You mean 8? Yeah that seemed really random to me, too. Notice that the seasons where there is no person with an uncommon name always seem to be more boring! When everyone is the cast has a generic name like Frank, Alex, Ashley, Emily, Andrew, Mike its always a mediocre season. However, throw in a Nany, Beya, Coral, Colie, Parisa, Shavonda, Jemmeye, Flora, Ruthie, Johanna, Cohutta, Bronne and BAM! INSTANT SUCCESS! Just saying.. lol.
Lol good point on the weird names As for my last post Wooooshhhhh... I was referring to Ashley as the non existent 7th roommate. I wish there was a sarcasm font
LOL, exactly! Not saying I want the show to only be about booze, hook ups and fights but obviously that is what attracts the viewers to a certain degree. Look at JS. That show is the epitome of drinking, hooking up and trivial storylines yet they manage to pull in 6/7 million viewers a week. I think RW just needs get back to casting more INTERESTING/Complex cast members, the ones who people either love or hate. Also, more interesting storylines. Vegas did so well because everyone had such strong personalities, which in return created for a season full of good storylines.
Yeah this is what I was getting at in my initial post.
interesting...
Maybe. Could have also been because he was working with BMP on that Return to Duty special. IDK. I do remember that Scott tweeted or FB'ed a picture one time of Ryan seemingly passed out in a car with drool/vomit on his shirt. As for ratings, I expect a 10% increase this week (since they can't get any worse)

I wonder what the ratings will be like tomorrow. This episode was very flat but I think the preview last week brought in more viewers.
I never met a Callie before. Just saying.
Colie had a Callie as a babysitter.

Not only is that a good recovery from last week, but is also up 50,000 from the Oct 12 viewer number.
REAL WORLD XXVI MTV 10:00 PM 1.548 0.8 via This is getting really boring - pretty stable season...yet low. Edit: You beat me to it, V1man
Hopefully it starts to rebuild. The recent episode is my favorite episode so far, there's still plenty of this season left to go so I hope it gets better.
Wow, that's not bad at all considering last weeks ratings. Hopefully it goes up from here.
MTV is actually replaying the show tons. Lots of reruns, as well as a RW: B2SD marathon scheduled for the first Sunday of November.
Episde 6 has so much wrong with it its ridiculous
Are ratings generally higher now in the fall then they are during the summer?

I expect another rise this week. DirectTV is getting rid of some of their channels, one including FX , which American Horror Story is broadcasted on.
I expect another rise this week. DirectTV is getting rid of some of their channels, one including FX , which American Horror Story is broadcasted on.
I feel sorry for the people that have Direct TV. FX is such a great channel.
Really? Do you have a link to which channels? I have DirectTV.
Pretty sure it's just FOX owned channels, like FX and well, FOX and their sports channels and stuff. FOX and DirectTV are in a dispute or something.

Doesn't seem like the same demographic.

Last week's episode was advertised heavy on Zack and Ashley and was all about mostly other things and the upshare viewers won't fall for that again this week but the Tonya story will bring in a few extra viewers just to see if BMP/MTV responds on air in anyway (not that any reasonable person would really expect them to).
REAL WORLD XXVI 10:00 PM 1429 (total viewers) 0.9 (18-49 share) via

Well done, again. You're well within an acceptable margin of error 2. Reasonable people regularly watch this show? :o
Interestingly enough demo share has risen while 100,000+ people less watched the show...well, not really interesting, but notable...no, not even that. Meh. Real World ratings are as interesting as those of the whole CW this season :p

Not sure yet about next episode until I see an ad so I will go with a 5% over/under from this week. 2. No, but implicit was that unreasonable people would tune in expecting a BMP statement/comment I guess :drinks:
