It takes two to tango, it is a moot point. You don't see Marie getting into a pizza fight with Jozea, Sean, Idris, Victor etc. I understand the idea behind Derrick, but both CT and Brad have more than pulled their weight. Shane too.
The Purge is the worst twist to happen in the shows history. If you go home it should be by an elimination round not a amazing race style last to finish is out. ESPECIALLY in a final Challenge. Miracles happen and eliminating someone half way through a final is horrible especially if it's down to a stupid puzzle like WOTW2.
Also if you make the final you deserve a runner up prize. Not a fan of 1st getting all the coin.
I don't think it's fair to constantly throw someone into a elimination and I think they to set a rule on if you win a elimination you can NOT be thrown in the next round again. Watching Cutthroat what they did to Brandon & Katie was ridiculous.

I agree with the purge opinion.
However, I think that runner-ups getting money can't be a double-edged sword. They should only do that in some finals or have a bank account during the challenge and that adds up to their final amount of money they win because some people are happy just getting 3rd place and winning 15k by being a layup to others (e.g: Rivals 3) where people just want to reach the final no matter what to win those rewards and that kinda ruins it for me. I rather have people wanting to be 1st then just showing up to grab 3rd place.
I still kinda love bear tbh. He's a much better competitor than I thought he'd be and he's kinda hot
