I'd love to see a high school grad standing up to people two to four or so years older then them. :p
Hell yeah! lmao I'd love to see someone young like Svetlana or Wes whose really young telling someone like Ashley, Brooke, Shauvon, or Emilee off...lmao.
No one seemed to answer my original question on whether or not if you're 18 by time filming starts if you could still audition. Auditions are all of April, and my friend turns 18 the third week of April. :p
Would she still be able to audition?
I've seen on other websites that if your 24 by time filming starts, and you turn 25 the next day you're still eligible.
Anyone know if this applies for 17 to 18?
thanks. :D

yes. as long as you are 18 by the first day of filming, you are good.
i made it to round three season 23 and i had just turned 19, so not true:)
Did they accept you? No. I didn't say it was impossible if your under 21. I said it's rare..
I'm only 18 and I just got an email back with them saying they liked me and they sent me a quick pass thing for an open casting in Philly. :) Wish me luck.
Just as I did for RW24 and RW23, I sent out about 10 submissions for VIP passes for RW25. All my submissions had different photos, different cities, and different bios on them.
I received several VIP passes while doing the above. At this time, I'm comfortable confirming that RW25 will be another serious season...which we already suspected. But I just wanted to go ahead and make it somewhat official.
Which means one generally trying to get into the casting process should focus more on political, religious, and social views? etc. etc.
Perhaps. It mainly means they look for people with deeper stories and strong beliefs in something. But that isn't always the case as you can see Josh and Erica being on RW DC.
Overall, they want people who tell some kind of story throughout the season of taping.

When did you get the email?
and has anyone got a VIP for Omaha yet?

Did u just get your email today?
Is via email a pretty effective way to get noticed?? I was considering goin to an open casting call, but if emailing is just as legit I might just do that... any suggestions??
Did u just get your email today?
Yes, I got it around 6pm today.
And to the other post, I dont think email the best way to contact, but I sent in an email instead of a tape around December. So the email was basically telling me that I can cut the line at the casting call.
has the email on the website always been casting@bunim-murray.com?
I just checked my email and I sent mine sometime in November and realized I sent it to rwcasting@bunim-murray.com
should I resend it to the other email or are both emails active?
Which email did you guys receive your VIP passes from?

Shocking, I know...but I would go with whatever one the website says.
So you think I should re-send it?
I don't want to get penalized for sending more than one though :/
I would mention that you weren't sure if you had the right address the first time around.
My email for season 24 was sent to rwcasting@bunim-murray.com, but my email for season 25 which I got a vip response back for was casting@bunim-murray.com. I think you sent yours to the email for last season.
Yea there a questionaire and appearently for the serios season the packet is thicker than one of a party season.
Ive made it to the second round already and the packet was 18 pages and 120 questions =/
i was talking to a friend who said that she went to the casting call last year. She said a few people there had sent in tapes and emails and did not get a vip pass but still went to the casting call anyways.
From what she said, it seems like at the casting call they try to just pick out the most extreme and best looking people. They don't start looking at your personality until after that. At least that's what she said.
yep thats the god's honest truth... They weed through the ugly, the actors, and boring ppl first
I really think that to turn the drama up on season 25, they should get 1 or 2 people who are trying out for Bad Girls club and offer them a spot on real world. Especially on a more "serious" season like this one it would balance out better if they had a really horrible person on there with 6 "almost normal" people.
Anyone go to the open castings last Saturday?
I went. It was my first time trying out and it was everything I expected. I'm very excited.
