it starts with a new clip of them dancing from BOE2, and CT says "Me and Diem are going to make a great team. We got a long history together, and ah, it's like we picked up where we left off." Then it goes into Paula saying that they are like watching a rerun of a soap opera, because you know whats going to happen but you keep watching.
I would be surprised if they didn't at least invite all cast members who were in attendance for Diem's service. It doesn't seem like something they'd turn peple away from. It's unfortunate that Derrick hasn't been involved in any of this. Something about their relationship always struck me as odd from the Duel on given how close they were on Fresh Meat. I never saw them really intereact after that...he never invited her on his podcast...this isn't the thread for speculation about that but I always found it strange how distant they were post-Fresh Meat.

I loved Diem and Derricks friendship/partnership on FM. He really did everything he could to win it for her and unfortunately he came up short. I'm sad he isn't involved in this because he definitely should be. He was the first person from the show to know her story.

Maybe in time he will talk about her again but for right now he is still grieving. I know. As they are dancing and Chris is coming up to her, he is looking down to the ground smiling like a shy, lovestruck little boy. I know of no other woman he has ever been like that with. She was always capable of getting that reaction out of him.

Wes was there, one of Diems friends comented on his instagram pic of her saying it was nice seeing you at her funeral. I wish I could see the clips, and hopefully they post it online cause mtv.ca doesnt show the sneek peek.
This imo is the most true, real... most "Diem" tribute this coupled with the message from CT has all the raw emotion, strength and beautiful grace she personified.
No innuedo, detracting from anything else that mattered to her... flawed but fearless, forgiving & forgiven and they got it right her absence leaves an emptiness and she will be missed forever.
