The Abram/Thomas cheating scandal wasnt known until the bloodlines trailer was released so she didnt got hate for it preseason. I personally never threw shade at her when the Abram stuff happenned because clearly they were toxic I was on her side. I did threw shade at her with the Danielle/Paulie stuff after hearing one of their podcast and lives exposing all of their dirty laundry which included the weird fetish of her wearing Danielle's underwear which I made fun about.
2. Mikey is a nobody to the majority of people unless you are hardcore Kailah social media follower. That's why only stans and hardcore fans care because like every other regular person that got cheated on this show through the seasons nobody knows him. While in both of Cara situations it had known people that viewers were familiar with Abram a challenge vet/favorite with his own fan base and Danielle that is known of being a "sweetheart" from one of the biggest reality show franchise in the US with her own fan base.
3. Cara/Paulie/Danielle made that entire situation way more public preseason wise with live/podcast/Joined Podcast/posting screenshots they open the door wide open for everyone to comment. Uniting 3 different shows fan bases: Bachelor Nation/BB/The challenge to comment. The biggest one being Bachelor nation that was on Danielle's side dragging Cara and Paulie that's why you saw more hate being aimed towards them.
4. Kailah is going to get hate once this airs especially if she was so open about cheating on camera, not giving a **** about Mikey and production/cast making it known that she has a bf back home through edit/confessionals.
