I thought Cara Maria was gonna be on this one? She's still answering her formspring and is posting a vid on YouTube tomorrow. I guess she's not gonna be on it or is leaving later this week?

This may be wishful thinking on my part but Emily hasn't tweeted around the same time the others stopped tweeting. If you look at her timeline you'll see that she tweets at least 4 times a day. Like i said this may be wishful thinking, she may be busy or working but im just pointing it out.

Assuming that this will be a pairs format challenge, I wonder if the format is something like this: Each time there is a challenge, two pairs get sent into an elimination round either by voting or doing bad in the challenge. In the elimination, there will be four players. The two males from the exes face off, and the two females face off, and the winners stay as a pair, but the problem with that is the exes wouldn't be guarenteed to stay together, so they can't be assured drama. A variation of above could be used but instead have 3 pairs in the elimination, and have a male and female round, and if one partner wins then the other is safe, and then the pair in which neither wins, would go home.

I'm new to this so I may be wrong, feel free to correct me but isn't it odd that so many people have been sent home already? Here's my reasoning, most of the cast was on route to miami on the third. I am assuming, according to a layout Caramaria gave on a her formspring, they officially started Monday the 7th which means they would have an elimination Tuesday, which knocks out one contestant, my guess,Nate. They would then have interviews Wednesday, do another challenge Thursday and have eliminations Friday which would knock out a girl because they usually switch off elimination days between the sexes, boy then girl and vice versa. So I am wondering how it is that already 3 boys and 2 girls have been eliminated? is it possible one went home due to a fight? Unless it was a pairs challenge where 2 people get eliminated in a day... but past posts have convinced me that pairs is least likely and the fact that Wes has been eliminated recently is just confusing me. Maybe his team came in last or lost to some new kids. And omg I know, wtf didnt Kelly Anne go on this?! Who cares about Wes/Mandi and I would have loved to see him and Jo on this, even though they seem cool now it would still be interesting, but Kelly Anne is the better choice, apparently her and Wes dont get along anymore. Even Theresa/Wes would have been more interesting.

I think the women were finally given some outside advice on how to do it, at least that is what I recall hearing at the time.

Wes having to take an STD test is definitely challenge related. I don't remember who it was but I remember someone saying they had to take an STD test before they got on Real World. Or maybe it was a challenge...

The possibility of Jasmine being on (which I haven't see alluded to earlier) really makes me think that my earlier suspicion of Tyrie being on is even more realistic. Man's been working out, dropping weight, at least two other rumored cast members have seen him in person and commented on this as well. I think we should keep a closer eye on his and Jasmne's status.

Im pretty sure the ratio of vets to rooks isn't even for a Gauntlet IV to even take place. I'm just stating that by Challenge standards, Camila is now considered a vet because she's competed on two challenges.

I am guessing that they will somehow have a male elimination week and a female elimination week and the partners automatically go with them since BMP really likes to run ideas into the ground.

I hope the pattern of losing-streak-breaking continues and Robin finally gets a win. Brad won his first on Cutthroat and Paula just won her first on Rivals, I think it's Robin's time to shine.

The rumored names do kinda seem to resemble challenge/season "couples" Dustin & Heather Adam R. & Nany Zach & Ashley Mark & Robin Wes & Mandi Adam L. & Trishelle If this was the case (I'm sure it wont be) - wouldn't mind seeing KellyAnne & Cohutta, CT & Diem, Knight & Jemmye, Ty & Emily, Abram & Cara Maria, Kenny & Johanna, Nehemiah & Beth, Danny & Melinda, Pete & Jenn, Dunbar & Kimberly. Just some thoughts, but this format probably wouldn't be fair for the LGBT cast members.

[B]If[/B] the new format is "New School vs Old School", how do you think they would determine new and old? Old school would be seasons prior to 2005 maybe or seasons 1 - 15 of Real World are old and the rest new? I don't know how that would work for Road Rules, though.

I'm actually liking how this challenge is shaping up.I hope it's pairs because then it's harder for people to fall into the background and usually I'm against pairs.

I'm new here,(I signed up an hour ago) so sorry if the screenshots don't look great but I don't believe Leroy is managing his own account for two reasons, Reason 1: whenever he responds to someone he usually quotes them as shown in screen shot 1 and Reason 2: He usually tweets from his android not from an ipad or desktop which has changed in recent tweets, evident in screenshot 2. Which leads me to believe someone is tweeting for him. I don't know about Nate but he could have someone tweeting for him also. Why do so many people assume that the next challenge will be run just like the last one? Given budget pressures, why not take the opportunity to use the obvious options for efficiencies in the shooting schedule? It's not rocket science. As I wrote regarding the "Rivals" concept, it's a new day in challenge design, "think outside the box."

Mandi isn't as weak as you'd think.

Wes seems to be heavily involved with a new business, so it's possible that he chose to go home. Considering that there seems to be no evidence of another girl being sent home, and I don't see Wes as a fighter, that might be the most logical conclusion to draw.

I do have a question that's probably best suited for a moderator. I wasn't a member of the forum during Cutthroat, but it seems like that would have been a tough challenge to figure out in terms of concept. Was the format revealed here before MTV unveiled it? And if so, was it done through deductive reasoning, or did someone eliminated spill the beans?

I would LOVE to see this format. But there needs to be a "tougher" name for "couples" considering the dramatic titles in all the challenges.

I am swimming on Tuesday (it is good to get a few laps in, cardiovascular wise) and thus said to BMP that they can't do anything on Tuesday being I was going to be predisposed. I definitely will give them a callback as to when they can resume operations, but I have a tight window concerning what I can and can not do. It is going to be a tough challenge as we here at Vevmo have so much going on. Thankfully, they are willing to work around our schedules.

I'd like to see Robin, Diem and Sarah win 1. I also wouldnt mind if Heather or Mandi won. And I wouldnt be too upset if Paula won again.

They knock out 2 contestants 1 male and 1 female on each elimination day. This isnt like Rivals where 1 team alternating male and female goes home. I'm sure the format will have a female and a male elimination on the same day. The timing for Wes being eliminated does seem a little off but that could be for several reasons. Injury, fight, or they could be moving things a lot quicker to eliminate more people. Endless possibilities, I do find it kind of odd that another girl hasnt popped up on a social network yet. Of course we dont know one girl and Robin deactivated her social networks, and I dont think Camila and Jasmine update their social networks often, and someone said CM takes a week off from posting after getting home from a challenge so any of those girls could be gone.

Pretty interesting to me that the last 2 challenges they brought CT back for (this one and Rivals) they team him with the 2 people he has had the most treacherous history with.

I definitely think their intentions were to have 1 lesbian and 1 gay couple though. It may not have worked out but we'll see. I don't think they would have a challenge with an uneven number of men and women, but then again I think Fresh Meat 2 had an uneven amount of alumni.

Leaving out the likes of Rachel, Kelly Anne, Tonya and Coral is more due to the fact that she has a beef with them rather than not actually thinking they are good competitors. I saw some interviews with Ev and I never heard her mention Emily or Beth among the girls she respects as competitors but V probably has more insight upon that.

IF it's a couples format, I wonder how far they will stretch it to form couples. Like with Rivals for instance, a lot of those pairings were laughable (Tyrie/Davis made up years ago, Theresa/Camila probably don't even remember the argument they had, Jenn/Mandi had squashed it, etc).... so I'm wondering "IF" it's a couples challenge, if they will go with people who seriously dated on the show (i.e. CT/Diem, Dustin/Heather, Knight/Jemmye, Abram/Cara Maria, Wes/Johanna, Danny/Melinda, Cohutta/KellyAnne, Ryan/Baya) or if they are going for people who just hooked up (i.e. Ty/Emily, Leroy/Naomi, Adam/Nany, Dunbar/Ashli, Alex/Jenn). Johnny's pretty much one of the only names that it SEEMS we can put down in ink as being there and who has he hooked up with? Casey on the Duel (which wasn't even caught on camera) and Gauntlet III (which there are like 2 clips of) and Camila which the actual act of it was not caught on camera or mentioned, and the only real clip is that "Johnny Bananas has a sexy body" thing from Cutthroat.

I just sick of the same people being in the same challenge people like Cara Maria, Brandon, Mandi, Sarah, Johnny need to stay away and let someone else shine someone that has not been on a challenge or only has been asked once. Most of them don't bring nothing new to the show.
