LOL at this Stockholm like syndrome where people fall desperately in love on challenges.
Overall, good episode. I actually like Trey. No he isn't playing a smart game, but at least he's giving me some entertainment. Vegas, Brooklyn, St. Thomas, and (if they're still there next week) Fresh Meat need to band together and get rid of Cancun and San Diego. Idk who Knight is because I didn't watch his season, but he obviously looked like a jerk this episode. But with that said, I really don't care what happens to New Orleans. They could stay or go I don't really care. Chet is still my favorite so far.
Knight didn't make any sense yesterday. Nany was actually against New Orleans going into the elimination last week, Alton was the one that wanted NOLA in.
Am I the only one who noticed that Chet wasn't reading a text message from TJ...and that he wasn't even reading a sent text message? You can do better, production.
People complain about everything. Everytime there is a **** they should have shown people say "oh why didn't they show that drama, there's not enough drama". I loved all the drama in this episode. The best challenges (Inferno, BOTSexes, The Gauntlet) were 30 minutes & they were loaded with drama.
Oh the laughs I get at reading the last 27 pages. First off there are a ton of people in this challenge, so not everyone is going to get air time. Second, this challenge is similar to old school challenges, in which there was a lot of drama, and good competitions. Third, Vegas made a mistake, what should had occurred was that they should had aligned themselves with Austin, fresh meat and Brooklyn, to counter the opposing alliance. And finally I think we can all agree that Knight would had gotten his butt handed to him, on a silver platter, if he dared to say the same comments he did in front of people like CT, Abe, Wes, Derrick, Darrell and others. Put it like this, if Knight said those comments on like the Duel, or the Inferno then someone would be going home for fighting.
Can somebody tell me what Devyn did that was so awesome? I couldn't watch the episode due to my cable and internet being crazy.
Here are my thoughts on the episode -Knight, in theory, did something actually smart. However, he should have done it to Alton (he would have blown up more and was the against NOLA). -Knight should not have let it be known (or Jemmye) that it was him that threw Nanys **** in the pool, way to make an enemy and yourself look bad. -Nany was extremely annoying in the challenge...she basically said screw the alliance and then during the challenge she was mad that Kenzie and Preston were dumping their rocks in LVs basket...obviously Nany they don't want you to win since you would put them into the elimination round....as you previously stated. - It was kinda funny that ALL of the teams in the challenge (except Cancun) put their strongest guy and their weakest girl up on the platform to hold the basket. No wonder Cancun won...Jonna was the only one that could help out her guy teammate. -Frank was being a jerk at the challenge getting mad that Brooklyn and FM were putting all their rocks in SD's basket...he is so childish and immature...I'm surprised Trishelle took his ****. -I would have been pissed if I was Marie too, she did what she was told to be in the alliance and they were about to screw her over. Marie did the right thing to blow up at them...because now they know if they go against her, she will throw it right back at them. -Chet is right about CJ, he is fake. Brooklyn didn't get to choose who they were aligned with. JD and Devyn are rookies and it looks like Sarah is close to Alton who is a part of the alliance and Chet was close to Trishelle who was a part of the alliance...obviously the alliance put Brooklyn into the "vet" category to be eliminated. CJ can't sit there and say you are a great competitor, I want you to stay here and you are my friend, if you keep putting him into elimination everytime. Chet had the right to blow up at CJ. I cannot stand CJ this season. -Trey is an idiot, I know he doesn't want to look like a ***** or someone just bending over and taking it, but dude you came here to play the game...now play it. Marie is doing all the work for that team to keep them out of the elimination. It won't last for long but at least she is helping out her team. If Trey and Marie could just get along, their team would be a physical force. -I cant believe they didn't show the elimination. I don't understand why they think this Eric/Devyn relationship is so entertaining and cool and making people want to tune it to watch it. I find it weird and not that interesting. I would much rather be seeing the dynamics of the Jonna/Ashley/Zach love triangle. I found the aftershow to be completely boring...who cares about the Eric/Devyn relationship and Johnny was even stretching to get more in depth with the Knight/Nany pool incident, it was like 5 minutes in and they had already recapped it and then it just was like alright I have nothing to talk about now...so let's go over it again.
What is Jonna wearing?
I can't look at her without thinking of her seasons **** They Should Have Shown when her roommates were talking about how gross her weaves were. Like, Spaghetti-os up in there...
Man, this is my favorite intro in a looong time. I love when McKenzie says “we’re in NOLA, babe”. I usually online and skip the intro, but this season I go back to watch it again. Knight is an idiot. What is this the Bad Girls Club? NOLA didn’t have a target on their back, and now he’s doing that. So cute how they went out to help her. I love Camila. I agree, she’s bitter about not being part of the popular croud, but I can’t blame her, she was an outside on Cutthroat, Rivals, then on Exes she’s “in” and now she’s back to the beginning, must be frustrating. Damn, Devyn has really nice, muscular arms. I’ll be honest, I was very impressed with Eric’s performance. Argh, too bad Vegas didn’t win. But at the same time I wouldn’t want Knight and Jemmye to go home. Jazzy’s hair looked too cute when they were sitting on the bench, about to announce who was getting sent in. Trey, are you serious right now? They’ve never tried to include you? Get the hell out of here. So confused about Jonna’s outfit for the elimination round... I actually really liked this episode. Nobody pissed me off except for Trey, but what’s new? Knight’s an idiot, but in an entertaining way. Oh my God. Wow no elimination, MTV/BMP? that was definitely an ******* move. I love this season because every week, the drama is about a different person, or at least it’s a different storyline. I absolutely love Camila, Nany and Jemmye. It’s about time there were women who stood up for themselves. QUOTE OF THE EPISODE. HELL, QUOTE OF THE WHOLE SEASON Camila: This challenge should be called “Challenge of the P*****s”
Yeah, the real veterans would have destroyed this dysfunctional cast.
Ugh. I'm tired of people saying they miss "the real veterans". They were rookies at one point too, give these people a chance. So annoying.
They should have put Laura, JD, Sam, and Ashley on a team. = Team Invisible.
**** hahahaha that made me laugh pretty hard.
I am just waiting for Nanys ***** to pop out of her dress hahaha
So was I, but I'm guessing they cut it out.
She did say she is usually dating senior citizens. Maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but maybe it's not. Obviously she has dated men several years older than her, though. I remember on Brooklyn that her "sort of" fiance was someone more in her age range, but she was talking to at least one guy that was several years older than her (like maybe 40+, from what it seemed to me).
She was underaged at the time Brooklyn was filmed too (she couldn't go to the casino). But, yeah, it doesn't really matter. Big Easy was just insecure, Devyn seems like a great girl.

I'm not sure why many people would have liked this episode. It didn't have a single iota of competitiveness, unless you count Eric vs. The House. 2 awful daily concepts in a row and the season is starting to sour on me (I'll still watch the whole thing). Besides that, too much stuff bleeped out for me to really enjoy the fighting. It seemed like 5 full minutes of nothing but bleep bleep bleep. CT needs to show these people how to threaten someone and keep it clean enough for the censors (I will eat your face!). I enjoyed the escapades of Knight. While it may not be good for his longevity on this season, he singled out someone he knew he could ruffle, and he succesfully did it. Props to him for his ballsy choice. I have to throw it out there because I see this a lot and it bugs me, but fighting on The Challenge is not "drama". Fighting is fighting. I like a bit in my challenges but I prefer the game aspects. Drama is finding out your mother died, or cheating on your boyfriend back home. Stuff that happens on TRW. I'd possibly consider worrying about alliances as "drama", but after 22 seasons that well is tapped for entertainment purposes.

Don't you know guys, how much was Devyn paid for hooking up with Eric? The "Don't weigh me down" challenge was stupid, I mean, they didn't even need to do that. If TJ said "now all teams have to deliberate and decide which two teams are going in", it would have been the same. No chance for you if you don't have alliance.
I am liking this season overall but the challenges are getting old. I wish they would make the 2 teams that came in last go into the arena, that way we would actually see some competition.

What Knight did was very stupid. He put a HUGE target on his(and the rest of his teams) back. And he did it to someone that was IN HIS ALLIANCE. How stupid can you be? And his reasoning was ******* dumb. It's a game but that doesn't make it okay for you to do that to Nany or anyone else. I didn't like Marie on her season But here she's growing on me. She(and her team)did what the alliance wanted and they were gonna get thown in anyways? The alliance as on some BS and Marie had every right to get pissed..And Trey..Honey if you want to play the game PLAY THE DAMN GAME you can't expect people to come to you and see what YOU want. YOU come to them. Camilla-SHUT THE **** UP! It's really funny that when she was on a challenge with those tired old *** Vets and she was in "The Mob" it was all strategy and Playing the game..Yet when she's on this challenge with "The New Generation" and her *** is on the outs and none of them have any reason to keep her in the game it's a whole diffrent story...Nobody's "competing" and "steping" up. ***** PLEASE!...People are going to have alliances and just because you *** isn't in any of them doesn't make them wrong..oh and what right do you have to tell anyone that they don't deserve to be there? If anyone doesn't deserve to be there it's you and your fat *** partner considering neither of you are real castmembers. I hope you lose Next week. Devyn/Eric-one of the grossest Hook-ups in the history of this show. That after show wasn't needed..But it was really cool seeing Johnny Mosley again.
I didn't like Marie on her season But here she's growing on me. She(and her team)did what the alliance wanted and they were gonna get thown in anyways? YOU come to them.
He sees it as kissing *** when he needs to see it as putting in work as this is his first challenge. I think he needs to sit back and realize that he isn't entitled to anything. Had it not been for the drama between him and Marie in St.Thomas, he probably would be listening to her. It's more of a high-school-like "I don't like you. Why should I listen to you?" type situation. I'd love for Marie to do a Vevmo interview.
I enjoyed Big Easy talking trash and doing his thing. I am not a fan of these challenges where you can so easily rig the hell the out of them though. These teams are def not competing at this point. Producers really dropped the ball with this.
I actually do like a mix of challenges where teams can gang up on one another, and where teams can compete physically. As of now we've had 2 of both in the last 4 challenges done, and the same pairs have gone in. The oil challenge was rather disappointing just from a fun standpoint, however they can give the actual battles more air time (and they did). I think just about each season the strongest players physically and the smartest players strategically are generally the same. If the Key West/Fresh Meat core players were actually playing this time I'm sure they'd be doing the same stuff the rookies are doing. These vets are definitely not the vets to beat in competitions (except Alton, but he's technically part of the Rookie revolution). Maybe Sarah and Camilla have proven themselves a little. I am enjoying seeing these different players, and I can't wait to be excited about seeing the old regulars back in a few seasons. I couldn't stand Veronica and I was happy when she took a break. However, I really started missing her and when she came back for Ruins, I was so happy to see her back.
I Just noticed the title of this episode..The Dark Knight..Clever. But Honestly this was a good episode. I think the challenge was a little bit lacking and I really don't get why this was a "to be continued" episode. but other than that I was satisfied. I'm noticing that on this challenge there is always some drama(big or small) happening and that's a big step up from the past few challenges..there were some episodes on previous challenges where NOTHING happens..but that's not the case with this challenge.

It isn't all about looks you know. Really? Calling Big Easy, who lost ~70 pounds fat? Come on, quit the name calling. You're better than that.
No he's not. And we have to read about it on every other post on this board. Its honestly disgusting.
:( Really? Big Easy has come a long way. I can't believe people are still taking every chance to belittle him.
Big Easy has come a long way but he's still has a way to go. I supported him doing challenges until this season. He needs to take some more time off before doing another challenge. And let's be honest--he's the worst competitor on the show this season and probably in the worst shape (maybe Knight) Big Easy definitely should be praised for losing weight. Hopefully he keeps at it. I'd like to see him come back some season and not be a liability.
He beat Wes and Danny and Melinda, and he's probably gonna beat JD/Devyn. I think he deserves to be here. Not his fault they can't come up with more creative Challenge ideas. I feel like it's always water + height. Just look at the latest Challenge, if it weren't for the alliance, he would have easily won.
No doubt, he doesn't belong on the challenge. And its one thing to say hes unathletic and and another thing to say he's gross, blah blah blah. Honestly, its quite comical that dude sits here and trashes three castmember who shall not be named when he does the same thing behing a keyboard.

I'm sorry but if I had to pick guys to be on my team using everyone in this cast Easy would probably be my last pick because I know he couldn't complete a final. Preston & Knight are right there with him. I don't see how he & Camila beat any Brooklyn people in a mental challenge. Unless it really isn't mental. They definitely need to get more creative but I just don't see that happening
