Jeff Probst update. He's directing his 2nd feature film right now and will being filming Survivor seasons 25 + 26 in March. I hope one of them is a full all-stars season.

I'm not sure if I'd consider it to be a full-fledged all-star season, and I'm sure you've probably heard this too, but the big rumor at the moment is that of "Second Chances".

That rumor has been thrown around for years. Whatever the theme will be I want it to be either all returning players or no returning players.

I'll be interested to see if anyone from pre-all stars will be on. I think everyone from the first 7 seasons that would be intvited were either already on an all stars or wouldn't do it. I think it'll be mostly people that weren't good enough to be on HvV...

I know although it seems to be adding more steam, and I completely agree. I'd prefer a legit All-Stars season...not sure how I feel about second chances. Almost all of the people who were eliminated early were booted because they were lazy or awful at challenges with the exception of a couple. Who'd want to see that? It'd be like watching the worst of the worst. I guess it depends how far they want to go with this - do they include those who were blindsided? Screwed over by their tribe? First and second boots only? Very meh in my opinion.

I would hope so - those were some of the best! They do have a few people that they could probably get for All-Stars that weren't in or declined HvV, plus those over the last four-five seasons (assuming it's season 26 rather than 25).
I love the whole "you get 60 seconds to grab whatever," but I can't stand the Florida tribe colors...

Anyway, I watched this and it was almost as fixed as a TruTV show. I'm supposed to believe there are realtors in Houston that look somewhat like Katherine Heigl? There was plenty of other issues I won't bother mentioning. In closing, after this, Russell is better off on Survivor.

I completely agree with most of his rankings. Personally, I think the first All-Stars should be a tad higher, but I'm really Rob biased. This season definitely deserves to be where it is though, 100%.

I'd suggest Heroes Vs. Villains, but if you wannt a season with all new people then Amazon would be a good one to watch. Neither season will leave you feeling bored!

Fans vs. Favorites is what I would say.
Fans vs Favorites, Cook Islands, Heroes vs Villains, Palau, and Australian Outback are my top 5.
But if you're going for a season that won't bore you, I would go with Fans vs Favorites for sure. Lots of action.
