Alton complaining about Yes was weird while people were trying to sleep. I'm very impressed with how Jonna performed every aspect of this final. Easy trying to convince Jemmye to quite because he wanted to quit was even more pathetic than if he just quit
Idk if I can handle a third battle of the sexes with the males winning, especially after this season when there should have been both a male and female winner
personally i like the rivals or good guys vs bad ***** that I believe PR suggested
I loved this final. The eating portion was so entertaining. **** at KellyAnne. And Alton comes across as very odd to me but also sweet.
If only there was a female winner then it would have been so cool to see Jonna/KellyAnne split the money. haha.
I see a lot of love for Jonna overall and I think people thought at first she was a boring addition but now more people actually want her back. Fans of the show love her and Kendal and want to root for them. Mom's find her inspiring. She really pulled at everyone's heartstrings when she crossed that finish line. That was the most touching part of the episode, if you think about it.

i think jisela and alton are trying to say yes is fake positive so he manipulate people. Which I don't believe for a second, because jisela was insinuating the same thing about kendal. Darrell talked on his Patreon that he fell out of the canoe when they got to shore just like easy did, and he got all his clothes in his backpack soaking wet. When they were sitting by the campfire, Yes was teaching darrell how to dry his clothes when darrell was his biggest competition at that point. I refuse to believe the narrative that Yes is fake.
I know everyone dislikes Easy, but I thought he was pretty entertaining and true to his self this season. I can handle his personality more than someone like Fessy. It was good to see him and Aneesa at least finish the final and get some sort of "redemption," even though we 100% knew they weren't winning.
Jonna really surprised me given her circumstances. I wasn't even a fan of her when she was actually on the main show, but it goes to show how great this cast was. Everyone brought something to the table IMO.
Night and day compared to the main show personalities. The extensive casting process the RW/RR folks had to go through to get on their shows is clearly visible with the personalities we were given this season.
OGs/Vets > Casting now. They are going to hit it out of the park for Season 2. I would honestly put all the alternates for Season 1 on Season 2.
Honestly Jonna crossing the finish line was one of the sweetest moments in a long time. I hope she comes back again and wins some cash. It was just nice to see her have confidence again. Her kids will be very proud when they watch that years from now.
From Yes' interview with EW: https://ew.com/tv/the-challenge-all-stars-winner-interview-spoilers/
Said he was mentored by people like Darrell, Ruthie and Aneesa with more Challenge experience than him. Said a lot of the things he does w/ his kids like long division, canoe-ing and puzzles came in handy
Said he tried to help Darrell out when he passed him by telling him to take off his hat since he was overheating
Said he 100% would have been eliminated by Easy in that last elimination so he's super grateful to Aneesa for saving him
He said going into elimination sounds fun but definitely isn't the smart move, too risky, so he's glad he avoided it
Re: All Stars season 2 or other Challenges: "Well, you hear this chitter-chatter from Mark Long who's always stirring the pot like, "We're going to do some more, and now we're going to do the Super Bowl, OG's vs. the new school!" I am all ears; I'm fully open to the adventures ahead. I still feel that I'm 42 years young, I've got a lot to learn, and I've got a lot to grow. This feels like a beginning to me. So you want to throw me in with the rest of the crew, the new school cats too, whoever, I'm totally game to give it a shot"
If they upped the prize money to the usual standard of 1,000,000, this is how they could've split it for all the people who finished the final. But then again, some people did tie, so maybe that's why. Still, it would've worked out IMO. I just miss when they used to give money to all the finalists especially when most of them kill themselves trying to finish.

So he would do the regular challenge? That's pretty cool

1st = $500,000
2nd = $150,000
3rd = $125,000
4th = $100,000
5th = $50,000
6th = $25,000
7th = $20,000
8th = $15,000
9th = $10,000
10th = $5,000
why are we giving 10th place money? Just make it top 4 like DA

FInishing the final and earning money makes sense to me. Leroy and Nany deserved cash on DA even if it was 5k

I mean it's kinda BS that there's even a tenth place because they decided this to be an individual final between 12 people. Had it been a male/female winner, I'd understand splitting it a little more evenly with 5th place guy/girl getting $0.
Did they bring back old school editing team for this season or was that for just Real World Homecoming? (I think). I love how everyone got good amount of screen time in the final except Ruthie but I guess she didn't give them much to work with but she still got a close out confessional so that's better than nothing

yes, ive heard in alot of interviews that there was even some people who moved on into different careers who came back to do this because they were so excited. They did a great job
They have to get it right next season with the prize money. Yeah I get the whole winners take all deal, but these are actual adults with careers who are taking the time out to do this show. They should at least get some type of reward for finishing the final.
You can leave the winner take all or stealing twists for the main show.

That def added to the season then...I love that they brought back OG production staff along with the OG cast members. <3
Alton was reaching with that Yes slander. Yes is far from fake.. Alton was very disappointing from a competition standpoint this season.
I always kinda thought Alton was overrated. The dude just doesn't have the competitive drive to go all in.
But hey, at least he knows how to climb up a fishing net
That's underselling him quite a bit. He was disappointing this year as a whole. But he's far more than just a climber. I'm rewatching battle of the seasons 2 and even though it was his worst challenge, he still showed really impressively during dallies. If you talked to anyone from earlier seasons they'd all say he was arguably the best athlete they've ever seen. (Including podcasts with Landon and Abram)
I just think his head isn't in it to win. He's not competitive enough and he doesn't have the mentality to win these competitions anymore. He was better at a time where it was strictly athletic and less mental.

Road Rulers are superior

Also, the music was pretty much perfect
Alton's final leg performance was disappointing. I don't think there's any way Mark should be beating him.
Agreed. It was spot on the whole season!

Say they did have a female winner. You think they would have split the winnings between Kellyanne and Jonna or do it by who finished first?
yes, ive heard in alot of interviews that there was even some people who moved on into different careers who came back to do this because they were so excited. They did a great job

Can we talk about how Yes hasn't even aged based of the thread icon
