What if on FM1 the weight of the bags were all the same in the exiles?
I think that Wes and Casey would've lost a lot earlier. They had the lightest set of bags by 20 lbs...Casey really didn't have to contribute aside from running. Wes was a lot better back then than he is now but I don't believe back then he was physically stronger than Johnnie McBride...Tonya/Johnnie just had to carry 140 pounds more than they did. They even show the two of them having a much harder time with the weight in the final than Kenny/Tina did.
What if Alton had chosen Coral to go into the last gauntlet before the final instead of Theo G. I think Coral also would have lost to Cara in that bull riding elimination considering the way she had that game on lock. Real World would have had a stronger team for the final if Theo G. was there instead of Coral. Does anyone think the final would have turned out differently?

Maybe. I do think it would have been cool to see an all guy team (Alton, Norman, Nathan, Mike, and Theo) going against the Road Rules team. I am hoping for Season 26 to be another Cutthroat or another big team challenge.
If anyone posted this already I apologize, I just haven't seen it, but what if Darrell and Brad never got into a fight on The Ruins. Do you think Evan, Johnny, and Kenny would have actually let him walk to the final? At that point in the game, the guys left were Derrick, Darrell, Kenny, Johnny, and Evan for the Champs and Dunbar and Brad for the Challengers. Johnny beat Dunbar in Rag Doll, so in Muay Thai, who would Brad have faced from the Champions?

yep yep i don't wanna bring down his elimination wins, but i feel Casey/Wes vs Johnnie/Tonya was one of the most unfair elimination rounds in challenge history

Evan and Kenny would have never jeopardized their games and went in. Derrick is good friends with Brad and probably would have used that as a reason not to go in. I could see Darrell volunteering himself because he felt like he would whoop Brad or them making Johnny go in again.

I can see them Finding some way to throw Darrell in or having Johnny go in.

Derrick is also good friends with Darrell so I could also see him being the bigger man and stepping up for that last elimination.

I just thought it would have been interesting to see the Champion guys get cutthroat with each other.

They kind of were when they sent Johnny in. He obviously didn't want to go in but I think the Evan and Kenny bond was stronger than his to either of them. I would've been cool to see them break down and have a legitimate argument though.
No way Darrell volunteers himself. He said the time he went vs Cuhutta that this was the one time he was stepping up. He also had a huge bank to lose. I don't see him going in by choice.

Plus he took out Danny to

Johnny would have gone in IMO...there's no doubt in my mind.
I don't think this one has already been discussed but if it has, I'm sorry. On The Ruins, what if Evelyn hadn't thrown that elimination round to KellyAnne? Assuming that everything else stayed the same, the final would have been just Sarah against JEKD & Susie (& possibly Evelyn). I realize that the producers couldn't have foreseen the fight between Brad & Darrell but did any of them even bother doing the math on that challenge? When the teams were as lopsided as they were, someone should have been able to see how equally lopsided the final might be. I know they got their jollies on Gauntlet 3 by having the big "surprise" ending but did they really think it could happen a 2nd time?
If KellyAnne had been eliminated, I think Evelyn would have been sent in repeatedly but probably would have won every time, other than maybe losing to Sarah in the last one. But if she had beaten Sarah, there wouldn't even have been a final since it would have been a default. I wonder if, as that challenge was unfolding, the producers were sweating bullets in fear that all of the Challengers team would actually be eliminated before the final?

I don't remember him saying that but I'll take your word for it. I forgot about how huge his bank was after beating Cohutta. No reason for him to chance it and do JEK work for them.
Plus he took out Danny to
I forgot about that. Just another reason why Johnny would most likely be in another elimination.

There's was never a fear of that after KellyAnne beat Veronica.
3 players getting kicked off hurt them...remember Tonya lost her find too.
Plus he took out Danny to
Haha, I don't even remember that. I guess Danny elimination rounds aren't memorable at all, he just gets beat.
Haha, I don't even remember that. I guess Danny elimination rounds aren't memorable at all, he just gets beat.
Danny won one of the three rounds on "Oh Ring"...probably his best showing in an elimination round other than Fresh Meat 2
The Sarah-Katie trash-off was just more memorable
This is stretching the what if thing but what if a guy Challenger had made it to the final on the Ruins? Apparently that final was only a 5K. I thought that was suspiciously short given how long the Duel 2 finale was and I also found it suspicious that there wasn't a single strength based checkpoint...it was two puzzles, a mud crawl, a balance drill, and an eating challenge. I wonder if they cut parts out to give Sarah and Kellyanne a better shot.
What if The Island was a real challenge instead of what it was?
I'm not going to answer, because I'm actually curious to hear what other people think. Let's just assume that even if it was a regular season, only 8 people made it to the end. How do you guys think it would turn out?
Probably wouldn't happen, but Battle of the Sexes 3 would have been interesting with Evelyn and Rachel as two of the final 3 girls. Hell, just those two in an elimination round would have been amazing.
Yeah, I don't necessarily know what type of challenge, but I'm curious:
- Would Dave have quit/been sent home early?
- How long would Rachel, Abe, and Tonya last?
- How would the newbies perform? There was Dave, Cohutta, Ashli, Kellyanne, Dunbar, and Dan.
- How would Colie do?
I just think the Island actually had a decently interesting mix of people. It's a shame we didn't get to see them compete in an actual challenge.
Wouldn't Abe have gone home for Coral, regardless of it being a normal challenge or not?
Oh maybe. Is that why he went home? I honestly forget. I just have this vague recollection of him like stepping on a hornet's nest or something LOL
What if either Battle of the Sexes season was done with elimination rounds instead of vote-offs? I'm sure a lot of the strong players still would have made it far, but they wouldn't have been able to simply rely on the political angle to save them if all else failed. Could anybody see things going down much differently if either edition of BOTSexes had actual eliminations?
What if Darrell picked Laurel on FM2?
Someone put this up in on an earlier page, but I'll answer it again. That would mean that Kenny would have likely picked Theresa. Either way if Kenny & Theresa won the first challenge and sent in Darrell & Laurel to face Jillian & Pete, then Jillian & Pete would have been eliminated and Darrell & Laurel most likely would have made the final challenge.
I think Darrell & Laurel would have won.
Kenny & Theresa in 2nd.
Landon & Carley in 3rd.
Jenn & Noor in last.
