They're definitely are taking this year. 2-0!
I would say Orlando takes the game Wednesday, but Lakers take the gold!
Lakers are just kicking butt! Haha
That they are. They are my team, I can remember being a little kid watching them at the Staples Center. Ahhh....
That they are. They are my team, I can remember being a little kid watching them at the Staples Center. Ahhh....
Yes, but were you watching the Kobe/Shaq Lakers, or the better Lakers? That, after all, is key :D
Kobe/Shaq Lakers are the best. What are you talking about Molds. Three straight championships, hello?
Kobe/Shaq Lakers are the best. What are you talking about Molds. Three straight championships, hello?
Oh my goodness...5 championships for Magic in the 80s. The Magic-Bird rivalry. Lakers-Celtics. Do I need to continue? Oh, I might. And then there's the 71-72 Lakers. Brought the first title to LA. Gail Goodrich. Jerry West. McMillian. Happy Hairston. Pat Riley coming off the bench. And some guy named Wilt. The Showtime 86-87 Lakers. Byron Scott. Johnson. James Worthy. A.C. Green. And some guy with the last name Abdul-Jabbar.
Trust me. I may bbe young, but I recognize how much better the old Lakers were. I've seen the games. Oh and in your previous post I thought you were referring to this team as the better Lakers.
And just so you know, the Lakers originated in Detroit. Just saying :)
This is true too. I think I am just kinda impartial because I grew up with Kobe/Shaq Lakers, but will admit the old Lakers are the best. Magic is a beast.
Go Lakers!!!! They are going to take it all.
I think Gordon is a step in the right direction for the Stones. I'm not so sure about Villanueva. Sources: Detroit Pistons agree with both Ben Gordon, Charlie Villanueva - ESPN But does this mean they're trading Rip?
No Rip is staying. I don't think they have any plans of resigning Iverson or Wallace, so Ben Gordon and Villanueva are going to replace them. Starting five would be Ben Gordon or Stuckey at point, Rip at the two, Prince at the three, Villanueva at power, and either Maxiell or McDyess at center.

I don't think it will happen, but if Dumars really wants to eff it up..eh, I dunno. It also scares me that Boston is supposedly very interested in Sheed. I would've definitely preferred Turk over CV though. And if they resign AI...ugh.
Anyone excited Shaq got traded to the Cavs?
Anyone excited Shaq got traded to the Cavs?
Not I. I'm not excited by Shaq. He's way past his prime as far as I'm concerned.
Yeah he is far past his prime, but I think he would be better support to Lebron than what Ben Wallace was.

LOL I'm glad he got traded.
Ben Wallace was a great player before he went to Cleveland. His rebounding and blocking skills were spectacular at times.
If Trevor Ariza goes to Cleveland, I will cry.
What do you all think of the Magic getting Vince Carter? If they can some how resign Hedo witch they most likely wont since he turned down an offer already. There starting lineup would be amazing. PG. Jameer Nelson SG. Vince Carter SF. Hedo Turkoglu PF. Rashard Lewis C. Dwight Howard

My question is if Laimbeer resigned as the Shock coach to "pursue NBA opportunities" but isn't being considered for the Pistons job (Avery Johnson? Really?) where would he go?
Yeah the Nets got Courtney Lee, Rafer Alston and Tony Battie. The Magic got Ryan Anderson and Vince Carter. Idk but Avery Johnson wont be the Pistons Coach atleast imo.

I never know what the heck he's thinking.
