My biggest complain this season is the editing, which has no good balance in drama/competition and no progress. Too slow. For example, last episode (which was basically a waste) they could have taken some parts out (like parts of the challenge, since it was irrelevant anyways, the trio date, etc) and added some things from this episode to the last one. They should've edit out the Simone ******** part (assuming it isn't brought back later on and makes no difference in the future). Also they should've cut out Nany vs Camila. That added nothing. Keep the Nicole/Nate thing. Keep the Brandon/Brianna part but make it slimmer. Could also keep Camila vs Amanda for some drama, but maybe cut some things out, don't drag it too much. By making this adjustments we could have finish the challenge, delibaration and elimination this episode.Back in the day, like in Duel 1, the editing and balance was awesome. We had some drama, diem/ct, "drama mafia" vs beth, alliances, and there was still some time for challenges and eliminations in a moving pace. It kept you entertained with everything. This season that balance and pace is like non-existent lol.Hopefully it picks up from now on though. We'll see.
Back in the day the Duel episodes were only 30 minutes. I actually liked the trio dinner, the ******** part & the Nany & Camila drama because they were all ENTERTAINING. Clearly the trio dinner was the first time we saw the tension between Sarah & Johnny, and also somewhat introduced us to Nelson and Amanda. Nothing in this past episode did I feel was a waste.
