Welcome LifeCarrier! I agree with pretty much everything you said. I still have Ayiiia and Jonna as my favorites as well as Derek for the guys.
In my defense about the confessional...NO ONE except the roommates knows what really went down in each situation. The day that i did that confessional was in the beginning when everyone still had mixed feelings about everyone. It just boiled down to the way Ayiiia talked down to people and acted in general. The night i did that confessional was when we were looking for her and instead of being a lil thankful or instead of acting like her being missing wasnt a big deal she went on saying it wasnt her fault we thought she was lost. It was mexico and we all just worried about her. This night was the first night that i felt any anger towards Ayiiia and i went to the confessional to let my emotions out. Was i drunk yes. Did i mean it? At the time yes.. But i have gone on to apologize to Ayiiia and to anyone else that i said anything to in the confessional. The reason for the confessional is to let out what you really feel. I felt that i really didnt have to be AYIIIA No one in this house likes you if Joey, Emilee, and Cj already told her that numerous times. There is not a reason to isolate anyone and the way it is shown on tv wasnt how it really happened. Its not like we deliberately didnt invite Ayiiia to hang out like she did with Jonna. I always tried to invite everyone to do everything together and if they decided not to, then that was on them not me or any other roommate. Even the night where we all played Kings...she decided not to hang out with us when the invitation was there. They mix and match different days and months together to make it seem what they want. I love Ayiiia and i was one of the only roommates to never get into it with her on the show or after. Nor did i ever isolate her. We pretty much ALWAYS had a good time with eachother. I felt angry with her one night, and the one night i did it was in the confessional and it showed to everyone. Ok so instead of calling me fake or not being able to tell someone to their face how i feel, remember its a show and its edited to make good tv. Thanks love u all and ill be blogging today about the third episode.
Well said Derek!:) Much love man!!!

Wow I see quite a few new posters out here. Welcome, and thanks for joining us! :)
so i know im behind, but i just started watching and have one question. Were they all suposed to have a connection? I found it odd that two knew each other; 2 worked at a hooters; some were adopted; two knew the same people; etc...
Well, that was an intense episode. I'm sorry, but I love Ayiiia. I think that she is honestly, growing from the experience, and that she is just a blunt person. And I can appreciate that. Her comment was a low blow, but Emilee obviously retaliated as well. Thanks Ayiiia, Jasmine, Emilee, and Derek for commenting. It is extremely helpful.

I also think its hilarious that everyone loves Ayiiia but hates the other "Real World Villians" like JD, Trisha, etc. If they had come here and explained themselves, it would be different. Its easy to judge when you don't know the other side of the story.
I like Ayiiia a lot more after her post. I like when people admit their mistakes instead of becoming defensive and hostile. The confessional is a tricky matter. Castmembers go in there and say things they don't always mean, whether it's alcohol induced or just in the heat of the moment. Everyone jokes about their own friends behind their backs sometimes. Some people don't even realize it, but they do. These 8 castmembers are just getting captured saying it. Also remember editing has a lot to do with everything.

To be honest, I actually like Ayiiia's personality, where as Trisha just completely rubbed the wrong way, and even her explaining herself wouldn't have changed much for me. Ayiiia seems to have deeper issues, and to be honest, I think that she has great qualities, and is someone I can relate too, where as the others I can't. All I have to say is, Ayiiia, Jasmine, Emilee, Jonna, for the next Challenge please? :D

There have been members here who have experienced some rather rude moments with JD like the picture incident when he told the person to "Make it Quick".

He's not as bad as everyone makes him out to be. Anyways, this is not the thread to talk about JD. I was just making a point.
I thought it was hilarious when the security caught Derek in the bushes. Just too funny.

HA HA, yeah that's me. LOL
HA HA, yeah that's me. LOL
Very Nice to have you here!
It is weird how I feel about Ayiiia. Normally, I would dislike such a person (like I did Trisha and other characters) but I feel like Ayiiia is different. After the three girls (minus Jonna) are in the hot tub and Em and Ayiiia do that one on one and Ayiiia explains her vulnerability and being afraid to show herself and when she cracked and teared up really got to me. I think she is just a kick *** person. Is she *****y? Sure. Then again, what girl can't be. I respect the fact that she is coming in with all fakeness aside. I can really appreciate the realness she bestows each week. Whether it is anger or love, rude or caring, real people and real feelings are worth my respect. I find Ayiiia beautiful and she is definitely my favorite cast member. Plus, she responds to all of my tweets. She doesn't have too, but she takes the time and does. I write to a few of the cast, and she is the only one who truly makes the effort to take time from her crazy hectic life (and new found "fame") and respond to me. Emilee does too here and there. I guess you call it bias, but I really appreciate their responses! Love her or hate her, she puts herself out there exposed for scrutiny by acting herself. For the guys, its a three way toss up between Bronne, Joey, and CJ. CJ is just nice to look at and I really hope he does challenges if the NFL never works out for him. Maybe he can be the new Landon or Alton. ;) Other thoughts on the episode was that Jonna is beautiful, sure, but she looks much more appealing all done up and ready to go out as opposed to lounging around the house. I did feel bad for her though with the exclusion from the "girl group". Side note, the past few RW seasons has been such a constant divide between guys and girls. I always tend to side with the guys and see their view point (as I did with Brooklyn as well). Maybe it is because I am also a guys girl, but I have plenty of girl friends as well. It doesn't help the already labeled stereotype as someone else stated in the thread above me. That's all for now ;)
HA HA, yeah that's me. LOL
Yeah welcome to vevmo JB! Your brother was cracking me up last night...I hope he at least had time to drain before he got caught, LOL.
Very Nice to have you here!
Thank you!
That's all for now ;)
Very Nicely written post LC!!!
Yeah welcome to vevmo JB! Your brother was cracking me up last night...I hope he at least had time to drain before he got caught, LOL.
Haha....SD I was going to say the same thing. Derek looks like he is really a fun guy to be around :)
Yeah welcome to vevmo JB! Your brother was cracking me up last night...I hope he at least had time to drain before he got caught, LOL.
HA HA, he did. And thanks for the welcome but I have been on here since they were all in Cancun still filming. Who do you think changed his profile pic when you guys found out who he was. lol. Me, him and a few of our friends were all watching the episode together last night and it is great to have a cast member with you to let you know the real low down on what really happened. So if you can I suggest watching the episodes with a cast member to let you know the deets of everything. lol
Very Nicely written post LC!!!
Thanks LM =) I am really liking the Cancun cast. With Vevmo and twitter, (while the barrier maybe invisible) I feel some sort of closer connection and knowledge than I did any previous seasons. A few people above complained about the guys in the house, but I think they seem real chill. It's only been three episodes so that's not very timely to judge, but so far they seem real cool and connected with each other.

I love LC <333. she's my sista from another mista. Just wanted to say ever since I have been reading Vevmo (Since Gauntlet 3 was airing), I go into watching these shows with a different mindset. Vevmo has opened up my eyes to a lot of things. I still like all the same cast members that I did on previous seasons, but I have given a few more of them chances after I reading their posts on here, blogs, etc. It has really been a treat. I don't always agree with everything that is said here, but I do enjoy the different opinions. Its funny cause sometimes I'm reading responses and I'm like "WTF? Are we watching the same show?". I love Vevmo.
TJ I agree with everything you said even though I have only been on since the very end of Brooklyn.

I love Vevmo.
I know, right? TJ is always able to take my initial thought or comment and finish it saying it so perfectly(and my true meaning behind it all along). Hehe. It's awesome because I feel like I have some sort of "insider scoop" without being an insider. Since joining Vevmo (post Island pre Duel 2) I have learned so much more about my favorite shows and series. It really is a treat. Watching the shows makes it completely different. Sometimes I wonder why Jas, Em, and Ayiiia dislike the guys so much it seems in the second and third episodes (and more to come? or maybe some sort of resolution and unity ;)). The four guys seem so awesome. Obviously a stressful situation, but I feel like if I was placed in the house I would fall in love with them and maybe only bump heads with Joey for his blatancy and sense of humor. I felt that way about Brooklyn guys as well. Maybe my problem is that I just like guys. Alot.
Okay. Time for a real post from me. I really, really love Ayiiia because I am going through the same thing she is constantly feeling. I have never had anyone tell me how they cared about me or appreciated me, when I have done sooo much for soooo many people, and I have been screwed by every family member, or friend I have ever found. I am an incredibly strong person, but I have a big wall/guard. I met someone special a few weeks ago, only for them to throw it right back, and this is the straw that broke the camel's back. Like, the constant feeling of nobody truly appreciating or being there for me when I have let my guard down, has been eating at me lately and today I broke. Like, therapy hasn't even worked for me. This constant feeling has began to change who I am almost, and I hate that because I know who I am, but I feel like I am changing unwillingly, and without a cause. This past episode, Ayiiia touched me in her confessionals, because I feel like I am so real, and that I am just so good to people, but I am hurt in the end. I felt like I could connect to her on a level that I have yet to connect with a cast member for, for many seasons. I appreciate it Ayiiia.
