Very true didn't thikn of that. I guess I considered meet the meat part of the show
YouTube - MTV'S RACHEL ROBINSON UNEDITED INTERVIEW @ 4:50 I think she is talking about Veronica.
Here's something that's always bothered me. On Battle of the Sexes 1 during the "Freeze Your Butt Off" mission, Ellen and Ayanna were the last two remaining, and Ayanna then quit to give Ellen the first and herself the second, since they were mission partners the next day. I believe Ellen was in the inner circle for almost the entire time, so why not have Ellen take the second and Ayanna take first, since Ayanna needed the points more than Ellen did? That's always come across as an extremely selfish move by Ellen to me.
Probably cause Ayanna was in so much pain during that mission while Ellen was at ease. I guess Ellen wanted to win more than Ayanna and both agreed to Ellen winning first. They were both partners on the next mission and won 1st place and got the ion lifesaver LOL. Ayanna was right behind Veronica in points but dropped when she refused to participate in "battle of the opposite sexes". this was the mission right before "battle of the opposite sexes".
That interview with Rachel was really good... I related to a lot of the stuff she said there about how when she first dated a girl she thought it was a one time thing.

EMILEE needs to be on a challenge I really want to see how she holds up.
I want old school competitors like Kendall, Coral, and the Miz back
Tina really should make her big comeback since Rachel and Veronica have made a comeback to the challenges
I just want to see Svetlana and Brianna and I will be fine.
I want old school competitors like Kendall, Coral, and the Miz back
Don't expect Miz or probably even Coral but I think it would be cool to see Kendal return for a bit.
I wanna see a lot of Rookies but also a good variety of Veterans.
At this point of the challenges as a fan, all I care about is the product that I am being shown on my television screen. A lot of the time on these boards I see the questions like "do you know them personally" or "how can you hate someone you don't know", but to me these are irrelevant. If the product I am being given is lackluster/predictable all because of a few very close castmembers then it makes me unhappy. I could care less if Kenny/Evan are as camera/fame hungry in real life as they appear on tv, but it just makes for a more frustrating/less entertaining show for me. The same thing has plagued survivor for me with Russell Hantz, same guys doing whatever they can for camera time and being total ********** while doing it. So I find myself pulling for the Wes/Ct/Abe crowd because that's the type of fearless competitors I want to see on these shows. Does that make Wes a better person? No, but as a viewer I would like to see some more of actual competition/fighting for a spot rather than contestants finding ways to manipulate the show for camera time and easy cash.
I agree with everything you said here. And I also want to touch on something else that goes with what you're saying a little bit. I don't understand why people are so concerned about they're ages and whether they have a "life" who cares? you're not gonna pay their way so does it really matter how old they are or wether they have a job or not? If you don't wanna watch them then just don't.

Doing challenges and being associated with them is a part of their "LIFE"
Doing challenges and being associated with them is a part of their "LIFE"
Yeah but worrying about their personal lives is still irrelevant.
Yeah but worrying about their personal lives is still irrelevant.
now that, I can agree on.
now that, I can agree on.
Yeah that was my main point really.
I don't understand why people are so concerned about they're ages and whether they have a "life" who cares? you're not gonna pay their way so does it really matter how old they are or wether they have a job or not? If you don't wanna watch them then just don't.
I tend to agree with that, however, I think generally when people say "so and so is XX years old and still doing these, she/he needs to get a life" they just mean... I'm sick of seeing that person on my television, and I want them to go away. I don't actually care if they have a life or not. Well I mean, on a somewhat human level, I would like to see everyone happy with a good life. But in the sense of, I don't know you at all, I only know the character on my tv... then yah I don't care what their outside life is like. I'm just stating whether I want to watch them on the challenges or not.
I'm getting sick of the castmembers doing extremely physical challenges...I want to see more goofy/fun challenges like melting the block of ice only using your body (BOTS2), that was hilarious! I don't understand why they keep making them do really tough challenges, it's not that entertaining. It's more entertaining for us as viewers to see them doing something where it doesn't seem like they're in so much physical pain. I don't wanna see a castmember going home because of their injuries (coral and evan on Fresh Meat), that's annoying..

I don't get paid enough to put myself in harm or hypothermia's way just for the sake of ratings.

the one that like super duper entertained me was that sickening ice cream eating mission from the Gauntlet 1 I think.
the one that like super duper entertained me was that sickening ice cream eating mission from the Gauntlet 1 I think.
I saw that again yesterday when I was watching Top 25 moments from the Challenges that aired prior to Gauntlet 3. That was extremely entertaining but SO disgusting. They were eating each other's snot and puke. My stomach is turning thinking about it. I think they'd be more likely to get sick from that challenge than get hurt doing the physical stuff!!!
I miss the challenges where the cast had to eat things. They used to have like bull ********* and **** like that.

Well for entertainment value I'd rather see them eat the vomit. lol Defintiely miss the ones where they used to eat the crazy stuff. Personally if I was on the show, I'd rather do the extreme challenges that are physically demanding, rather than eat people's vomit. But since I'm sitting home watching then yah, that's not that entertaining to watch an episode of "who has bigger muscles" and "how many challenges will Casey refuse to do". Actually that 2nd one is a little entertaining..

Rather than have one why not incorporate both lol
I would love to see Devyn on a challenge. There has only been three Brooklyn people on a challenge since their season. On The Duel there were four Key West cast. I wonder if most of the Brooklyn cast aren't interested in challenges? I hope not, that was one of my favorite seasons.
Back to the gross food challenges, the BOTSEXES 2 one where they were paired up and had to eat random things was pretty funny too. If they didn't finish their food, the cardboard cut outs of those people were blown up. Good times...
Ahh, yes ... the Fear Factor Challenge days
Question: Will Coral ever come back to do one more challenge? Oh and what happened to Ellen from Road Rules the Quest? Do they still hate each other?
