The AL MVP is a first rounder. Especially with the scarcity at the position. He'd have been a good 9th or 10th. I mean, he is only batting .438 this spring with a near .500 OBP.

Haha, it happened because I thought I was drafting Vmart as catcher and not 1B but it automatically placed him in the 1B slot. I wanted Youk originally for 1B so then I needed another catcher and got lucky when McCann was still available once it came around to me again! Beginners luck I guess? ;)

Dplayer, don't forget to set your roster. Right now you have an illegal lineup and need to drop one player.
I'm ready for week one. Obviously the first week is all about two start pitchers and favors those who drafted aces high. That advantage diminishes after week two when rotations start to skew and are not lined up like ducks in a row.
Lot of talent on the waiver wire, so I'm sure there will be scrambling next week before the roster deadline to grab those players who are hot out of the gate.

We are hitting the weekend and things, as expected are tightening up. It really comes down to every day players to keep production up during the week after you've spent your pitching studs.
With 5 series going, the leader from each series as of right now scores: 191(PS 3), 190 (PS 3) , 196 (PS 1), 200.5 (PS 3), 200 (PS 2).
Looks like it is going to be a long and fun season. :D
