She most definitely wasn't threatening to sue lol. As PR said, they're there to make sure that contestants are treated fairly. She probably wanted to see if she had any leg to stand on in terms of staying in the game or not.
Nobody goes there too those lawyers to sue, it would be idiotic for them to do so since they are very likely taking BMP/MTV side lmao

She wasnt selling a workout or market anything. Its a workout video that she wasnt getting a profit out from , that she decide to used a 30 second clip from the challenge where Cara was on 5 second.
MTV/BMP are the only ones that can sue for that footage not Cara since she doesnt own it.
