Or not...missyae just added this
Yes - I forgot to put Liz name there. I did not leave her out for a clue or anything - just forgot to put her there. I did not say a swap - I said merge with 8 Galu and 4 Foa Foa with Erik being first on the jury.
Missyae revealed a little more about why Erik is the first merge boot:
After they merge the first boot and therefore the first jury member will be Erik from the original Galu tribe. I was told he was seen as too agressive and a hothead. Maybe that is why some of his own original tribe felt they could afford to vote him out. You already know Shambo gets along with Foa Foa too. I was told the whole game gets very agressive after the merge.
And SurvivorsUnite followed up with this:
No tribal swaps. A Final 3. I don't know that they actually merge a 12, by 10 they are definitely merged. Jury does start at 12 though:) Natalie consumes one of the final 3 chairs:)....who else sits w/ her???? Do ya really want to know?
SU promised to reveal the other members of the final 3 today, along with 4th place.
Finally Yasmin's tribe will lose a mission. I've been waiting to see more of that tribe.
Not too surprised about Yasmin. I thought Natalie would fall victim to the pharmaceutical rep curse (5th place).
Not too surprised about Yasmin. I agree, judging from her gameplay so far (which has been nonexistent) I wouldn't vote for her.
We are only in episode 3. Maybe she steps up her game, but I doubt it.
From next week's episode (titled "Hungry For a Win"): WHEN A PRIZE FLIES THE COOP, A HUNGRY TRIBE TURNS AGAINST THE CASTAWAY WHO HOLDS A SECRET TO GAME-CHANGING CLUES, ON "SURVIVOR: SAMOA" THURSDAY, OCT. 8 "Hungry For A Win" — After a tribe member makes a stunning revelation, the game of one determined castaway may be changed. Meanwhile, Russell continues his game of chess when he considers ousting one of his allies, on SURVIVOR: SAMOA, Thursday, Oct. 8 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. If you guys saw the preview, you saw Erik running and seemingly clotheslining himself on a branch of some sort. He is chasing after a chicken, which Galu presumably wins at next week's reward challenge. I am guessing that the "castaway who holds a secret to game-changing clues" would be Yasmin who has clues for the hidden immunity idol.
Without saying the name, SurvivorUnited seems to have indicated a second member of the final 3 -- Russell.
Um, I do not know much on Samoa. Just Final 4...and the other few things I posted already (no tribal swap, merge at 12, final 3 instaed of 2). I only know that info b/c a certain someone has apparantly done nothing but brag about how they not only took down Foa Foa, but Galu as well.
I had been wondering if missyae's spoilers for 19 and 20 had come from Russell's bragging once he got home. Looks like that's probably the case.
More from missyae: When Russell Swan is injured, there is NOT an additional vote off during that cycle. Russell Hantz makes final 3 Shambo does not make final 3
More from missyae: When Russell Swan is injured, there is NOT an additional vote off during that cycle. Russell Hantz makes final 3 Shambo does not make final 3
Didn't they say that Natalie was final 3 as well? So unless she drastically changes her game play and becomes deserving of a win, it'd be Natalie, Russell, and then the winner?
I really didn't expect The Evil One to make final 3. I thought he'd be booted right before that...
If Russell S is indeed the one to go home in week 6, he would leave due to dehydration:
1) missyae insinuated that Mick is the third member of the final 3 - aka the winner of Survivor Samoa considering his competition 2) She said that when Russell S leaves, both tribes have some sort of tribal council but nobody is voted out?

SU will not reveal too much more about season 19 as he got in trouble with his source, however he states that Ashley has told people that she is indeed a premerge boot and that he heard Russell gets no jury votes.
missyae has a new home at Survivor Blows after receiving harassment at Sucks and has some new info there.
Okay gang here is some new stuff for you. I hope you enjoy it. I am sure it will be copied, posted, and claimed elsewhere by others but this is the first posting on this information. When the 4 players of Foa Foa who make the merge saw Erik find the hidden immunity idol last night, they were shocked. All four had no idea he ever had an immunity idol because when he was voted out first after the merge there was no talk of it. Those 4 Foa Foa members say they were shocked to see the Galu members vote out one of their own for the first boot after the merge. They all thought one of them would be the target, most likely Russell. Now a couple of them think the reason Erik did get voted out that night was to flush out the idol. They think others found out somehow Erik had it because they say it made no sense to them that night that one of them was not targeted. Now they think they know why. Something else that made this even more amazing was that none of the Foa Foa members had individual immunity that night and Erik still went home. I will go ahead and confirm something lots have speculated on, Shambo does flip after the merge and basically become one of Foa Foa. When she made her trip over to Foa Foa to visit we saw her bond with everyone except Russell. More tricky editing folks because Shambo and Russell were and are tight. In fact CBS checked with both of them about maybe doing The Amazing Race but Shambo had no interest. She is still nursing some neck and shoulder problems today. Funny little tidbit - she did think by urinating near the chickens, it would make them bond with her more. Something else speculated on I can confirm - Ben and Russell did make a fake immunity idol and Shambo did find it. I do not know if it will come into play but I was led to think it will not. What I was told was the editors decided to go another route with it because they have spent so much time in the past with fake idols and also because it never had an impact on the game. One other thing about immunity idols, Russell will use his. Did you know Mick is still in his internship as an anesthesiologist? Nope, not a real doctor. Something else everyone is being misled about is the new editing of Natalie. Probst mentions how smart she's playing and the editing last night was trying to lead us into that line of thinking, do not buy it. Her gameplay consists of trusting someone else to get her to the end. I think I have already told you after Russell Swan went down they brought both tribes to Tribal Council but nobody was voted out. This is one thing the people who were involved with the show are wondering about. They are wondering if this Tribal will even be shown and if it is, will it mean there will be 2 Tribal Council's for that weekly episode. Another question that popped up after last night's episode and Jeff's blog was - is it a final 2 or 3. On the show a player mentioned getting to the final 2 and in Jeff's blog he mentioned the possibility of could Natalie and Russell reach the final 2. Well I guess they love leading us astray because it will be a final 3. If you wanna know exactly who those 3 players are just scroll down a little bit. I will give a small space now in case some of you do not want to know. Of course nobody is supposed to know who won but the players do call and mail each other so there is a really good idea of who won. As far as another 'spoiler' saying Russell H. did not receive any votes, someone is telling lies. Either that 'spoiler' is telling a lie, or people on the jury are telling a lie because some of them have stated who they voted for. Scroll down for the final 3. All Foa Foa Russell Natalie Mick So Galu has them outnumbered 8-4 and 3 of the 4 make it to the final 3. I was told after the merge there will be lots of scrambling around by the Foa Foa players and lots of strategy to get to the final three. I was told we have not seen any strategy yet but it is coming after the merge.
So far Russell's quotes have been the titles for 4 of the first 5 episodes. Ep 5: "Walking on Thin Ice" is the next one. Definitely looks like they bring back the basketball-type game from FvF, although this time they look like they're holding individual baskets. No? Looks like Liz and Russell for Foa Foa and Russell and Laura for Galu. The preview shows Liz and Russell H holding on for dear life while Russell S and Laura just look bored. Also the preview shows Shambo walking in with Foa Foa. Possible RC win for Galu again? RC is the eating competition ("Samoa Smoothies" with IC being the basketball thing ("Sack Attack"). Galu is rumored to win both, with Ashley being the next boot.
Missy said on yet another board, I can't find the link while I'm at work, but she stated Jaison is the other FF pre-merge boot, leaving the upcoming boot order as: Ashley, Russell S injury, Jaison, Erik. Then the rest of Galu + Liz go somewhere in the middle, leaving Russell H, Mick and Natalie at the top 3.
Soo the merge happens EARLY and none of the three african americans can make it?
What may become a relevant statement from Jeff Probst's blog this week:
The most interesting thing about Tribal Council was the two very different reactions that Russell and Natalie had after voting out Ashlee. Russell was his typical joyful self but Natalie appeared truly sad to have voted out her friend. It’s interesting because as the game continues, those little nuances begin to play a much larger role in the game. Russell had just said he trusted Ashlee and more importantly he sat there as Ashlee said she trusted him. Then he voted for her, they all did. As the votes were read, Russell was almost laughing he was so happy. That sends a signal to the others that ”trust” is a loose word with Russell. I think it’s one of his most glaring giveaways. He can’t control his reactions and sooner or later I think it is going to catch up to him.
If he laughs as he sends everyone to the jury, that's something that could definitely catch up with him when he later asks the jury for their votes. Interesting how Jeff contrasted it to Natalie, one of his opponents in the final 3. Mick seems like the obvious winner but who knows if Natalie could pull something off.
Does Jeff know how the votes went before the finale?
Does Jeff know how the votes went before the finale?
Yes, he does. In other news, missy changed her mind on who went home before the merge and said it was Liz rather than Jaison as she previously claimed:
Little bit of new stuff - nothing major probably except the fact that Liz does not make the merge and Jaison does. So for those who are playing Survivor Fantasy games - keep that in mind - Jaison makes the merge - Liz does not. I was told Jeff Probst was very - very - very scared at how Russell Swan goes down. I was told his eyes rolled back and he started jerking around like you would if you were having a seizure. I was also told that John Fincher is a game player. He does lots of listening and thinking. He is not the type of player who is open with his strategy but he plays very smart. I was also told Danger Dave is a good player. As far as fitting things into the filming calendar I was told there are no double boots. I guess they could have Russell Swan going down and Liz being voted out in the same episode but that is just me speculating - I was not told that is what will happen. I guess it would be up to how they want to edit it. I was also told the finale could begin with the final 5. Would this make things fit - I dont know. Maybe TDT could see if this would work. I was told the tribal council with both tribes and no boot was basically to check on how the players were doing after the scare with Russell Swan. The producers were concerned because with all the rain they were unable to even make fire and keep it going. I was also told not only does the merge happen with the 8 Galu members and 4 Foa Foa (Jaison - Mick - Natalie - Russell) but the jury also starts there. The first jury member will be the first voted out after the merge - Erik. I know this probably wont answer all the questions people have but its all I have for right now. I was told how the final 3 think the voting went down. Players do talk to each other and they have a pretty good idea as to who won. There is also some talk going around that CBS wants to renew for 2 more seasons but they want to make sure Jeff Probst is onboard.
Perhaps Erik gets idoled by Russell?
Missy said somewhere, and I'm not sure if I pasted it here, that when Russell uses the idol, he doesn't actually need to use it.
Missy says that people in the know speculate that Russell receives jury votes from Shambo, John and Dave.
I hope he doesn't get anymore votes than that!
Missy said somewhere, and I'm not sure if I pasted it here, that when Russell uses the idol, he doesn't actually need to use it.
Hmm, I hope that this means the other tribe members instilled a bit of paranoia in Russell--this means he may be taken down a few notches at some point post-merge if he felt he needed to use the idol. Right now, he seems to think he'll be fairly safe for awhile. Unless, of course, he used it at the last moment he possibly could (before the vote for the final 5) just to insure his place in it.
