Supposedly they started filming a RW: Detroit in Royal Oak a long time ago (early 2000s). I was told they stopped filming or it never aired because the cast just wasn't interesting.
Edit: It was 2005 and MTV chose Denver over Detroit.

And idk id think the Hard Rock would LOVE another Real World season because we briefly went in to get a drink because we were in the area (we stayed on strip like normal people lol) and only like ten people were there. By far the emptiest hotel of all the ones we went into.
Im going for my 21st Bday in december. Cant wait
ill probably be there December 18-20 (need to get my group to switch from maybes to yeses first) but maybe I'll see ya there! **** the Hard Rock tho, last time we stayed at Bally's and couldnt have asked for a better experience.

-dustin/heather ex's -nany/adam together as roommates again -same with naomi/leroy -mike being married now and see how he deals with marriage and living in vegas at the same time -cooke being there would she get along with all the girls this time?, would she like dustin or leroy possibly?

...as far as this new season being in vegas I'm stoked about it, I think vegas brings out people wild side (unlike some of the places RW has been to lately) but I get that it's still just a tiny factor, casting the right people is a million times more important.. in my opinion should they use the same hotel and the same suite? I'm 50/50 on that. It would be cool for it to be used again because it was sick but i wouldn't mind seeing them film more on the strip on vegas this time

On the first season outside of the house, we saw them gambling, out to restaurants and a little bit of nightlife. On the second season, we saw them doing a ton of nightlife. I wonder if this time around it'll be them going to the Vegas pool parties. The pool parties during the day have been huge there since around 2010-2011, probably during the Back to Vegas season. It's why a lot of people go to Vegas...I do at least!

Am i the only one who thinks the theme of bringing in RW alums as guests seems like something they would do if they already know its the final season...it kinda makes sense to bury such a long-lasting show in that way

To put an end to that speculation. As far as I know no past real worlder has been contacted for any type of real world twist, if that was the case they would have been contacted by now.
I hope the twist is kind of like this: house guests get to vote out a house guest every week and a replacement arrives. That'd be hell a sick. Then there can be a twist like 6 weeks into it where the three people voted out come back and settle unfinished business. I think this would create a lot of drama.

And about the Atlanta discussion BMP can find a house for more ethnic show like BGC but can't find one for RW..... interesting
To be honest I don't how to feel about Vegas at this point. I was excited about the idea of going back but the locals say Downtown Las Vegas isn't exactly great which is where the cast will be living. I doubt they will film on Fremont Street due to the amount of tourists that go to that area. I just don't want it to be a repeat of Bad Girls Club: Vegas where they can't film in any of the areas of Vegas worth mentioning.

If he twist does end up involving former Las Vegas castmates, I hope that means none of them are on Challenge 28, especially Nany, Leroy, and Dustin.

Me too. Cooke drama and Dustin/Heather. Adam too, but it looks like he settled down and matured.
