The word was partners, not alliances.
Seems fairly clear that dreamer was saying that Sarah and Vinny were partners in FM2, as well as Mandi and Wes. Therefore, them being partners for a second time was, in dreamer's words, "lame planning".

You are correct. Heather replied to someone on twitter a while ago while Rivals was airing saying that Dustin was asked to be on Rivals once Adam got kicked off but they wanted him to leave that night and he decided it was too late of notice... so if Evan said that, he doesn't know what he's talking about.

I don't think balance is what they'd be looking for so much as drama. I guess the most dramatic 2 team concept would be to put the current boyfriends on the same team with the other boys ex-gf and vice versa though I'm not sure how'd they divy up the gay/bi crowd. The BF would be going against their GF but also be jealous the other boys were on their team so they would be conflicted buttheir teammates would think weak players were sandbagging for their opposing side. Lots of potential unpredictable drama.

I would guess the challenge will have at least 24 people, probably 28 or hopefully even 32 (although it doesn't seem like they can get that many couples), so there should probably be at least 5 more pairs.

As far as Adam's psych test goes, just because he put hose pictures up highlighting false answers, it doesn't mean that's actually what he selected. If he did then that seems pretty foolish but he could have just posted those pictures like that to get a laugh. I'd think he'd have enough sense to answer truthfully.
Also, I want to take that test just to see what it says about me.

There is no way Mark & Johnny are working against each other. It's obvious they got rid of Wes first because they don't like him and second, they're getting rid of anyone who could be on CT's side - Vinny, Leroy, Nate, Dustin.

lol i'd like to think football players have at least a little bit of strength.
I can't wait to see how this season plays out though as far as alliances goes. People keep speculating Abram, Mark, and Johnny are working together. But i can see CT, Mark, Rachel, and Abram trying to get rid of Johnny, Paula, and Wes as soon as possible.

Your question is a bit vague as I'm not sure who you mean by "they", but the money amounts do change per challenge, depending on how many teams are getting prize money. Of the last pairs challenges, FM had three finalists, three winners; FM2 had four finalists, three winners; Rivals only had three finalists, two winners.
However, once TJ announces the prize money at the beginning of the season, it won't be changed.
They are leaving sometime next week or the net, judging by Johnny's tweet who is highly possible to be on challenge season 22 (he took a psychological test, he is training)

They also had to take a STI Test (gross) and I'm pretty sure they require people to take a drug test on this show. I remember someone mentioning how BMP overlooks steroid usage so I'm assuming they test for other things. Maybe Adam failed the STI test? Lol

In my opinion, I have no problem with the final 5 teams. I think they are all worthy players and I woudn't be surprised if anyone of them won. I do believe Ty & Emily have the longest odds, just because CT, Abram, Johnny and Mark are all better then him but if there is only 1 more eliminaton and Ty can get Johnny, I think he can beat Johnny and Camila just would have to fight off Emily. I don't think he can beat Mark, Abram or CT at anything.

Ty is pretty strong-- but yes you are right... his stamina is not very good and will hold him back.. but pound for pound he is every bit as strong as everyone on the show with the exception of maybe CT... He is one of those guys who definitely should do better in the challenges and not the finals because he has some explosion being an ex football player.. we'll see how this one pans out-- but I would not rule him out as far as being a strong male in there... he is worth his salt more than people would think and I got faith in him to show some people up

Yeah if there is another Road Rules cast member, I'd expect it to be Abram since signs haven't pointed to a Duel (which is the only show Darrell said he'd come back for) and Derrick doesn't seem to have been asked. Katie with her job I don't expect but it's entirely possible if Trishelle is there.

It's hard to tell what happened. I mean, look at his (brief) Real World season:
-He mentioned that his previous stint in juvenile detention had to deal with drug-related charges, so one could assume that he has in fact used drugs before
-He mentioned having a girlfriend at home, yet appeared to not stay faithful to her at all, and with that type of lifestyle, could potentially pick up one or more STIs (especially now that he's FAMOUS!)
-He clearly has shown behavior of someone with some sort of alcohol and/or psychological problem
There are any number of reasons he could have been dropped from the show.

What makes you think their has to be a male/male couple? Is that written in the contract somewhere? They could just have a lesbian couple be the only same sex couple on the show. As long as it's not a paired challenge, that shouldn't be an issue.
I also don't see Darrell coming back in the near future if ever. Sounds like he's pretty dedicated to his boxing and family right now.

Maybe he got an Injury or a fight or just quit becuase everyone was ganging up on him or he just flat out got beat. But I will admit I'm surprised to see him home. I thought a few other people would go before Wes did (Dustin & Tyrie)

Hopefully since it's pairs again seemingly, they put in the last place team automatically (best rule from rivals)and have a method figured out to avoid a "mob" type alliance running the votes per usual. Although it is different people so at worst, some newer people or vets without wins would be in finals. I sure hope to hear Johnny's team or Paula's team are eliminated next, just for peace of mind that they aren't running things and CT won't be voted in the last elmiination like Rivals.
