Honestly 4 seasons in a row in the freaking Philippines come on CBS take them to some other tropical island

But, yes, after Blood vs. Water, I think this will be a great follow-up! Survivor has officially beaten out BB as my favorite show (after BvW)! This show gets better and better and I'm really looking forward to next season! I just hope it starts after I get out of basic training so that I can actually watch it.

The typhoon hit in November, which is why CBS and Survivor ran advertisements after it happened to donate to the Red Cross.

That would be an amazing location compared to the tropical beaches we've had over and over. Actually, just a return to Africa or inland Asia would be very welcomed.

I loved Gabon I thought it was beautiful so going back to Africa would be great

I really loved the scenery and the breakaways from the game to show us interactions with the wildlife. The scene where everyone is in awe at the elephant across the river was amazing for me.

I like that they are doing the 3 tribe format again. I'm def going to root for the brains.

I love that logo so much, I'm really not sure why either! edit: I decided to check out the ebay page to see what they had listed. Holy ****, those prices escalate fast! Bidders need to cool it, there's still over nine days left of the auction(s)!

I was going to build a collection and get my favorite tribe from each season. But alas, money does NOT grow on trees. Who knew?

I went back to see what older buffs cost on Amazon, and the farther back you go the more expensive they get. Buffs from Pearl Islands and back can cost upwards of $100-500...

What if you were smart good looking and strong, what tribe would they put you on?

Yeah the newbs definitely look up to the returning players because "they have experience" and "they know what they are doing"... essentially the vet doesn't even have to do anything as they are already casted as the leader among the group. All the vet has to do is be nice to the newbs and tell each of them they will take them to the end... and voila they are already there. lol

Jeff said he's optimistic that this season will be a good one and he said a lot of stuff happens. I've never seen him hype up a Newbie season before, so this could be good news. RC said on her podcast that this season is as good as Philippines, but I don't know if she had any legit info or not. As for S29, they want to do another BvW except try to do it with all newbies. Probst sent out a couple tweets a month or so ago for loved Ones to send in their casting tapes. If they don't get good casting tapes sent in then they'll probably switch it to Returnees again and just bring back all the people who were alternates or people they were considering for S27. Troyzan, Nat B, Stephanie V, RC, Terry are the ones they'll for sure bring back if they switch to Returnees. POSSIBLY Malcolm too. S30 is likely going to be the last season and as of right now they're calling it Legends. It will have returnees no matter what. They want 3 Tribes of 10 (A LOT of people) but I don't think they'll go through with it. As far as casting goes, Sandra is for sure a lock. They're REALLY trying to get Hatch on it too. And believe it or not, Probst also wants Fairplay back & Fairplay wants to come back BAD. BRob is done with Survivor, he's not coming back. Cirie will very likely be on. Coach will very likely be on. Some of the others, I can tolerate. I was impressed with Hayden on BVW so I wouldn't mind seeing him again w/o Cat on another season, but, I'm sure he wouldn't fall into the bracket of Legends. I don't want to see Monica or Brad again, even though, I have to admire *her* fitness level. He was a bit much.

Looks like they're doing Returnees + Loved Ones again for S29. Expect these people to be on it or be alternates: Troyzan/Brother Terry/Wife RC/Father (This one is confirmed since Jeff promised RC another chance after what happened Pre-S27) Natalie B/Sister Stephanie V/Sister *Malcolm/Brother (Malcolm will either be on S29 or Legends) *Tyson/? (Tyson will either be on S29 or Legends) They want Tyson back cause he is the winner of the original BvW and they think it will add an extra twist. If things don't fall through with this, Tyson will FOR SURE be on Legends. As for Malcolm, they're still deciding on whether they want him for 29 or 30. As for S30 (Legends): Cochran isn't coming back Parvati & Sandra are the only ones who are locks to return as of right now. Like I said, Tyson & Malcolm WILL be on this season if things don't work out for them for S29. Oh, and a tease for S28: HUGE Female Villain this season on beauty tribe. She is good friends with Colton, so it shouldn't surprise some people.
