I was listening to a Ryan Kehoe podcast and he mentioned on "The Island" that there was something very significant taking place behind the scenes that he didn't want to get into but he said it "was the real story behind the story" of that season. Curious what he is referring to.... any ideas?
No, but this season had a great cast. It would have been a great season if they were in a mansion playing a normal game.
Right? Amazing cast (minus JEK) in one of the worst formats ever. I hated this season so much. JEK were at their worst this season and Ruins.
They suck, but under different living conditions and a different format they wouldn't have been so insufferable. The female cast was great, one of the best post Fresh Meat.
Should have been The Duel 2. I would have loved to have seen Rachel Ev KellyAnne Jenn Tonya and Robin battle it out. I'm guessing one if DEK still wins since Abe quit but it still would have been interesting.

This was speculated a few months ago, I think maybe KVM was in the convo but I could be wrong. But nobody really knows, just speculation. Couldn't been the mistreatment towards the girls, the Robin/Dan situations, nobody really knows except for the people that were there or someone who hasn't discussed it here.
No one from this season is on the Main challenge currently so why y'all **** bringing this shit back up

Abram Dunbar John Derrick and Kenny destroy the rest.
I loved Derrick back then, but the rest were insufferable. Kenny and Johanna grossed me out, John was disgusting AF, hated Dunbar from day one of his RW season, and Abe quitting ruined us being rid of John.

We never get two elite girls in an individual season. Evelyn and Laurel did 2 together and of course they were pairs. I guess we did have Laurel/Emily for Cutthroat so that's the closest we really got.
