The Real World: D.C. (Spoilers)

According to the RW DC's twitter, they have spotted two cast members walking already.

Looks like they're on their way to the house now... Hopefully we'll get photos of the cast! :D

One of the cool things about DC is their live traffic cams...real time updates of what traffic looks like. It looks like the closest camera to the DC house is at the corner of Connecticut and Florida, about a block away with no real view of the house, but there are many along the way where you could spot the housemates. The camera from WTOP has a great view down S St, and you can just barely see the house on the right hand side. If the castmembers go to the gym, they should be caught on camera here.

I just walked past the house on the way home from work (live about 3-4 blocks away from the house). There was a lot of construction going on still... People on ladders, painting, people laying wires. Probably 10 crew doing things. Numerous reports of people seeing cast in the neighborhood so if that's true, they have moved into an unfinished house. Would have been a pretty ugly walk-up shot! Twittering about any run-ins I have with them as I frequent several bars that have given waivers and live in the "heart" of Dupont Circle. Hopefully they don't ruin the neighborhood! @DupontDan

Wow. The time is almost here. The cast is almost in. How exciting!

Just walked by house again while running some errands in the 'hood and still lots of people working on outside. not sure how I can explain the "cast sightings" (still no pics though) when the house is clearly not ready... maybe they are making them walk around until it is! haha

No prob - I'm going out on 17th Street (gay-borhood) for some drinks tonight so who knows if I will see anyone out. It's too humid to do much more walking around for a little bit. The funny thing was there are like 4 people blatantly sitting across the street from the house waiting for something to happen so I'm sure we'll know instantly when someone shows up!

I can imagine during every episode the people in the background are going to be looking directly at the camera.

My gut tells me these sightings today were either ******* or some test shoots... it's dark, raining, and still work on house. So unless they are moving in during the middle of the night, it's not happening today...

Here's my opinion: I am starting to believe that today was a dry run for tomorrow's move... I do believe the sightings today were legit (maybe not the actual cast) but definitely camera crews in groups of five or so walking around various parts of the city. BMP is so sneaky! Some Tweets from today: nathanmart #rwdc we have cast spotting. Guy and girl. Dark brunette nathanmart #rwwatch we've seen two cast members and a hellva lot of crew nathanmart #rwwatch talked to a guy saw them coming in on 15th and q. Florida plates, tall guy and brunette girl nathanmart #rwwatch more people gathering. we are not alone nathanmart #rwwatch and yes, we will go paparazzi on their faces if they show up nathanmart #rwwatch camera guy and crew just came out nathanmart #rwwatch production crew is all standing behind the house nathanmart #rwwatch cops are trying to write us up for loitering... Fun times nathanmart #rwwatch did that necessitate police involvement? nathanmart @ecs80 we just got kicked off of the front of the building, but not the place, too boring for that ;)

Leaving my house now to go out on 17th... (luckily closer in stumbling distance to my place than the real world house). If RW wants to tape the REAL Dupont Circle that's where they will be. Will twitter if see anything. Hopefully based on the location there will be a significant gay cast presenc this season. Follow @dupontdan for any updates (not that I expect any tonight)

Wow I really thought that giving out my twitter name would lead to some fun nights... apparently what i have learned is that it just leaves me open to some nasty tweets that I have no need for in my life... if you want to hear what's up living a couple blocks away from the house, you need to direct message me because I am tired of hearing the disgusting things people have to say. From now its approve only. Sorry I really did not expect this..

We even have a thread where we all post our pages so we can talk to / follow eachother. How sad that people would do that to you though.

I think it was just spam looking at it today.
