would have been epic, though I wonder how long Melissa would have lasted. The girls were iconic that season, it would have been epic if they'd just added those two to the cast and too other dudes to even it out. I always wondered if Beth would have made the final had she not quit.

You do know that they've been divorced for many years and that Tori's the one keeping the kids, right?
I know they're divorced, yes. but I don't see Brad and Tori both agreeing to film a season when they'd need to find someone to mind their kids for up to 7 weeks AND if they'd need to be in the same damn house again.

I get what you're saying now. But based on their recent interactions with each other, one of them would've probably dropped if they knew they were both going to be on.

any idea if she declined or just wasn't used? II wouldn't be shocked if she declined WOTW so she wouldn't hurt her chances for being on Survivor 40 before it was all winners

Legend said on IG that she's pretty happy with her job & doesn't really see the point of leaving "stable" money for the chance to win money again (hinting that she was likely done with Survivor too) BUT this was right before all the Corona madness so it's very possible that things have changed since then.
I could see her being convinced with everything that's happened.
