Mission 6 'Reversible Climbing Wall': Posted second best time behind Paula and Johnny on their team. Cara came third (seconds behind Susie) Colie DQ'd once and posted the fourth best time.
Without any bias, I must state the facts. Alton DQ"d that one, not Colie.....

With even less than any bias.... I agree. It was Alton.
Well...There actually kinda could be.
How so? If the teams vote within their own team, how would making a deal with someone on the other team help them? I mean I guess they could have some sort of "agreement" but not a very productive one...
Unless there's a way that I overlooked, then please elaborate:yes:

Well this past episode when it came to a tie on the Blue Team TJ said that if it came to a tie again Luke could choose any guy he wanted to go into the Gulag with him. Maybe they can use that to their advantage somehow.
Brad didn't play fair in the Duel 2, he agreed with Evan to vote against Landon in the last elimination round.
Everybody said that Evan screwed over landon but anybody said anything about Mark and Brad who voted against Landon too.
Evan didn't put a gun in their heads
In the last podcast Kenny said that Susie and Cara slowed down the good guys in the final mission of the Inferno 3, i remember that Evelyn once said exactly the same thing, the best female of the good guys in the Inferno 3 was Paula, in fact i remember one mission that Paula explained Susie how to climb a net and help Susie to won a lifeshield and then Susie who was nominated send Paula to the Inferno against Aneesa
If I recall Brad got called in against Landon in that final round. Brad was screwed just as much as Landon was.
If I recall Brad got called in against Landon in that final round. Brad was screwed just as much as Landon was.
Not really. Brad getting called in was a 1-in-3 shot, a risk that HAD to be taken. Him, Evan and Mark all agreeing to vote in Landon meant that Landon was going in, no matter what. And to me, that wasn't fair. IMO Rachel and Mark should have gone into those last duels, since they never went in once, but that's just my opinion on fair.
Evan knew Landon would call Brad out. Why do you think he was all about getting Landon in the duel?? SO he wouldn't have to go in at all. He is not stupid at all. It made no sense for Brad to make that vote. Landon and Brad should have voted for Evan.
Why, would Evan have taken Mark in? Was there any situation in which Brad wasn't going to go in?
Nope, Brad would've gone in no matter what, at least, that's how I see it. I think Evan felt Brad was easier to pursuade than Landon would've been so Evan made sure his name was 100% cleared by getting the majority voting for Landon. I think Evan new no matter what, Brad was going in, so why not use him to make sure he himself was safe?
In that case, I think it would have made most sense for Brad to convince Landon and Evan to vote Mark in, on the basis of him being the only one who hadn't gone into the Duel yet...and it would have been totally self-serving as (IMO) Mark would have been easier to deal with (but by no means easier) than Evan or Landon.
I think it's really unfair to be hating on Brad so much. Since when has the game been fair? It wasn't fair for Veronica & Yes to be sent home first on the BOTS; for Julie, Rachel, or Veronica to be sent home early on the BOTS 1; for Sarah to be voted into 5 gauntlets; for Jeremy to go into half his team's male infernos while Abe, Darrell, and Timmy never set foot into one; for rookies to be voted into the eliminations early just because their rookies. The fact of the matter is, is that this is a social game. Like Coral said, good strategy can get you to the end, with or without the physical prowess to back it up. Brad voted for Landon and then took him out. As long as it's not against the rules, it's fair game to me. Was it fair for Rachel to take a back seat and watch Brad do all the work? Probably not, but it wasn't in the rules that she had to help him. So she saved her energy which helped her win. All I'm saying is don't hate on people for their social skills or strategy. Winning missions isn't the only thing that keeps you around on these challenges or allows you to win them.

That's all fine and dandy but the people that are playing this game needs to be.
1. Actual castmembers(Meaning they were on Real World or Road Rules)
2. Entertaining in some way(and I don't mean get into pointless drunken fights).
Oh and I like how you talked about older seasons.

Just because it's allowed doesn't mean it's fair. And we're allowed to call them out on this stuff, too. Now that you mention it, Rachel letting Brad do all the work was even worse now that I think about it--Rachel was so far ahead of all the girls that she would have won no matter what, and Brad was the one who needed all his energy to beat Evan. Then again, I thought the whole idea of partners in the final was terrible anyways.
Johnny Moseley will be on the new ABC reality competition show entitled skating with the stars.
What a lame excuse for watching more "stars" compete against each other for bragging rights. As much as I like Johnny Moseley, I will definitely not be watching.

Couldn't agree with you more. I loved Battle of the Seasons, and there weren't any drunken fights (well, Miz had one with himself). The most important thing to me that either makes or breaks a challenge is the likability of the castmembers. Like I was rooting Real World the whole time, but I still thought Timmy was hilarious, and I didn't dislike any of the RRers except Holly (MVT). As for as the freshmeat go, I'm not 100% against them, but it would be nice to see a RW vs. RR challenge for once.
I also wanna say this...I don't mind the cast being cutthroat and backstabing and such but where the problem lies is that the SAME **** KEEPS HAPPENING! I think some people wouldn't have such a problem with alliances and such if the same people didn't win all the time. All of that plotting scheming backstabing seems useless because you know that when the dust settles JEKD will be at the end to collect the money. And all the Rookies and Vets alike would've bit the dust.
I personally think the drunken fighting/hooking up is a big reason why a lot of the older cast members don't wanna be associated with the show anymore. I mean yes they partied on the show even back then, but they didnt focus so much on it. There are a lot of older people that do reality competition shows(Survivor) with kids but they dont focus on what teen/college kids do while on the show. I mean could you imagine the older people from the show that are in their late 30's that around people like that? They would probably hate it. Or be a perv and enjoy all the young 20 somethings running around naked. I wonder if people like Tori and Brad go to bed when all that starts happening. Would you want your husband or wife partying like they're in a frat or sorority?

I agree. I think some of the older vets grew out of the 24/7 partying scene. But who knows, maybe some of the older castmembers like seeing cute girls running around half naked.

Yeah someone else needs to win. I was secretly laughing on the inside when the rookies won Gauntlet III.

Very well-put.
Case in point: Jo on Gauntlet 2. :D

LOL when you put it that way, it is a little funny. But I still hate that they "won" by default. And some of the people on that team that made it to the end should not have been there.

On the flight to Trinidad and Tobago the castmembers thought Joe was part of the camera crew. They were all confused.
I was happy with the Gauntlet 3 outcome. The underdogs won. I did feel bad for some people, but was happy others didn't win.

I always feel nice and tingly inside when my country is mentioned. :P :)
If that's the challenge Alton was on, he was the only person I wanted to win from the Rookies' team.
From the veterans side, I only felt bad for Adam, Brad, Diem, Eric, Paula, and Robin. I can't remember who tried to help Eric when he went down, but I think it was Brad and Diem and I commend them for actually having a heart when their other teammates didnt. I felt bad for Adam, Robin, and Paula because they hadn't won a challenge yet. Quite frankly, those others on the Vets team that were remaining could go*******.
