They probably had them look pictures of potential cast members to see if they knew any, and lying would have breached their contracts. After finding out they both lied, producers likely threatened them either by kicking them off or suing them, and blackmailed them into not talking strategy & making Shannon ruin the gameplan

Couldn't have been Hayden, Eddy, or Henry, cause they were cast after the fact, and apparently it wasn't Michael either, so idk.
