Candice "Amanda is the female Jermey."
Candice must ignore the fact that Jeremy was a beast of a competitor while Amanda hasn't done anything in competitions.
Candice must ignore the fact that Jeremy was a beast of a competitor while Amanda hasn't done anything in competitions.
She probably means personality-wise.
Ughhh I hate saying this, and I'm not defending Aaryn, but Candice keeps playing this race card. She said on the episode "two black people on the bloc just waphat she wanted" or something like that. Then she kept saying him and his white ***, referring to someone. Then she just said they would show Howard in a negative light with a bug black man intimidating Amanda. This is in reference to when Howard told Amanda he would "F the **** outta her" this is according to Amanda. Candice is on a slippery slope. Very bad gameplay and outlook.
You make an excellent point. For some, race, whether intentional or not, is a reflection of the past real world environment for some players like Aaryn, GM even Spencer. Candace, however, is insidious in knowing when to play the race card for game purposes, having been made keenly aware of the sensitivity of the subject to the audience by the producers via the Diary Room. Such efforts have a way of seriously backfiring, though. Judd and Helen make feel such a move complicates their own strategies. Further evidence of this was the talk among the rest of the cast about Candace's attack on Spencer earlier this week after Spencer took himself off of the block. A cobbled together alliance of Candace and Jessica as the poor beaten upon women will not have any momentum with the other houseguests because the two are entirely unpredictable.
I hope she does. She would leave.
no chance Aaryn leaves over Candice, Jessie or even Spencer
It would be strategic to keep Aaryan til the end... like the top 2.
No big surprise, Candice and Jessie are nominated.
Amanda is once again the third nominee.
I think that Amanda's paranoia is going to be her downfall eventually. She is freaking out once again about being on the block despite having the numbers.
How did Amanda get nominated over Aaryn?!
How did Amanda get nominated over Aaryn?!
Casual fans don't vote.
How did Amanda get nominated over Aaryn?!
No one cares about her being "racist" any more...that's life. People forget and move on. Aaryn's in great shape in this game. Anyone that evicts her is an idiot.
Jessie won the veto, Spencer won a trip to the Bahamas, and Candice has to wear some type of custom all week. That means Jessie is off the block, and most likely Spencer will go up and he or Candice will go home this week.
It's a shame Jessie won POV. I'm bored with her and she adds nothing to the show.
It's a shame Jessie won POV. I'm bored with her and she adds nothing to the show.
She wasn't going home anyway...this is an easy week for anyone not named Candice
I hope somehow Candice pulls off a miracle and does not get evicted. I want to see Spencer to get evicted instead.
I hope somehow Candice pulls off a miracle and does not get evicted. I want to see Spencer to get evicted instead.
I'd be fine with that but Candice is playing a horrible game so her leaving isn't a bad thing if things don't change.
I really think Amanda will be leaving this week. Possibly not in the first eviction, but definitely in the second. I'm sure they will do a live vote for the MVP and then they will evict Amanda. She NEEDS to pull out a win or she is done.
How did Amanda get nominated over Aaryn?!
I was surprised as well. People just don't respect good gameplay. This show is always a popularity contest when America gets to vote. We should NEVER have this much power in the game. It's one thing to choose the MVP, they can be swayed. For us to choose the third nominee is complete bull****. It's not that type of game. Save this BS for "The Glass House" if its even on the air anymore lol.

Amanda leaving would only ensure that Aaryn and McCrae remain to attack whomever would lead an effort to oust Amanda. An immediate second eviction next Thursday would ensure a highly emotional response to an Amanda departure, with no time to consider the long-term game consequences. Good gameplay? She has pushed for a Howard eviction way too had and granted, she got it, it's definitely gotten herself on people's radars (Judd, Helen, Elissa, Jessie). IMO, if she was in a house with smart players, she would not be doing nearly as well. She was also caught in a lie with Judd, but since nobody believes Candice, she got away with it.

That's good gameplay to me.
Yup. That's good gameplay to me.
As McCrae put it, she needs to play smarter not harder. She lied to Judd and got away with it, but Elissa/Helen know this and are just waiting for the right moment to turn him against Amanda (although I would say this week is the perfect week, they think they need to wait longer). I don't see Amanda winning. I think it will either be McCrae or Andy.

If you will go back a few posts you will see me say that I believe te winner of this season will be either Mccrea or Andy. I could see Helen sneaking in there at this point as well

Let's be honest...Amanda is waiting for the right moment to turn on Helen & Elissa too...this is the game.
Let's be honest...Amanda is waiting for the right moment to turn on Helen & Elissa too...this is the game.
Obviously, but Amanda can afford to wait as she has more people on her side. She has a solid 4 person alliance (her, McCrae, Andy, and Aaryn) with a 5th person (GM) who will vote the way she wants. Helen & Elissa don't realize who Amanda has on her side and that they need to make the move now.

Even Helen has no idea and that's why they're planning on keeping Amanda as of now
Which is why Amanda is playing a good game. Even Helen has no idea and that's why they're planning on keeping Amanda as of now
She is playing a decent game, but I wouldn't call it a good game. I guess my definition of a good game is just much more strict than yours. I would only say that Andy and McCrae are playing good games thus far, while other people have a chance to move into that category. If she realizes that she needs to take Aaryn to the Final 2, then I will consider her game to be a good one, but I haven't seen any indications that she is aware that the only person in her alliance that she can beat is Aaryn.
Helen has flipped. She has now joined Elissa and Jessie to get Amanda out. They are trying to get the final vote. They first tried to get Andy's vote and he was really pissed about it. They will be working on Judd soon.
