wait PR, can you clarify? If the mercenary pulls the champ choice sword, do they just choose who they want from the two house votes or anyone left in the game?
They can pick whoever they want left in the game if they get that sword
Wait I'm so confused how dailies work. Is there no power in winning a daily? It's like The Traitors where they need to "complete" it and everyone either wins or everyone loses?
That is so stupid
Wait! The traitors is like that? So that what my preseason source meant when they said they wanted to do something like the traitors lmaoooo
Yeah. Everyone worked as a team (the traitors included) and if they completed the mission they would add money to the prize pot. This was literally everyone's least favorite part of that show so not shocked that's what production decided to use from it lol

yeah they competed together in every challenge right after someone was eliminated. Things like building totem poles or pulling off a heist. They weren't bad challenges by design but you didn't turn on Traitors to watch challenges it was the in house gameplay
Y'all need to focus on the dailies IT IS LITERALLY 1 TEAM. NO COMPETITION. That is not The Challenge
There is incentive to create a "strong" team and if this was like the WOTW2 cast, this would actually be a little more interesting.
Forgot about a solo winner for a second; yeah those two things contradict each other.
More interesting if they had solo bank accounts and got split into new teams every challenge. So the more you win, the more money you get if you make it to the end.
A merc winning steals that person's money and there's no way of getting it back in the pot.

why would you want a strong team? I'm trying to get out people I can beat EVERY time. Why would i want to run a final against Berna over Tula? They are dumb.
The Challenge: Battle for a New Champion - Tentative name (This may change)
Number of people winning: 1
Initial Format
The season started with some type of 2 days final that they needed it to do for food, drinks and sleeping bags/beds for the first two days. They all got drunk on day 2 and a few hours after this they had to do the first daily. They started with 300k prize pot they are ALL competiting as a team & every challenge is a team challenge to win 50k more for the winners prize pot at the end.
For the first four eliminations they did a house vote to determined the person going into elimination and that person chooses who they face. After the 5th challenge the house votes two people into elimination, the two house names go on a sword. The champ competing on the elimination then gets to pick a sword of 3 swords (2 names with house vote & the 3rd sword being Champs Choice). If the champion/mercenary wins their elimination they get 15k from the winners prize money of the season.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd will be paid. There can be an uneven amount of male/females in the final - & also no set amount of who can make it to the final.
oh I just know people were throwing up that first daily

okay thats pretty interesting. BUT, you have to realize the vets they are picking as mercenaries. They aren't going to **** people off for future seasons so even if they do get that sword, they are going to choose people like Colleen, Berna, Emanuel etc

They gave them a lot of liquor on day 2 way more than recent seasons lmao
How are y'all liking this format? The dailies are so incredible pointless? If you watch for competition there's no point anymore. if you watch for gameplay there's no point anymore (it's the easiest season in history for a majority alliance to control the game since winning a daily doesn't even give you immunity). And there's probably little to no drama.
i think if Kyland can get to the final he can challenge Horatio. Horatio is a natural athlete so he's the favorite but Kyland does Spartan Runs regularly and is smart. He has a chance and James i guess but i don't know anything about him

Exactly.
And, if it's top two vote-getters it's probably both sides getting someone voted in, unless I'm misreading that.
But, Kyland is the only one who hasn't been on the outs (that we know of) so I'm curious about how he got in.
the format didn't work on traitors but it did work on The Mole. maybe that's because The Mole is a production plant actor already paid in advance but still

I could see Darrell getting Champs Choice and not knowing anybody and simply just saying "who wants it". Kyland would jump at that. Recall his Batman and Robin strategy on Big Brother

The Mole worked because there was sabotage from the mole and also from people trying to get people to think it's the mole. If everyone is working together it's so stupid
If they were smart but we know they aren't they would have had where people can sabotage the mission to earn individual immunity. That would create game drama and prevent such predictability. Man I really should be producing this.
They can pick whoever they want left in the game if they get that sword
it's not the BEST format ever but it's also not the WORST. i actually don't mind it and am interested to see how it plays out.

*this changes everything*
so Kaz picked Big T and got handeled
It'll be mad funny if somebody tries to pull a Kate

So no safety for anyone from dailies? Basically making it even easier for a majority alliance to run the game zzzzz
it's not a bad format at all outside of the 1 winner thing. 1 winner finals always suck because they have to balance it
This is Horacio's season for sure. Like who would beat him in an individual final?

Remember when they kicked Brandon off on FM2 cause they had a strict no drinking before competing rule lol.

Pink has any mercenary picked who they want to go against?

The Challenge: Rigged for Horacio would've been a shorter, more accurate and less stupid title.
Wouldn't it make sense to vote in somebody who is a threat to you in the final with this format?
I love it when the format is so random that it requires PR/Gamer to write a paragraph to explain it. Seems like that's a trend these days lol
Everyone should be voting in Horacio at every single elimination.
