He was in a preview for an upcoming tv show called "Younger" with H.Duff... maybe he was casted on that instead? Although it doesn't say he's a lead so maybe its only a small part
I guess it depends on when Younger's production wraps. Shannara begins filming mid-January (about the time Younger airs, right?). That rumor was probably just hearsay, we'll see.

Posted about this earlier. I actually think it's a fantastic idea to introduce a new mask. You don't want the show to be a knockoff of the films, it needs its own identity and a new mask is the perfect route to take. I've been trying to envision a more organic and darker version of Ghostface and have come up with some cool images in my head, I'm sure the creative team behind the series has something awesome planned.
Plus, the original mask is still slated to appear later on.

Well at least someone is excited about this lol. I mean I will definitely watch it because I am such a fan of the Scream movies, but I am not getting my hopes up. I think I would be more excited if it was on HBO or Showtime where they could do whatever they wanted. Instead were stuck with MTV.

It's great, some chaos, confusion, a look into the darkside of prohibition Atlantic City! The setwork is awesome as well (as any good period drama should be). I think the pilot is the deciding factor of whether you'll like it or not. Martin Scorsese is king.
