on why he keeps coming back: because he's ****** up + "i'm a gatekeeper bro, i need to protect the house that we created" from the new cast members who are camera-hungry and who are "bastardizing the show"
on the new casting process: new castmembers are unfunny, unathletic one-trick ponies with no depth who all do the same thing: get drunk, scream and yell
on them casting people from outside the real world/road rules: he agrees with the idea in theory, as long as those cast members actually bring something different and unique to the table, which most don't
