The difference between Kailah and those men is that they don't have one time offenses. They have repeated history of cheating. Kailah just has this one. Which, for me, sucks because I like her ex Mikey a lot. Aside from those men you named being serial cheaters, I personally have just poked fun at them ever being monogamous as a joke. When Cara was aired cheating on Abe I actually defended her, I saw it as her way out of a very toxic relationship. I'm glad she got out of that, despite the means of doing it.
