They probably win the challenge, then either for dramatic purposes or someone snitches, they're caught cheating or something during the challenge and are either put into the elimination or (b) sent home.

To my understanding they dont go home before simone/Thomas , Tony was traveling back a day before Kellyanne/Jamie elimination. Unless he took a vacation for a week, which I doubt.
I doubt they go home on that episode, its most likely on the "I warn you before" maybe they cheat again lol

I have a weird feeling that Thomas/Simone were the ones that eliminated Johnny/Jess. Just a random feeling,I would laugh if that was the case.
