I actually thought the Emily one was too similar to Rachel. Fitness talk and the wig looked like a short black bob cut? Since when does Emily have that hairstyle?
Since it seemed to be the only dark wig Camila owned ;)
I think it was the same one she used for Jasmine.
Dani Victor from season 8.
Thanks. Because of that post I googled "Dani Victor and Zach" which just led me back to here. Wow that was quick on google.
Dani Victor from season 8.
Speaking of...
So Jonna and Zach are still together I'm guessing

Same here, but she is gross.

She was on season 8 of the Bad Girls Club. Her, her twin sister Gabbi, and Zach used to host club events together which is how they met. I used to notice how she would tweet Zach and he would never reply. cold..
She has become very close with Trey since the start of his season, which I think may add to why Zach doesn't want to communicate with her.

I watch the BGC, so here's my biased opinion.
The Victor twins were pathetic, they used to gang up on girls a LOT. They bullied a girl for a while (5 or 6 on one), then her sister came to the house and they were sweet to her. At the beginning, most girls followed them, but they started getting tired of it. Then one day, everyone in the house actually got mad, and they all beat them up (it was 5 against 2, I think). After that event, the twins left the house because they thought it was unfair that so many girls went against them at the same time.
The Victor twins have never been classy. They're not the type of "bad girls" who go on the show to have fun, drink and party. They're the type who come on the show to hate, create drama, and gang up on people.
After filming BGC8, Gabi and Leroy kind of had a "thing", they used to flirt on twitter, post pictures, etc. BGC8 and Battle of the Exes aired simultaneously, and some girls from RW (I think Jemmye and Nany) made comments about the girls from the BGC and started a small twitter war.
And now this is happening with Dani and Zach.

Thanks for the back story. She's definitely classless based on those posts so your summary makes a lot of sense

All you needed to know was that she was on BGC. The only way you get onto BGC is by being what you call classless.
Is it wrong for me to feel bad for her? I mean, after her and Zach hooked up all she wanted was his friendship and he just tossed her aside. It has to be hard to watch him hook up with another girl (who made it on the show that you tried out for and were rejected) on national TV.
Zach was probably just using her as a rebound from Ashley and she didn't realize
Why do I feel like these cast members lives get more interesting after they appear on their seasons. The people I find are the most boring during their seasons seem to have the most interesting lives off camera… hmm.

I've never seen that show but the title of it does kind of sum that up very well.
I guess the producers of the challenge are buying into the "rookie takeover." They clearly want to see the rookies take out the vets because why else would they make such easy challenges to rig? The 2nd challenge would have been the best challenge of the season if the rules weren't so stupid and let them pick the matchups. The 4th challenge was essentially the same thing that Survivor always does when they have them shoot rocks at each other's plates or answer trivia questions and chop down each other's ropes just to show everyone what the pecking order of the alliance is. I guess the whole point of this season was to get new faces in the finals, and they had to sacrifice some in the ratings to do that.
This was still a good season to do for the long term of the show, it sets up for a monster season next season when they do rookies vs vets (hopefully ruins 2) and gives some of these new kids experience on how to play this game because they're the ones who are gonna have to carry the torch to keep this show going.

Ruins 2 doesn't help if Cancun or San Diego wins.
Gauntlet 4 with a tweaked roster selection is what I think it should be.

Ruins 2 wouldn't have to be Champs vs. Challengers
They could do rookies (2/3 or less) vs. veterans with that format

Why wouldn't Ruins 2 work? If Cancun wins then Jonna and/or Jasmine would be on the champs team (I don't think CJ and Derek should be back on) and if San Diego wins Zack and Frank would be on the champs team. Wouldn't it be more fun to see Frank have his *** handed to him on a team with JEK? The challengers team would still be extremely strong and have they could have CT and a few other vets like Sarah, Jenn if she comes out of retirement, or Diem if she's feeling up to it, and the champs team can still have some relatively new people with Camilla, whoever wins this season, and even Carley. My hope would be that the challengers team won to get some people that haven't won before and some good younger people like Leroy, Laurel, Emily, Cara Maria to win, all setting up for season 25 to be Duel 3: Champions.
A Gauntlet 4 would be dumb in my opinion for a few reasons. 1. The eliminations for gauntlets are teammates vs. teammates, and they're all on different teams so the only time rookies actually go against vets is in the daily challenges. 2. They would have to change the rules for it to be something like less than 4 challenges or even just subjectively decide who's a rookie or vet. But even if they did that, what do you do with Mandi, Cara Maria, Laurel, Ty, Camilla, etc. Are they vets or rookies? 3. If they do a gauntlet 4, that gives the producers a lot of leeway to put people on the vets team that I don't want to see. They can basically stack it so that the rookies will win, but if it were a ruins 2 the teams would be extremely even.

Because the point is to see the veterans destroy the rookies, not be on the same team as them
If Cancun wins Jasmine basically is a vet already and Jonna lasted a while on Rivals so she knows a lot of vets. I think it would be better to see Frank and someone like Johnny or Kenny on the same team, not on different teams where they have no effect on each other. Having 2 rookies on the champs team or having a few vets on the challengers team still makes it essentially rookies vs vets.
...That's called The Gauntlet
No, it isn't. The Ruins has personal bank accounts and nominations from the teams to go into the Ruins. It is entirely different
Also, The Gauntlet hasn't always been Rookies & Veterans. The first Gauntlet was Real World vs. Road Rules...maybe you never saw that season.
The Ruins is a much better format IMO than the Gauntlet. I'd much rather see another Ruins than a Gauntlet with any of the three rules they had for determining the elimination round.
Maybe this is "outside the box" thinking but why can't they just do a season with ~30 contestants, no teams but every man/woman for themselves, and have the bottom 2 from each sex going into an elimination round against each other. That ensures that the people who are in the Finals are the ones who deserve to be (barring untimely injuries).
We'd see some good solid competition, which we haven't had in a long while due to alliance-conspiring crap.
We'd see some good solid "drama" that comes from putting 30 people into a house together with nothing to do but drink and talk/start ****.
We would not see the 'We should team up and throw soandso in because we don't like him' blah blah blah alliance crap that's wrecked the franchise viewership.
I think that'd be about as perfect as the show could get, in an attempt to attract the people who are interested in seeing either A or B. Anyone who wouldn't at least be somewhat intrigued by such a format, would probably never watch this show again unless they are paid for it.

No It wouldn't. We've seen that time and time again and I'm sick of it and I'm not the only one.

Finally, the million dollar question has been asked. I always wanted a 30+ challenge without teams or pairs but hardly ever happens which stinks. However I think sending in the bottom 2 (teams, pairs contestant) shtick is very old. I'll admit the school yard pick was fine for a while but when they have like 25 people in a alliance and 5 people not in it it just seems rather unfair and shady.
And can we get a final without having 10+ people in it. I never liked that. Another thing they should do is either do another All-Star like challenge, old school challenge idea (seasons 1-4) or even a season where like BOTSeasons 2 where it's actually Road Rulers (I'm sure it'll never happen) but one can dream.
I was playing Mario Kart last night on my wii last night and it occur me that for the next challenge they should use point scoring for the challenges similar to the one they used on battle of the sexes 1.
True VR but then we'd be stuck with zero elimination rounds and getting sick of certain contestants.

You mean have like guy vs. girl elimination rounds? Not trying to sound sexist or anything, but how would someone like Jasmine do well if she's in an elimination with someone like CT? Unless it's some sort of puzzle, there would be no possible way some tiny little girl like her could go against a 200 pound guy like him.
BTW, isn't this discussion a little off topic? These posts should be moved to the general discussion thread.

Well I mean the last place person would automatically go into the elimination round plus they will choose who to go against.

The person in last place should never pick who they go against--why reward someone for failing to perform?
I love the Duel when the last picked gets to pick their opponent because they were in that spot based on politics.
