Yeah, but you just take the bits you don´t like out of the context. Puzzles, just as game strategy are part of what a competitor must master in order to be considered the best of the best... Physical strength is only gonna get you so far in this game...

I didn't alter it at all. I said only elite players could beat her in a physical elimination round...I said Diem would need to pray for a mental elimination round. I've been consistent throughout. Honestly, these comments about Emily are nonsense and now I want to see a Duel because I think you'll be backpedaling quickly.

Again this is the over-compensation on your side... I LOVE Emily and as I said she is the absolute physical beast out there, yet I do realize she has her weaknesses, and when making a statement about general power dynamics/distribution I take those also into account....

This was the comment that started the discussion "I think y'all are definitely underestimating Diems [B]physical capability[/B]. And Sarah's. they both could take Emily and Cooke." The response all deal with PHYSICAL ONLY. That was the discussion. No one implied that Diem couldn't beat in with other factors that why you're invincible comment was retracted by you. This is just about PHYSICAL. Do you truly think Diem could beat Emily in Handcuffs or Pole Me Over? Of course you don't--we agree but you're not following the conversation because you're altering my point.

I do not expect that she will be 100% the competitor she has been in the past.

It will depend on what the challenge is. She won't get a free ride in a Duel type challenge. If it is a Ruins she may get her third free ride which means she plays a strong strategic game.

The cast was miserable because of the decisions by BMP that, like The Island, were designed to force drama by giving no outlets to the cast. I can only assume that BMP would not be so foolish as do do it again. It is so much easier to create drama by "suggesting" actions and behaviors to the cast. The older cast and some of the younger ones get that there are there only to make good TV. Wining the money at the end is a reward for being supremely entertaining.
I do not believe even the cast knew the format this time; thus, when TJ explains it to them on camera they may actually be surprised for a change. I HATE THE FAKE RESHOOTS!
1. I do know something. BMP & MTV need to produce good TV/ratings, or else. Beyond that, I really know nothing about the format. I've had a series cancelled for lack of ratings, so I have some experience here. You either add to the corporate bottom line or someone else will. With Wes, I really only applied simple logic, knowing that he does have a special relationship with BMP.
2. These really is are just logic problems for me. I can't see any tired or unsuccessful format bringing back the lost audience. I’m not aware that it has ever been successful in the last decade of reality TV. BMP has to have at least one creative person on their staff who has a clue. Further, I can't see the currently identified cast as fitting well into any aforementioned formats -- other than as a failed concept. (i.e., I have no inside knowledge. ) Heck, why not bring back the creator of Fear Factor and
3. I'm me, OK. That means absolutely nothing these days. I'm out of the reality business and have but one scripted show out with a show runner looking for a network home. In the post-Tonya BMP environment, I consider my bridges as burned as hers.
4. I've been on BMP for years about the need to fracture alliances -- and even pit friends against each other. It's a reason I like pairs competitions and the early challenge cumulative scoring system.

Seriously, she's a big reason why I'm looking forward to this challenge. I doubt she's been working out vigorously like the rest of these ppl. Hopefully shes actually well enough to compete. Cant wait to see her with her short hair again, must be awkward for her and CT since they had cute moments years ago after she beat cancer the 1st time, kinda like dejavu
