dunno know.. maybe if it is well edited we might get interesting insight on what went on.. plus i kinda didnt like much the Island reunion.. people yelling over each other avoided solid arguments to be heard, plus KA made a drunken fool out of herself.. so i prefer something less overdramatic and deeper.. (if possible)
ps1.. i hate hate hate that they didnt showcase Ibis "pre challenge accident recovery" angle in the challenge, like they did with Diem and her Cancer story (before it got overdone). if they did, they will talk to her about it on the Reunion too.
ps2.. as far as i know Jo and Kenny messed around on the Island but did not had sex.. so Kenny didnt F$$# Wes' ex on national TV.. i mean he did it later, but well.. i think there is a slight difference to be made.

you are right johanna said that they didnt have sex in the island, they had sex after the challenge

I don't know if there's a big difference between America watching it happen & knowing it happened... If I was Wes I'd be upset either way....
if my ex hooked up with a friend on Natl TV, i will be mad.. if she had sex with anyone on national tv, i will be mad, and thinking a lot of nasty things about her..
but anyways, i love Jo.. =)
I could understand why there's no Darrell. But no Derrick?? He was one of the central people there...
Derrick a central character? I dont ever remember him doing anything all season. He never does, he is just in the background for the most part looking horrible in his confessionals and always makes it to the end. I hardly call that a central character besides making it to the end all of the time. Derrick is worthless.

I'm definitely gonna have to agree.

Well at least Derrick is a good competitor. And calling him worthless just because he hasn't been involved in too much drama....

I totally agree with you. Derrick is one of the top 2 competitors for the entire challenge. Plus he brought more to this challenge than Dunbar...

Clearly Someone has not watched the last episode.
Clearly Someone has not watched the last episode.
What did Dunbar bring the last episode? Kellyanne and Brad brought all the drama, Dunbar didn't do anything.
You're a Derrick fanboy, your clear bias doesn't help your arguments.
Dunbar has brought more drama to the table than Derrick that is clear as day. If you want to talk about who is better at the competition aspect well Derrick has proven himself as a champ already.
Clearly Someone has not watched the last episode.
Thank you! Sorry to all the Derrick fans out there but there is nothing you could say to make me change my mind. He brings nothing to the table. Trust me, I have eyes and I watch the shows. Derrick=worthless and what makes it even worse is that he is willing to be JEK's ******.
I hate when people just watch 1 "new" season and think they know who people are and what they bring to the challenge. Derrick is an amazing competitor and brings a lot of drama. Just because he didn't this season doesn't mean his isn't a great dude. Derrick is far from worthless. And your going to defend yourself by lying and saying you have watched the challenge for years. Blah blah blah. That would be a lie. If you watched all these challenges you would know that Derrick is awsome and full of drama. He made it to the end. He should be there.

I think what they're trying to say is Derrick isn't an exciting "character" anymore. His main storyline consisted of him making it to the Final and losing all the time, or getting eliminated right before the final mission countless times. Back in the day, I'd anticipate seeing Derrick on a new challenge, questioning "Is he going to finally win one? He's got a lot of heart, so I hope he does." After finally winning Inferno 3 and the Island, the whole vibe kind of slowly turned into "Oh...he's back. And he's probably going to win very easily because of his *sigh* alliance." Derrick is cool, but he just isn't in the spotlight anymore. He's been reduced to another support character for the storyline, and it just isn't quite as satisfying to watch. I look foward to seeing him on the reunion regardless, though.
Hey, MJ preformed fairly well on the last challenge and should never be put in the same category as Ryan because he actually one a challenge and if he is invited back and comes in shape like in the duel 2 could very likely win another challenge on a team.

Excuse me, how do you know what shows I have watched? FYI, I have watched The Real World since 1996 during the Miami season and I have watched every single challenge that has ever aired (although I bailed on Fresh Meat, The Island and now the Ruins because I couldnt stand to watch those anymore). I also saw every single season of Road Rules WHEN THEY FIRST AIRED and let me tell you that Derrick is from the worst Road Rules cast ever assembled in Xtreme. I have never really found him that interesting, however he did do some minor things on G2 with his amazing performances before being sent home last by Timmy. I know he has done like 7or 8 challenges but that doesnt automatically make him a good character or this drama filled person. What drama has Derrick ever caused? His drama is very weak in comparison to other great characters on these shows (Beth, Veronica, Los, Heather B., Jisela, Coral, Puck, Ellen & Emily just to name a few). He moaned and complained on G2 and has berated Beth is the past, real original and very innovative. I havent seen that done before. You say you hate it when people watch 1 "new' season and blah blah blah? Well guess what I find it hilarious when someone talks out of their *** without even knowing who they are dealing with. Get over it Derrick is LAME and BORING!
I'm sorry, but just because someone is "lame and boring" does not make them "worthless". Don't forget, these challenges are about competition, not who can be the most awesome. They don't get paid more because they brought more drama.
While people obviously disagree, let's please keep it respectful.
My Kina came from X-Treme!!!
Need I say more? LOL. She was probably the most vile female to be cast on Road Rules. Then you had Jodi and Angela from the same cast?:hang1: Oh man shoot me now.

But on your basis of dramatics, Kina probably brought more than 90% of the females cast in recent challenges. Would that not make her a "good" character?
So does this mean you think that his season was a worse cast then Viewers Revenge.
Honestly, yes. I dont even think of VR as a real season of Road Rules. But the group of Dan, Angel, Dave, Derrick, Tori, & LaMonte who were new Roadies who made it on the RV were better than the Xtreme cast. Then you had the alumni who were better as well. So overall I give VR a slight edge in the casting department alone. As far as the actual seasons go, they were both pretty bad so I dont know.
so in the reunion did they talk about any couples dating friends??
like wes/ kelly anne/cohutaa
johanna /kenny/sara
dunbar/kim
cohutta/susie
and so on?
