I really hope this show gets the proper ratings... I mean wont it hurt ratings if people are just watching it online?? And will the online ratings be counted?? AHHHHHH this is so confusing :( Hopefully the people online will watch it on television more. Altough its kind of funny that the show is STILL kicking *** even though alot of viewers watch online.

Now now Bacchus there ya go stereotyping - the majority of the students go to college to get an education - its just the frat / sorority pinheads that make the rest of us look bad with their antics.

Listen, I know all about tens of thousands of idiots wandering around a campus on their way to claim the title of college graduate. I did mention in a thread around here somewhere that I went to ASU, right? :D
and the winner is ... Dannyboy by a KO!
Was there a contest? I posited a question to test his hypothesis. It doesn't mean that I agree or disagree since I didn't say which person I would favor. My underlying point was to make fun of the entire idea which appears to have been successful. ;)
By the way, rwny4ever, the accepted protocol at vevmo is to respond following the quote, not above it, please.
Damn Dannyboy, are you going to take a full 30 minutes to type up your response? Yes, I am watching the clock. This is a real world application of your debate skills and not a term paper. Lets move it along as I have things to do. ;)
Guy who gets degree in computer science from Mesa Community College and additionally is an MCSE vs. Harvard dropout Bill Gates.
To each rule there is an exception. Whoever wants to prove a point based on an exception obviously can try to do so but I'm not sure how strong such an argument is. I mean, who would be more versed about Windows than Bill Gates? I'm not sure what does that prove. Is his knowledge about Microsoft Windows based solely on his education? Assuming he was a computer science major, I'd say lets bring Bill Gates back to before he worked for Microsoft and I still think the Mesa who did graduate can make a better case for his "collegiate level" education. After all he did complete one.
That is solely the example I presented and the only thing I'm talking about. I have never said that being college educated makes someone necesarily more knowledgeable about a particular subject than anyone who does not have a degree. Simply put my point is that you're gonna claim your collegiate level education as the basis for your superior knowledge about something, make sure you're not doing it against someone who has in fact COMPLETED such education on the same particular subject. Lastly I'm not sure how can I be far off on the example I myself presented you guys with lol.

Sorry, I'm not an English native speaker (not that it shouldn't be obvious lol), so yes it does take me longer to organize my thoughts and present them in a coherent manner in a language I only learned 4 yours ago. :)

You have just proved a point. Bill Gates did not ever work for Microsoft!!!! He is Microsoft as well as being a college dropout.

Sounds like a good enough reason to me. Actually, I forget that you are not a native English speaker - so obviously you do a great job of communicating in English.
You make some valid points, but I think the knife cuts both ways. That being said, I'm ready to move on to the next chapter in this saga. Heck, maybe Devyn will eventually chime in and help give us a more robust perspective from her viewpoint.

How? Through deductive reasoning, of course. (It was a home study course for Bacchus.)

Since my thread got deleted about my feelings on this season, I'll try and express my feelings in this thread.
I did not mean to attack any of these kids, I just call 'em as I see 'em. They put themselves on television for the whole world to see. Now you have to deal with criticism, good and bad.
I cleaned up my reactions a little....
RYAN -- Funny guy, no doubt. Respect him for serving our country. I think that was his major pull in getting cast. Not too bad with him though. CASTING GRADE - C+
CHET -- Best on the show. Unique and confrontational. Won't be any good on challenges, but very solid casting choice with this guy. CASTING GRADE - A
BAYA -- Kind of bland for television. Seems very nice, but does not make you want to keep watching the show. CASTING GRADE - C-
DEVYN -- You have to see the Nehemiah resemblance here. Just throw a wig on Nehemiah and pump him up full of silicon and bam... you got Devyn. Who the hell wants to watch this girl obsess about Scotty episode after episode? Do something to make us want to watch! CASTING GRADE - D-
KATE -- Takes guts to broadcast yourself on television being a transgender. Not my cup of tea, but to each is own. CASTING GRADE - C
SARAH -- ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ CASTING GRADE - D-
SCOTTY -- He should have gone shopping for a personality while he was in Brooklyn. Is that how he picks up women? Invites them over and shows them modeling pictures. Seems nice enough, but again, why cast this guy? CASTING GRADE - F
JD -- This guy sucks. CASTING GRADE - F
VERY boring season in my mind. I have never watched a season in its entirety and I doubt I will start with Brooklyn.
If this is the final product that BMP is going to produce from now on, they are f**ked. For the people I know that still watch this show, which are few, they think the Brooklyn season takes the cake, so far, as the worst season.
Obviously, you are minority in feeling this way because the ratings prove otherwise.
So what are the ratings?
Have they been on the up climb or down climb as the season progresses?
You can't handle conflicting opinions?
No, I don't care if someone has a different opinion of me, but your post is extremely rude. The cast members post here and you need to be respectful of them. This is not how we do it here at vevmo.
I don't think I have been disrespectful. I simply point out how boring I find most of them on television. They agreed to put their personalities on national television for millions to see.

When you attack but don't fully disclose, you open yourself up for equally applied criticism.
I invite vevmo readers to respond: Here is your chance to grade BMP's failure to cast da2337 for the Brooklyn season. He does not disclose in his comment that he was in competition with those who were cast. That is not to suggest he is in the least still bitter 90 days after the show finished taping.
Casting Grade: _?_

We don't need to see people getting drunk and hooking up every season. Glad to see Real World getting back to its roots like past seasons.
Man you guys are a tough audience around here.
I guess if anyone has a different opinion than what the entire vevmo community has you just get your legs cut off.

No....everyone's opinions are different, but they must be conveyed with respect and without insult to other members.
We don't need to see people getting drunk and hooking up every season. Glad to see Real World getting back to its roots like past seasons.
Did I say that? No.
I'm glad they are trying to get back to their roots, I'm very proud of them.
When are they going to start doing that?

I agree. People hooking up and getting drunk gets boring after a while. I think getting back to the roots is more interesting.
No....everyone's opinions are different, but they must be conveyed with respect and without insult to other members.
Yeah right. You deleted it because you did not agree with it.
I had plenty of nice things to say in it.
I call 'em as I see 'em.

Which season did you start watching from?
