This is odd. I just looked it up and it says "Previously unseen footage from The Duel 2 is featured."
That tells you how reliable the MTV guide is. :p
Katie tweeted that she would be on both the reunion and STSHS, so I guess she would know.
I know I [strike]seen[/strike] saw that as well.

if it were MTV Canada there is a strong chance that it would be from the duel 2
I've been watching MTV for a couple of hours now and I have not seen one commercial, this is getting a little bit ridiculous.
I've seen tons of commercials for the Jersey Shore and The Buried Life though.

I haven't seen anything on MTV whatsoever regarding the reunion. If it weren't for this site, I would have no idea. (Not to mention I would have probably already forgotten about The Ruins entirely. :p)
I've only seen two commercials for RWDC, there may be a lot of commercials out there but they aren't promoting them correctly.
The last challenge/RW that was promoted good was Gauntlet 3 and Real World Brooklyn.
MTV's current shows and their under-promotion of the good shows is reminding me of how CNN is nowadays--all the focus is on the worthless stuff.
The only shows that are getting promoted constantly on MTV is Teen Mom (which is a good show IMO) and Jersey Shore.
The Buried life is getting promoted a lot more, but its still a long way away.
I just [strike]seen[/strike] saw a commercial for the ruins but it was only them backstage.

Are you trying to say that news is worthless?
Haven't seen really any of the new shows but Strictest Parents, strictly by happenstance in seeing it, but I thought it was a worthwhile endeavor. Something needs to be done there. Too much of spare rod spoil children syndrome or the other side of it: acting out child gets overmedicated syndrome.
As for underpromoting shows, I've noticed they are slipping. Then again, they used to play 10-20x more music videos than they do now.
I think it will air and most of us will miss it.

Fantastic work! MTV decided to officially announce it on the website a good three hours before it airs!

Maybe it's just REALLY boring? Still no excuse at all, but that is the only reason that I can come up with for why they would show virtually no promotions at all
I dont find it boring.. but maybe to those who have never watched a challenge and have no idea who these people are, they have no curiosity or desire to watch it unfortunately. Most people probably dont even know its based off real world and road rules..
wow mtv way to even show a picture of the reuion, oh wait no you don't. Cuz I believe Tonya didn't go to the renuion.
They never said they were posting a picture of the reunion. That's one of the press photos from Thailand.

No I was being sarcastic. I meant that it would have been nice for them to post a picture of the real reunion.
Is everyone excited??!!! Yeah me neither :(
Lets hope we can count on Katie and Veronica to get a few laughs!
Isn't it strange that we are counting on two relatively early outs to provide most of the entertainment at the reunion? They seem to be our only hope....
Reunions have never been exciting to me. I think it's just because I'm not so much into the drama and don't really have fun watching people complain about how they get played, how they don't think they deserved what they got, how they have a problem with others, blah blah blah, school girl stuff.
