I think the reason we dont know the final male/female couple is because if Adam and Nany were supposed to be on then this couple wouldnt have been tweeting about leaving so when they found out last minute theyd be on it they were busy trying to arrange everything before heading out on short notice. even though i guess they shoulda been ready anyway if they knew they were alternates. just my theory

For TV sake I really hope we get competitive butthurt Dustin on this show. The guy cracks me up and I think he is really funny when he gets upset over all of his little competitions. Would be hilarious to see him act all hurt after coming second in one of the competitions. He took it all so seriously on Vegas, def the funniest character in the house for me.

Well a good thing about the challenge premiering 1/25/12 is that if ratings are healthy and the show is renewed, it will be early enough for BMP to film a summer challenge. Many castmembers are in school and cannot film fall/winter challenges.

I'd also like to add that if this season is pairs and they don't do the Newlywed Game mission from Battle of the Seasons then this season will have failed. Well at least failed to give the most obvious competition. Who doesn't want to see another "I'm gonna have to go with...*****.com!" moment?

Almost all seasons have sent rookies into the elimination round first, it could be a coincidence.

It has nothing to do with him being shady and unfair, i just think it'll be interesting to finally see how he'll do in one. I don't think he's invincible. And the only challenges where i enjoyed his personality was BOTSexes 1 & 2.

Too early to tell of it's a pairs challenge, next week if another couple is eliminated then we can say it's a pairs challenge or if 2 separate people get eliminated then we can say it's a teams challenge.

Tyrie making it further than Wes.... that's all I'm going to say....

While I would love Old School vs. New, I don't think thats the premise for this challenge; Trashelle and Mark would be great to have, but it wouldn't truly be "old school" without people like Coral, Ruthie, Katie, Veronica, Beth, Syrus, Tonya, etc..

As long as Rachel isn't with Jenn, I'm fine with her. ...Jenn's retirement IS real, right?...

The "Alliance" could be keeping Tyrie to save him to go up vs CT. Since Tyrie is prob size wise there best chance and Jasmine matches up good with Diem.I think that's why Tyrie is still there.Maybe they made a deal with him if he takes out CT they will let him cost to the Finals with Mark&Robin and Johnny&Camila and Dunbar&Paula. Even though we don't have 100% of the cast alot of the people who get together on these shows usually break-up with exception of a few. Battle of The Exes sounds like a logical title considering the concept.

I used to like Abe, but not really a fan of him in recent times since he's been with CM/ bad talking the show, then being on it. But even with all that, I'd still rather him win over Dun/Pau/John. Not a fan of Diem either, but I would not mind her winning because of CT. Not that huge of a fan of Mark to hope Robin wins though... Idk why she annoys me so much. I will root for Aneesa and Rachel though, I like them both. I know people are speculating the alliances, but isn't it weird to do that because although CT gets along with like Aneesa/Mark/Rachel, doesn't Diem hate both Aneesa and Rachel (according to edited Duel 2). But as for the previous sentence, CT's already been on a challenge with Tyrie and that didn't matter. I hope there's some twist in this challenge like in Cutthroat... (not like in Rivals where the final was in another country, a real twist in the format or eliminations).

I still don't understand why people feel the need to be rude to the people who give us all of the spoilers for this challenge, the moderators and others don't have to go out of their way to do this.

I care less about who wins and more am just sick of people not even really trying and everything playing out the same way everytime. I am hopeful with this particular format there was at least one person in each pair who manned-up, for lack of a better phrase, and really was driven to win instead of just showing up for a check and a couple weeks vacation.

It appears that this week's episode will NOT be the season finale since tvguide.com does not have the "season finale" description written anymore and there is a new episode next week entitled "I Will Always Love You" unless that is the reunion.

HHhhhmmmmmm All this couples speculation is interesting. I remember my girl Molds saying something a while back about how the rumored format will cause a lot of drama... Personally I don't think this format for pairs could cause drama, but it would be nice to see the format used with like 2 teams with 6 pairs on each team. 24's a good number for a cast, and imagine Dustin's reaction to Heather being voted into a Gulag by their team... Taking it a step further, having each member of a "couple" being forced to be on opposite teams could be entertaining as hell... Teammates could be chosen schoolyard/CutThroat style, which could also cause problems I could be way off obviously, but I just DO NOT want another pairs challenge or elimination round. They could title it, The Challenge: Quarrel, or somethin like that
