its not even that, Madison signed over her rights and put her mom as the primary care giver instead of Tony. Like it was Madison’s doing. If your child says I need help take care of my kid you do that. We don’t know circumstances either Madison could have been caught or something happened and the courts could have been like you need to sign your child to someone now or cps will take it so she did her parents since they live with her. I worked with someone where cps was about to get involved so they instantly signed over to parents since she lives with them.
Exactly. So if her mum is now Harpers primary guardian, Tony is going against her, not Madison. Madison living with her mum will obviously affect the outcome but its a Father vs Grandparent situation.

i agree.. he stayed home for his cousins wedding (he ended up being able to go because they needed a replacement and it was after the wedding was over) and I believe he would stay home to fight for his daughter.

I don’t think that argument would hold up (that he’s ill fit due to traveling for work about 8weeks at time?) because like you said military, and things like people who work off shore etc. I think the main issue will be, as slay pointed out, Harper would be under Alyssa’s care while he was gone, and they aren’t married. however i also don’t think he would go film if he has Harper as others pointed out.
hope this is resolved for whats best for the girl. tonny being a scum boyfriend does not impact his fatherly duties. i hope madison figures out her health for herself and family

Not a good facetime for Harper to see? Why even show her. What isn’t good is leaving your daughter to become an addict again. Madison has always loved playing the innocent victim, I see nothing has changed.

She also commented on her instagram which is now locked comments how she has herself tried to make it easier for tony to come visit Harper such as offering them extra room and their neighborhood amenities such as a pool to lessen up the cost so it wouldn’t be so strenuous on them but alyssa did not want to . Her mom did Admit that Alyssa has always been cordial with her .
Madison mom said she works in a office and all her calls are recorded so she is denying she ever called him a Instagram dad and apparently has proof but she was upset he didn’t ask her about it himself since they have a decent relationship instead he went and did a instagram live and said untrue things like Harper having a coach purse which apparently was a gift from a friend .
Idk a lot of he said she said here interesting to see what will come out In print . It does seem off that tony FINALLY tries to see Harper now that Madison is off doing whatever she’s doing

this is so false. Like you don’t need to sign that over you legit go get paper work from the hospital saying I give this person to make medical deductions during this time frame. My parents had to do that when they went on vacation and I was stuck with my grandma

Except children of divorce. If a child under 16 is supposed to travel abroad, the father HAS to sign off on it or else the child can’t fly. So with Harper going on a cruise, it could be a similar situation or not. Without his name on the certificate, I’m not sure of what is within his jurisdiction. Either way,I hope that Harper is happy and healthy throughout all of this

That completely depends on the state and whether the men have asserted their legal rights. Most don't. I believe a dna test should happen at birth to protect males and females and grant rights to each party.
