I agree with OS. If they're casting 16 rookies, they shouldn't be casting them from 14 different shows. Focusing in on a few shows like Survivor, BB, Love Island, etc. would give a much better product as the rookies would come in having pre-existing dynamics with each other. Total Madness gave us Swaggy & Bayleigh's dynamic and we got that big Bayleigh & Kaycee fight due to their pre-existing relationships. It also allows for some resistance to a rookie bloodbath that we got on SLA.
With that being said though, Esther deserved to be on 38 & 39, and is more than needed on 41. she's the best rookie in the last few years
I would say Rayvn / Nurys / Johnny are the best rookies we have they should be trying to build the show around them as the new class
