Designed in the format of a furniture catalog, Horrorstör is described as a classic old-fashioned haunted house story set in Orsk, a Swedish-style big-box furniture superstore. Each morning, Orsk employees arrive to find broken bookshelves, shattered glassware and vandalized wardrobes — clearly, someone or something is up to no good. To unravel the mystery, five employees agree to spend a long dusk-till-dawn shift at the store, unaware of the darkness that awaits them.
Does anyone watch Helix on SyFy? I wasn't planning on watching the show, but I caught an episode one day and really enjoyed it. Season 2 looks very good also.
Second and third series to be passed on by the network recently. Interesting.
I really want to see an adaption of Y: The Last Man. I'd prefer it go to a network like HBO, but with AMC's success with graphic novel adaption TWD, and the upcoming Preacher, I won't be surprised if it gets a pilot order in the next year or two (especially since film rights have expired indefinitely).
MTV Picks Up ‘Scream’ To Series Finally, after being announced in 2012, Scream has officially been picked up to series with a 10 episode order to begin airing in October 2015.
I get the feeling that October 2015 will be here before we know it. They should've just done Scream 5/
I wish HBO wouldn't have passed on this one. It would have made for such a great series from them.
Inspired by the life of film mogul Irving Thalberg, on whom protagonist Monroe Stahr was based, The Last Tycoon, a drama project based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's final unfinished novel, centers on Stahr, Hollywood's first wunderkind studio executive in the 1930s as he climbs to the height of power pitting him against his mentor and current head of the studio Pat Brady, a character based on Louis B. Mayer. With Stahr as a focal point, the series delves into the true violence, ***, and towering ambition of Hollywood in the '30s.
Networks around the world are fighting for distribution rights. Why not just air it on their native MTV? Because this shit is going to be huge.
The CEO of the company producing the series said this:
The ‘Shannara’ books have been embraced by audiences worldwide and the global fan base has been eagerly awaiting this television adaptation. With our stellar production team behind it, we are sure the ‘Shannara’ television series will exceed expectations and captivate new fans as well.
I really hope this show revives MTV as a powerhouse network and sheds the trashy image it's had for so long, or else they're in deep shit.

Those are MTV's big three! It's do or die right now. Either they succeed, or MTV plummets to its death.
I can't wait until January when set photos start leaking from New Zealand!!! Cast announcements should be made very soon. I saw listings and descriptions on multiple sites a few weeks back!
I'm excited for Eye Candy because I'm absolutely in love with Victoria Justice. Words cannot describe how much I want to marry that girl.
I was reading the character descriptions for Westworld's characters. OMG. 100% OBSESSED. Especially with Evan Rachel Wood's character, that description is absolute perfection. Miranda Otto's character also has me very intrigued, '... and a ruthless power player...' hmmm. I hope she owns the role, I haven't seen her in anything since LOTR.
Anthony Hopkins as Dr. Robert Ford, the brilliant creative director of Westworld.
James Marsden as Teddy Flood, a newly-arrived gunslinger in pursuit of a local beauty.
Evan Rachel Wood as Dolores Abernathy, a Western girl who discovers her entire life is an elaborately constructed lie.
Jeffrey Wright as Bernard Lowe, head of the Westworld Programming Division and creator of artificial people.
Thandie Newton as Maeve Millay, the beautiful and sharp madame of Westworld.
Miranda Otto as Virginia Pittmann, head of Westworld's Quality Assurance and a ruthless power player.
Rodrigo Santoro as Harlan Bell, a wanted man bent on survival.
Ed Harris as the Man in Black, a mysterious individual and the distillation of pure villainy into one man.
Shannon Woodward as Elsie King, a rising star in the Programming Division tasked with odd behavior in the park's artificial beings.
Ingrid Bolsø Berdal as Armistice, a brutal and ruthless bandit.
Angela Sarafyan as Clementine Pennyfeather, an artifical being and one of Westworld's most popular attractions.
Simon Quarterman as Lee Sizemore, Westworld's narrative director, whose artistic temperament aggravates his co-workers.
Eddie Rouse as Kissy, an American-Indian card dealer who also deals contraband goods.
OMG Westworld is going to be soooo good, did they oficially picked it up already?
Not yet. I literally am constantly googling 'westworld hbo' to see if they've announced the pickup, hahaha! It's coming though, I'm just impatient and getting anxious!!!
I was excited for this when Nico Tortorella was a part of the cast... but they dropped him after the pilot and now i dont care lol... Victoria Justice is just meh
Holy shit. Old news, but I didn't even know this was in the works.
...set in 1970s New York and explores the drug- and sex-fueled music business as punk and disco were breaking out, all through the eyes of record executive Richie Finestra, who is trying to resurrect his label and find the next new sound.
This looks like it'll be a great little show with heart! "Do you see this smile? I'm dead inside." That killed me! I love Amanda Peet, she's so beautiful.
‘Togetherness’ is a comedic look at four middle-aged people reconciling their dreams with their current personal and professional lives in Los Angeles.
Brett (Mark Duplass) and Michelle (Melanie Lynskey) are a married couple in their mid-late 30s struggling to adapt their relationship to the pressures of parenthood. Brett’s best friend is Alex (Steve Zissis), an overweight, out-of-work actor debating if he still has a shot at being successful. Alex connects with Michelle’s sister, Tina (Amanda Peet), a free spirit grappling with being single and getting older. Each adult fights to sustain his or her own passion without skirting responsibility. As the two couples find themselves living under one roof, ‘Togetherness’ explores the significance behind every day moments.
Looking for a show on Netflix that is something like American Horror Story, PLL, Scandal, Harper's Island. Any suggestions?
Have you tried The Killing? It's a little slow, but it's a real good mystery show with lots of twists and turns
How many seasons did The Killing end up having?
4 (first two is one large mystery, season 3 was a new story (same leads), and netflix produced a shortened 4th season (also a new story) this past summer to finish it off)
