Is anyone else horrified by the Jerry Springer quality to the dysfunction that is Dan+Robin?
There are probably two general categories of people who watch them (with variations).
1. Those who don't understand why BMP would give them the amount of alcohol necessary to become this dysfunctional.
2. Those who love the result and hope they keep getting alcohol instead of help for their obvious issues.
I'm kind of scared for Ev (or rather, her key) in this episode. According to the Dailies, it seems like Johnny is definitely going in, and if he wins, he's taking her key.
Frick.
LOL! I have a feeling that tonight's episode will be gold honestly...
Tonight's episode will be gold. Ev was running around back and forth to people trying to secure her key's safety in the previews last week. It was hilarious. I wonder why she took his key if she was going to be afraid about their revenge and her key's safety.

Revenge being the key word, it was to stick it to Johnny and it was her moment there to get him back. However, it's a double edged sword as Johnny can easily do the same thing and take her key away. I have a feeling though if he does win he might not take her key exactly.

And hey congrats Bacchus...you now should share some of that post count lol
If johnny wins, he gets Ev's key .... I don't see him going after anyone else. Johnny is scared of people who he view as a threat.
I'd be surprised if he didn't ......
I think Johnny can do it so much easier than Ev can. Johnny has his, "family". He can basically select who he wants in and then, whoever wins he can convince them to take Ev's key because he has enough votes on his side to keep that player safe.
(Until it's time to cut that person loose, lol.)
Actually he could take KellyAnne's key if he really wanted to but most likely it would be Ev since he wouldn't want her at the end. I agree his alliance is still very much intact and you know Kenny would want Johnny with a key. Watch out though Ev can hold her own but wouldn't be able to do much if she wasn't in the face-off.
I see Johnny taking KA's key.
For revenge purposes I would think since she and Ev are friends you know but I guess we'll see tonight. And of course...Dan's limpness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....:puke:
Yeah, I agree. Taking KA's key would indirectly hurt Ev.
1. KA has to fight to get it back and if she fails she's going home
2. KA might not get to the finals with Ev.
3. For some reason KA might feel it's Ev's fault.
I hope Johnny takes KA's key, I wanna see a fight, other than Dan and Robin's.

I highly doubt that. Johnny and KA already have tension without Evelyn. If anything, it might have been her friendship with KA that screwed Ev on this challenge.
i definitely think johnny takes kelly anne key since they have hated each other since they got to the island. i hope he doenst take ev's key if he does win

Assuming that Johnny even wins which might not happen at all, we never know until it airs tonight. There can be so many turns and appearances are definitely deceiving but I do think that Ev keeps her key and Johnny gets one...either way they both could end up with one at the end.

You are totally right. If we still have SEVEN episodes left.. there's a whole plethera of possibilities!!
We don't have seven episodes left. I specifically remember V1 saying there were three. It wouldn't make sense for there to be a whole seven episodes left anyway.
We know Derek, Johnny, and Cohutta are going in to tonight's face off. We know Cohutta loses.
Remember that little "heart to heart" Derek and Ev had in one of the dailies? Where he assured Ev she would be there at the end? I think Derek goes in to the face off and wins, preventing Johnny the chance of taking Ev's key. But, I do think whoever's key he steals is going to be given to Johnny. I just can't figure out who's key he would take.
Who knows though. I could be completely wrong.

That's def a good speculation.
I just watched today's dailies..Johnny's winning faceoff video is titled "rat escape" hehehehe hmmmm I sense that MTV was not liking that alliance either...I also noticed they will be putting new 4 dailies this afternoon, as a preview for next week's episode...They've never done that before...The alliance is just not likable at all...I understand this is a game, but one thing is to play the game, and another is to be a complete bully and moron the whole deal. Of course people like Johny are brain dead, make him understand that! Watching this rat escape video, it is so funny because Johnny, Kenny, Dunbar and Paula really thought they were going to come out as the heroes, the cool alliance...hmmm wrong! Paula is just a waste of space in this planet as someone mentioned here before...I am a guy's girl, and she is not! She is just a puppy with no self steem whatsoever...It is also interesting to notice that usually us women are the drama queens and in previous challenges the cattiness was seen more on the women (Emily, Veronica, etc)...Guys also fight, just in a different style...That until morons llike Evan, Kenny and now Johnny came to our screens...They can actually be worst than women! That does not speak very well of them, they just don't come across as very manly with that attitude...

Kenny may be a lot of things... but a "moron" is not one of them.
After watching the dailies... I have some advice for Evelyn. First of all, stop kicking and punching stuff. You look stupid. Honestly, that's one of my biggest pet peeves. I HAAAAATE that sort of thing. Second, if you want a fair athletic challenge, MTV isn't the place. THIS IS MTV we're talking about...

I'll disagree about "fair." When Viacom puts language in its cast contract that tells the cast it can not subvert the game (i.e., you can't manipulate the rules, etc) then they have fully embraced The Game Show Act as applying to their production. The failure to provide a fair game would, a priori, become actionable based on their contract language alone.
There are two sides to the issue of fairness. On one side is the requirement that BMP not manipulate the game to ensure on person or group has any engineered advantage over another. "Sliders" on G3 is one example of the producers making an effort to recognize that they had an affirmative requirement to provide some event where Eric's mass would be a neutral factor. On the other side is the cast where any attempt to subvert the process perhaps by, for example, trying to do financial deals to influence another's performance, or finding out the details of a specific event in advance and thereby gaining an advantage, would be evidence of a potential criminal conspiracy that would be a felony under federal law.

I said if you want FAIR.. MTV IS NOT the place... OBVIOUSLY... this show isn't the place for the kind of competition EV is looking for. She is not going to be able to win these types of shows based on her athletic abilities alone. That's the point I was trying to make. It's the nature of the game. That's how MTV wants it.

Here I agree with you. Especially since the alliance deal and friendships has really taken off and changed the challenges. Even The Duel, which is supposed to be an individual competition, is based on you having someone who likes you to keep you from going in an elimination round. And some of those elimination rounds were ridiculous and the winners were by chance or some small technicality. And even she was a part of the group of people who weren't voting 100% based on competitive ability on Gauntlet 3. The Inferno is sometimes based on putting in the person your teammate can beat. Fresh Meat was based on partnerships. They weren't on two big teams and so they didn't have to vote off who was weak to keep all of the strong people there to win. It was actually beneficial to vote off the stronger teams. But really it ended up being who liked who more, as usual. Either way, no one owed it to other teams to keep them there because they were stronger. They were direct competition.
She comes off as extremely intense and would probably have felt better about something like The Eco Challenge or something like that, competition wise.
I do like that she seems to be one of the few using her brain on this challenge, but the other people simply don't seem to be motivated. Either that, or they don't see the writing on the wall.
They are building the boats on the dailies today, and Paula is making a big deal out of it to the girls. Then she says" they are not going to be on any boat", the fact that she truly believed Johnny up until the end is so sad to me.
Dunbar has gotten on my last nerve, he did when he was on Sydney too, what has he done to earn his spot? Besides be a "big" man?

Your point is clearer now. Thanks ;)
Eve is a Survivor fan. She would love to do it.

Paula was so annoying this whole experience and this Daily today pissed me off, about her saying they won't be on a boat.
Dunbar hasn't done anything. The one face off he went in with Paula he was getting flung around by Tyrie, proving that he is not a worthy competitor.
