He's acting like they did on game changers with Micheala, like she was unstable and will attack anyone who disagrees.
Michaela intimidates people because of her strength and intelligence. I don't recall people think she would actually attack someone. Maybe I'm wrong. It's been a while. I do want to see Michaela on The Challenge. She's exactly the type of female that we need but we'll never probably get.

sierra mentioned a few times she was on edge around her, afraid she'd blow up if she heard them talking about her. Troyzan and Brad also made comments about her "anger and losing it"

I wouldn't want her to hear me talking about her either lol...she would definitely address it
KVM you give way too many people the benefit of the doubt, people have internalized racial biases. It's a thing, it exists
You don't give people enough credit IMO
nah, I'm just not gonna ***** foot around what happens. You can't dodge internalized racism. It subconsciously comes out of people. Dodging around it instead of acknowledging it so people can unlearn that shit is stupid. Real talk the sooner people pick up a book and realize it isn't always in your face covered in a white hood the sooner people can work to fix their messed up brains.
you can go around pretending that racism will go away if we just ignore everything, the rest of us aren't afforded that luxury. that concludes my rant for the night

I love comments like this when people know nothing about me smh but I respect you doing whatever you believe is best/needed
Anyways. The comment was uncalled for considering she hasn’t acted out in a public setting like tons of these other challengers have. But who is he anyway & why should we care because this is actually making him relevant?
Yeah the Devin Shepherd discussion makes me wonder where they cast most of these black men and why majority of them have little to no interest in black females. Reminds me of how I cringed at Derrick pretending he had any interest in Day.

Best believe it's done on purpose.
Seems like the last one we got on reality TV that really stood for something and/or was with the shits was Buddha during the "of Love" vH1 era. I know we've had more since then (Theo, Jeremy, Wendell, etc.) but Buddha played NO games.

I honestly cannot think of one black showmance on the show outside of Tyrie/Jasmine and that was barely a thing. It's extremely sad how the black men on the show continuously gravitate towards everyone but the black women. And, it feels like casting goes for those type of dudes generally. I feel there are general expectations (Theo, Nelson) to it but still.
I didn’t read the first 344 post so this was probably discussed by Big Brother is the most blatant with their racist casting. Survivor has stepped it up in the number of African-Americans they are casting and they mostly are a wide, diverse, and positive representation of the African-American community. Big Brother loves casting the overly religious delusional black church person or a ridiculous over the top personality that will never win...especially with the men. Their representation of black men is awful. Grodner’s racist is sooo transparent.

I agree like we have had Asians and members of the LGBT win and still no Africian Americans. I don't think it'll ever happen unless there is more than two in the house otherwise they immediately become the target.
Not only BB’s producers are racist but their fan base is as well, so they’re catering to old white women who get their panties wet to mediocre white couples fake swooning over each other. Lolz

Yeah. I've read that the people watch this show DO NOT like when people of color really get involved in the game and start playing/taking over so that definetly explains why they cast so many white people...most of them are basic as **** honestly.

Honestly, I don't care for how Leroy plays the game but he's in no way a bad person. You have to look at stuff from his shoes. When he was cast on this show he was a garbage man. He probably doesn't want to go on and ruffle too many feathers or make an enemy out of MTV by being "too woke". For example, Nehemiah is very outspoken and a good representation but he didn't care about extending his 15 minutes of fame. Leroy seems like just a generally happy person. As fans we get attached to these people and wish they'd react in a way that we do but I just feel that's honestly not Leroy. The way Leroy handled the Camila situationw was a class act 100%. I like him as a person, but not as a competitor.
Oh, Y'all got me. I did actually forget about some of those which goes to show who the screentime goes to (which was more my point)And a few of those barely lasted or were on Real World so I didn't count them.
Oh the dude who could Leroy “Coonroy” is casually going to post in here...
Cory and Nelson go for black women, I mean all women it seems like but they’ve been with black women on tv. Tyrie as well. A few of them have been but it’s not highlighted by the show for obvious reasons
I just binged RW Philly and I didn't like how Karamo treated Shavonda on that season. He tried to insinuate that she wasn't black enough because she was dating Landon, and that she wasn't automatically friends with Karamo.

I agree, Karamo grew up a lot tho. The person he is today is night and day to who he was on MTV
^^^ You know since they love throwing that "bully" word out there every chance they get......
bully is one of the most, if not the most, overused words

I mean isn't there at least one racism scandal every season?
Seems like it smh,
That's one reason why I stopped watching honesty. Tired of all the ******* racsim and bullshit.
Alton/Irulan
Theo/Tya
Corey/Cheyenne
Nelson/Latoya
Will/Janelle
Leroy/Naomi
Cory & Aneesa, Swift & LaToya, Nelson & Kayleigh, Leroy & Kam, Cory & Alicia
