Do we have any information on what happened at the reunion that wasn't shown on camera(from someone who attended?)
I heard they asked Wes & Bananas if they'd work together in the future. I'd be interested in their responses.
I seriously don't think they hate each other. They are never mean to each other and when they insult each other it's like a joke.
Plus they bumped into each other a few weeks back and hung out that night.
i agree, definately seems like a competive rivalry and in game..... Kenny and Wes WAS personal at one point , though even that died down significantly by Rivals.
I could see it both ways. They seem to be able to joke around, especially after this season, but also have had legitimate tense moments. Plus Wes has publicly called two of Banana's best friends rapists.
I think maybe the passing of Diem & Knight put things in perspective for them(they were each close friends of both) and they've learned to get along. But I do think in the past there was some legit bad blood, at least from Bananas towards Wes(I always got the feeling Wes more just enjoyed trolling Johnny.)
I'd be interested to hear how they each answered that question.
Either way, they seem to be a lock for the inevitable Rivals III, and that's a team it's tough to see anyone beating.
Well Cara Maria has a final streak of her own...0-3 in finals
and she has had the best partners out of anyone. #Lawlz
Which is weird because in theory, since Cara Maria is so great to some people here, you would think Laurel/Cara would've beat Paula/Ev .... lol.
It's really a shame Cara's so uncoordinated and clutzy and can't do anything heights/water related. The girl's got great cardio and looks like a beast strength-wise if her instagram is any indication.
Cara Maria just shouldn't have commented that shady about this, since she didn't won a final either. And BTW if people keep attention and follow her advice, they will throw Cara Maria in the last elimination round in (similar to Bananas) and then she shouldn't complain about it, but she will unfortunatly and argue just like Bananas.

Cara's come in second place 3/7 challenges, and never NOT finished one. Maybe Easy wouldn't have the right to slam Jay and Jenna, (or even Sarah who couldn't finish the final on Cutthroat), but most everyone else is pretty much fully within their rights to call them out for being kind of pathetic.
Also, Cara argued because there was no reason for Johnny to throw her in. Johhny wasn't the one who would have had to compete against her in the finals. Why did he care so much about the girl's elimination round? Nany should have had the say there since SHE'S the one who would have had to go against Cara in the final. There was only one challenge left at that point and there's no way Cara would have won with a broken hand, and thus very little possibility of her getting to throw Johnny into an elimination.
Cara really seems to have stepped up her fitness game between now and the last challenge, and even tho personality-wise she annoys the **** out of me, i'm looking forward to seeing her on a new season to see how she goes.
Also still rolling my eyes at people pretending like they wouldn't want an amazing layup like Jay and Jenna at a final with them. Please.

I know right? I'd want them there in the final too. One less team I have to worry about. **** all this "best competitors at the end!" nonsense. I'm not about to make it hard on myself for no reason.
LOL at them saying Jenna was the MVP of the Challenge because she never quit. She was going to quit in the next like 10 mins if Jay didn't do it first. Sarah was MVP.
Also, they didn't go in on Zach anywhere near as much as he deserved it. And WTF is with these people with Bananas? Why does nobody point out the fact that he's just pissed he got beat at his own game?? Sometimes I wish I could argue for these people.
Also, Theresa was dead-on with Nany's style of arguing: 1. Talking louder and louder and 2. Waving my hands back and forth. Nany sucks now.
Well Cara Maria has a final streak of her own...0-3 in finals

Exactly. She's really in no position to talk.
I fundamentally disagree. I think she has the strategy just right if she wants to win. Take no prisoners, remember that you have no friends, just alliances to get you to the end... Reality TV is replete with "layups" taken to a finale -- Survivor, Big Brother, and even The Bachelor/Bachelorette.

I think it was the only choice for Nany and Bananas probably pushed her to follow through with it. She was friends with Laurel and Theresa. She's cool with Devyn maybe closer to friends but even then she is very weak and everyone wanted to keep her to the end. Cara Maria was her best choice to not throw in a friend and not cause any problems.
Jay should say: Note to self: Make sure Caramaria breaks her hand and take her to the final. Every. Single. Time.
I mean at least Cara tried to push through with a broken hand instead of just "oh drink this? i don't think so, bye!!!"
Did she try to push through? Or did she fake cry to manipulate her way out of elimination?......
Lol she sure did but my point was she didn't immediately quit, much less on drinking a gl*** of something like Jay did. It's not the same situation at all.

That MVP thing was so patronising to Jenna jfc lmao.
For real for a bunch of "*************" and superior men a lot of them shy away from actual serious confrontations lol.

It is a good strategy but noone really does that on this show. And it's not one she is particalrly able to do.
But your right about one thing..Layups are common place in reality tv. Don't get why people have such a problem with it on this show..Oh yeah that's right people only want to see the "best" compete..whatever.

I totally agree it was the best choice for Nany to throw CM in. What I don't get is why Bananas insisted she do it to the point where he practically made the decision for her. Nany's a grown-ass woman and Bananas had no business "pushing her to follow through with it". Nany's one of my all-time favorite girls and I would have 100% supported her decision if it was indeed HER decision. Bananas had no right or reason to interfere with a girl's elimination round and the whole thing was just SO unnecesary.

If it was just regular competitive sport I could see it. But when money is on the line I would want it as easy as possible for me to take more of it home. The whole "competing against the best" can be saved for some hooping at the gym basketball court.

This "best" idea has never shown in any significant way in MTV's challenge research. In fact, they have known that most people in their target demographic (women 13-34) watch for the entertainment/drama. Alpha males who want to see men and particularly women beat the shit out of each other have loud voices on the Internet, but make up such a small portion of the audience as to be laughable. The only driver behind the finals that no one can even figure out how to video and make into a compelling story line is the ex Navy SEAL executive producer who, in my opinion, should have been dumped by BMP years ago.

He did it because he didn't want to potentially be tied to a flat tire. She was decent in the challenge with CT with a broken hand, but at that point they thought they still had another challenge and why risk the potential of getting paired with someone without use of their hand? Or what if she went to the final and was paired with him on the kayaking? Or the rock climbing? She would've weighed him down. Cara herself said Johnny made the smart move exactly for that reason.
