Chinese are dominating every sport! I was watching some of the synchronized springboard diving last night and I was blown away by the Chinese team. Just, wowww.

Even though I know the results, watching Men's Gymnastics is a little depressing.

And I'd also like to add that the women's soccer uniforms make me think I'm watching some sort of Olympic "Where's Waldo" game.

At least in 2016 we won't have to worry about a tape delay; Rio is only an hour ahead of the East coast. Hopefully they will just adjust their schedule. Sochi, on the other hand...

Hopefully they take that route as we already know if they don't, practically everything will be run on tape delay. Every year that goes by, tape delay becomes more painful. I find myself watching the live events when I can and reading about everything else. Hopefully I will remember to stream the swimming medal events this afternoon.

Another great day for team USA today! They won plenty of matches, can't wait for prime time to watch the results of the medals matches! Really avoided Twitter, Facebook, and every sports website.

God I love Team USA Basketball...so many highlight plays!

Big events on tap today: Women's gymnastics all-around (11:30am) (Gabby Douglas, Aly Raisman) Women's 200m breaststroke (2:40pm) (Rebecca Soni, Micah Lawrence) Men's 200m backstroke (2:48pm) (Tyler Clary, Ryan Lochte) Men's 200 IM (3:19pm) (Michael Phelps, Ryan Lochte) Women's 100m freestyle (3:37pm) (Missy Franklin, Jessica Hardy)

There is no question, Phelps wanted this 200 IM gold. Not kind of wanted it. He really wanted it and he took it. This was his last match against Lochte. He could go to Rio and bring home another haul. Not as shiny but he could put his medal count in the untouchable range. He won't. We were lucky enough to see him even come to London. Phelps wants to live a life out of the pool.

After winning 6 Gold medals yesterday, USA will probably get 1 or 2 today, hopefully more!

Murray/Djokovic will be really good.

Phelps swim today just ran on NBC. Wow. He looked like a machine eating water at the end and thrusting forward. He was built for water. Unbelievable.

Katie Ledecky's swim was amazing.
