I honestly think that Darrell and CT are definitely going to be in the final. For one, aside from Bananas, Darrell is the reigning champ and I don't think anyone is going to take him out in an elimination. CT has been MIA for two seasons but I honestly believe he will not have to worry about going into an elimination. He is one of the likeable castmembers and he will not get voted in because of that (just like Devyn in FA). Laurel and Cara are also probably in the final (or at least one of them) unless they get thrown against eachother in elimination again. I'm assuming Shane's political gameplay is on point so there's a chance he could go all the way.
