Rivals 3 wasn't rookies vs. vets. It was basically Bananas and his crew vs. everyone else. Bananas and Sarah threw in KellyAnne/Jamie and Wes/Nany (three times). Had Tony and Camila stuck around, I guarantee you they would have tossed them in at some point too because that's just how Johnny rolls.
I will offer up my defense of Amanda: I found her IDGAF attitude refreshing. She knew she was going in every time because she was AYTO and a replacement. This was a fact. Just look at Chey and Devin, who were in the same boat. They got sent in every single time, no matter who the power couple was. Amanda's attitude was that she wasn't going to sit there and kiss the vets' ***** when she knew her team was getting sent in no matter what. I appreciate that honesty a heck of a lot more than people like Nate and Christina or Dario and Nicole, who blindly followed Bananas and flat out said they were playing for 3rd place.

She massively verbally assisted camilia. Also on the challenge 29 Instagram Facebook bag I was looking at comments and like nobody was complaining. Only thing I saw was people were mad Amanda was on but happy about the rest of the cast

Pretty sure regardless of what guys goes home there's going to be a bunch of upset people...either those hoping AYTO becomes relevant, that Cory is a legit competitor, that Shane/Darrell/CT can prove that true old schoolers need to be on the show or the handful of people that want Bananas to win again.
I don't want to see Shane's name on that list but, if we're being real, it is just impressive he survived this long given the cast before the champs arrived.

Shane was definitely solid. I still remember Mark being shocked he fell early on the first mission of sexes 2 but he isn't the smartest guy, had no allies and isn't a great athlete. I would love to see him do very well though
