that not even close to being true, but as an athlete its important to have confidence whether its true or not.
It depends what your basing Swifts strength on. Heck maybe he can lift a lot in the weight room, but doesn't mean that strength is always good for missions on a challenge which sometimes require a lot of endurance & athleticism.
I think the females are getting fair camera/screen time for the most part. Girls like Latoya, Emilee, Jasmine, and Camila had a decent amount, especially for girls eliminated early on. Laurel, Cara, Jessica, and Nany are probably getting the most screen time. Devyn and Theresa are slowly getting more, as well. That only leaves Jonna and Aneesa who really don't get much attention.

On twitter he said he meant when it comes to upper body strength.

If you think Nany has been getting more screentime than Laurel and Cara Maria then I think we're watching two different shows...
PS: I don't dislike Nany, I was just pointing that out because I remember PinkRose saying the show would revolve around her and, as you said, the only times she's shown in commenting on a challenge, which is different from Laurel and Cara because their "storyline" gets developed more and more every episode.

I didn't say revolved around her, by what I heard she was going to be a big part of this season (Which hasn't happened in my opinion, she is just there and it's because of editing). Like You say it's technically revolving around Laurel/Jordan (Being a jerk) vs Bananas with a special appearance of Cara Maria having a rivalry with Bananas and sucking at the "draw".
Keep in mind they filmed for weeks, we only get to see 45 minutes each episodes. A lot of things that I heard about have been edit out and a lot of the things they show it's to create the build up of the story lines of Bananas/Jordan and Laurel have been the biggest target on her back plus not being trust worthy. They just show stuff that contribute to those story lines, there was more drama with some of the eliminated people that production didn't decide to show because it didn't contribute to the story lines shown at the time and the 2 main story lines right now. My opinion it was dumb that they didn't even show Devyn/Zach discussion during deliberation about she wanting to vote in Theresa, while he didn't agree with it and then just went with it. They just made it seem that they both agree.

Unless editing actually made something appear to happen when it didn't, which has happened like the voting thing with Zach/Devyn, i hate when cast members blame editing some days and other days act like the edit they are portrayed as and have no problem with it.
Many people have said jordan is a know it all and always has to one-up someone. I think he doesn't like that maybe he is getting a more realistic edit than he got on rivals 1. Which happens when you go after the big dogs on the show, they show more of you, and in doing so it shows more of your bad sides as well..
To me he is being shown as a cocky, arrogant know it all and that seems about right. He does seem like a good guy though but the show hasn't made him seem like a BAD guy, just a jerk sometimes.
I think the edit has been right with Jordan, IMO he has always been like that (cocky, arrogant)it's just that we didn't see the full version of him on the shows until now.
On RW portland his "I'm always right" attitude cause problems, that's why he clash with marlon and jessica.
And I remember that on rivals 2 some of the cast said that jordan was annoying at times, like the guys were training and jordan just showed up and said "well I can do that 10 times better" always bragging about how he good he was.
This season it's I'm the biggest baddest guy on the block and no one else is on my level. It's when you get to that point that I don't really care that he doesn't have a hand. If he wants to be condescending and say he's the best guy there, he should be held up as the best guy there and judged by that standard. And last I checked of six challenges he's DQed 3 times, been in the bottom group once, been middle of the pack once and done a good job on the Ball Suit one.
The telling moment for me was last night when CT got the 13 stripes question wrong. Bananas goes "At least you didn't say Dutch". He had a brain **** and said something stupid, so he wasn't going to **** on other people who did the same. Jordan on the other hand, later when watching on the ground is going WHAAAT?! JESS DOESN'T KNOW THE F. STANDS FOR FITZGERALD? WHAT AN IDIOT! Well ******* you missed all of your questions. So maybe shut the **** up. Say what you want about Johnny Bananas, when he loses, he takes it on the chin.
It's the old, I'll make myself feel superior by tearing someone else down and making them feel inferior. He's embarrassed that he got his questions wrong, so he has to belittle someone else to build himself back up.
Jordan's had to prove himself his entire life, and he's likely encountered discrimination and ridicule along the way. Kids are cruel, and adults aren't that much better. In the end, he's developed a chip on his shoulder and is a super insecure guy as a result. He constantly feels the need to build himself up, while tearing others down in the process. I just wish he'd gain some real confidence in place of this fake bravado that rubs everyone the wrong way.
I like Laurel more and more every episode lol. I hope she sticks with this matter of fact attitude.
And she looked soooooo pretty during the voting this episode. When Mark Long said in the afterbuzz that she looked like some sort of department store catalogue model I could totally see it.
I've always thought that Laurel was pretty, but she has looked exceptionally beautiful on this challenge.

I agree! They always show the deliberation between the winners of the mission. I'm not sure why they didn't this time around, especially when there was a real disagreement over it.

I think it's because it doesn't fall in line with the "free agents", everyone gets their own vote theme. Apparently they threatened to throw Devyn and Zach in if they didn't vote for the same person. This is why they should never have two winners. They should have made it a true individual challenge wth all of the guys and girls going against each other, with one winner sending a guy and girl in.
Swift sucks plain and simple he probably still would have lost that I don't understand your love for him
Do you even know when someone is being sarcastic? It's obvious that you don't get it popping.
How would they throw in the winners of the mission. I don't buy that, and if it was true Devyn should of been smart enough to know that was stupid.
I think that makes perfect sense actually. It forces a decision...it isn't like their can be a tiebreaker.
Feelings on this episode
The Trivia Challenge- Love the Trivia challenge like always. It really is the most satisfying watch of the entire season. Leroy is out first, because he is really really dumb. Johnny Reilly and Jordan are also pretty dumb and lose next. Finally, CT- who is really not giving a **** this season is in the draw as well. This is the first truly scary looking draw of the season. Johnny Bananas continues proving why he deserves to always be on the show with his Australia question and it comes down to Zach and Swift. I agree with Zach, when he said that nothing would be worse than him losing to Swift. I could really not take another week guaranteed of Swift.
The girls side of the challenge seemed a little suspicious to me. Camila did get significantly harder questions than the rest (4th grade level versus 1st grade), or maybe she is just stupid. The final comes down to Jonna and Devyn, interestingly the two players whose loyalties are the least certain. Devyn wins, makes a princessy joke, etc.
My one thing with these are, I understand it has to be more difficult to do answer trivia with fear of water at stake (especially spelling)- BUT- The questions are really easy.
The Voting
Zach decides to be secure about his position in the house and not throw in Johnny Bananas. I think this is a smart decision because Johnny Bananas only really stands a chance at losing to CT. Between Cohutta, Swift and Preston- Swift is an obvious choice. Swift is pretty bad at everything thus far. He has been operating at a sub-Preston level for weeks.
Alright now lets talk Devyn. Do we think it was a brilliant strategic plan from her to pit Laurel and Theresa at one another on the principle that neither would ever plan to go after her? I don't think she was ever actually going to get rid of Laurel. I feel like Nany would be a smart choice since she never really wins any challenges??? But maybe not even Devyn is immuned to Nany's geisha like beauty. I can't tell if Devyn is really smart or just really unathletic, but I feel like MTV/BMP really wants to edit her into being a bimbo mastermind.
The Eliminations
I don't love this elimination. It looks painful and its unexciting. Camila and Theresa's elimination confirms this. Camila is whining. Having a good grip on the rope that I don't recall being there previously is really key this time. Despite continual sloppy political decisions, Theresa has come to play and handily defeats Camila. This was surprising I guess, but Camila had been a peripheral player all season long so ehh...but good for Theresa for finally winning an elimination after 4 challenges.
Jordan kills Swift. Johnny and Jordan ignite their rivalry and trash talk each other again. ANOTHER QUESTION FOR YOU ALL-Does Jordan's antagonism warrant hand comments or are they still poor taste? I am conflicted- The rational, empathetic human being side of me says no but the part of me who has become a Johnny Bananas apologist after years of watching him believes Jordan is a total ****.
