In the future of challenges (if they do get renewed for more), who can you see will be our repetitive alumni. Like obviously every 3 years it mostly changes. I don't think there will be much JEK appearing every time no more, they will give them a rest/break in-between some seasons if there is more to come. My Future Repetitive Alumni (who we would see appearing a lot in future challenges): Danny, Nehemiah, Johanna, Tyler, Johnny, Paula, Colie, Jenn, Davis, Tyrie, Dunbar, Kelly Anne, Cohutta, Nick (Hollywood), Brittini, Kimberly, Sarah (Brooklyn), Chet, J.D, Derek (Cancun), Emilee (Cancun), Joanna,C.J, Andrew (D.C), Mike (D.C), Emily (D.C), Ryan Leslie, Knight, Eric (N.O), Ashley (N.O), Jemmye (N.O), Derek (VR07), Dan (VR07), Evan, Kenny, Ryan Kehoe (FM), Eric B. (FM), Diem, Cara Maria, Laurel, Theresa, Mandi, Pete, Jeff, Brandon, Vinny, Luke, rest of Real World kids NOTE: As for the people I bolded means that they would become challenge addicts and appear every time like Johnny, Kenny, Derrick, Abram, Brad, Beth, Tonya, Veronica, Paula, Robin, and Katie. I didn't bold JEK cause they already are. Castmates that will make suprise returns: Alton, Adam L., Derrick, C.T, Darrell, Mark, Syrus, Tina, Jodi, Aneesa (The Duel 3 more specifically), Susie Questions: 1. Does anybody have a feeling that Jodi will return for a Duel? 2. Don't you guys think that they should have more Denver castmates in the challenges?
Let's see, I definitely see Jodi making a return, especially if there's a hint of it being another Duel. Why wouldn't she? She won the first and was never called out. I believe Kina will make a return too. Out of your list, I can see Derrick, Alton, Mark, Tina, Aneesa, and Susie coming back too. From your list, as people we'll see much more of I'd say Jenn, Dunbar, Kelly Anne, Cohutta, Nick (Hollywood), Brittini, Kimberly, Sarah (Brooklyn), J.D, Derek (Cancun), Emilee (Cancun), Jonna, Mike (D.C), Emily (D.C), Ashley (N.O), Jemmye (N.O), Derek (VR), Dan (VR), Cara Maria, Laurel, Theresa, Mandi, Pete, Jeff, Brandon, Vinny, Luke, and Noor. As for people who may return soon but be gone after a few or a win: Johanna, Paula, Kenny, Johnny, Evan, and possibly Jenn and Sarah. It's really becoming a new group now that FM2 has come and gone and now they take up a good chunk of the challenges. And my opinion of the new key males/females for upcoming challenges: Jenn, Sarah, Evelyn, Cara Maria, Laurel, and KellyAnne with Brandon, Cohutta, Dunbar and a few others. More Denver kids? Maybe. I'd like to see Colie and Davis come back along with Jenn.
Out of your list, I can see Derrick, Alton, Mark, Tina, Aneesa, and Susie coming back too.
Syrus promised us challenge fans that he will be on another challenge season, he stated multiple times and also on this daily. Yeah but things can definitely change, even with the changes that the challenges make could prevent someone from coming back. Is it possible he'll come back? Yes, but do I think it'll be soon, especially after making a return and being introduced to a bunch of new kids and losing to one of them? Maybe not.
Questions: 1. Does anybody have a feeling that Jodi will return for a Duel? 2. Don't you guys think that they should have more Denver castmates in the challenges?
1. I'm definitely not a Jodi fan, so I'm hoping she doesn't make a return. I personally think she got lucky on the first duel with not getting picked to go against. I would rather the winner have gone into a duel and prove themselves then get there without doing anything. Yes, she did win some challenges that season, but I would have liked to see her go against someone in a one on one elimination round. 2. I think the only people I would ever want to see again from the Denver season are Brooke and Davis. Brooke because she's hilarious to watch and Davis because I'd like to see him compete again.
I feel we need to organize another discussion that doesn't have to do with competitors. So let's see who everybody's recent RW/RR/FM season... a. girl/guy who are your favorite b. girl/guy you'd most like to see on the next challenge c. girl/guy you don't want to see again anytime soon ...is. And like you, I had a hard time choosing the girls for Sydney and Cancun to leave out because I liked them all. Out of Jonna, Ayiiia, Emilee, Jasmine, Trisha, Shauvon, Parisa, KellyAnne and Ashli Want to see most: Jonna, Trisha, Emilee, KellyAnne, Ashli Would like to see: Jasmine, Ayiiia Don't really care for: Shauvon and Parisa
So, there WAS a thread about everyone's favorite challenge competitors of all time, but by the time I got finished writing my post the whole thread seems to have disappeared. Since I was bored and actually put some thought into my post for some reason, I'm just going to post it here. No need to put the post to waste! haha #15: KENNY (Fresh Meat) He's definitely not everyone's favorite when it comes to his ego and his nasty way of playing the game, but one has to admit that it makes the show very entertaining to have someone to root against. Plus, the man doesn't seem to be able to lose lately. #14: BRAD (Real World San Diego) Definitely a fan favorite, Brad has been on numerous challenges and has yet to win one. He has always graced the challenges in a respectful manner and is one of the more respected players in the game. His new marriage to Road Rules' Tori has made him an even more grounded guy, if that was even possible. #13: RUTHIE (Real World Hawaii) Ruthie probably could have defeated the boys in the first Battle of the Sexes (arguably the best challenge to date), but unfortunately she had Ellen and Lori in tow. She did manage to win the girls a car with her unforgettable performance in the Maximum Velocity challenge. #12: CARA (Road Rules South Pacific) It seems like Playboy's Cara is the center of all controversy every time she participates in a challenge. She is not the most athletic girl of the bunch, but knows what to do to get herself to the end. She's not too bad on the eyes either. #11: LANDON (Real World Philadelphia) Landon may not be the most entertaining cast member there is, but he's always been one of the strongest. On Inferno 2, Landon out-shined everyone (even previous challenge leader The Miz) and was part of the champion team. Ever since, Landon has been seen as one of the leaders and has won two challenges since then (including last season's Fresh Meat 2). Landon is probably all-around the best male athlete on the challenge. #10: SUSIE (Road Rules Australia) Susie is most likely the smartest player in the game. She knows the game inside and out. She seems to always align herself with the right person to get her to the finals. She can be condescending, but let her track record speak for itself. She has yet to be eliminated from any challenge she has ever competed in. #9: WES (Real World Austin) There is never a dull moment when Wes is involved. He has mastered being the hero and the villain all at the same time. He's a great competitor...but an even better manipulator. The fact that he's a "powerful business man" will not be included in this...because some say he's full of ***. #8: CT (Real World Paris) Surprisingly, CT has never won a challenge...and it's probably safe to say his temper is part of the problem. He has been kicked off two challenges for violence and has to be the most intimidating cast member to ever set foot on this show. Despite how unlikable he is, these stats that create an immensely entertaining cast member cannot be ignored. #7: TONYA (Real World Chicago) The Real World's very own "hot mess." Tonya has always been one of the stronger female competitors, but mentally has not always been quite up to par to be able to win. She does have one win under her belt, but it was overshadowed since it was Derrick's first win as well. She's very up and down...and the last time she's been seen on the show, she was sent home for slapping notorious Veronica in the face. This brings us to... #6: VERONICA (Road Rules Semester at Sea) After competing on so many challenges in a row, she took a long break. Eventually, she made a shocking return to The Ruins...only to be placed in an unusual situation for her -- on the outs of a major alliance. Veronica is known for knowing all of the loop holes in the rules of the game and can always be counted on to deliver the goods when it comes to good television. #5: KATIE (Road Rules The Quest) Temper-flared Katie always is a great addition to any challenge. She isn't the most reliable teammate when it comes to the physical...or mental...challenges, but can always be a reliable cast member to deliver entertainment. Just imagine The Inferno without Katie....actually don't, because it's pretty much impossible. #4: SARAH (Road Rules Campus Crawl) Who can forget The Queen of the Gauntlet? Sarah was sent into the Gauntlet five different times by her Road Rules team and came back each time (and beat a few boys). In the end, she won the final challenge with a team that treated her like garbage the entire time. Sarah's story is a true David vs. Goliath. #3: EVELYN (Fresh Meat) Arguably (although it's pretty hard to argue against it) the best female competitor to ever grace any challenge, Evelyn is a downright beast. Not only is she a fantastic athlete and a star during the missions, but she knows the game inside and out and is a master strategist. #2: DERRICK (Road Rules X-Treme) Grabbing his first taste of victory on The Inferno 3, Derrick has gone on to win every challenge he's competed in since (results still unknown for the currently airing Cutthroat). Derrick is a valued teammate by all who is lucky enough to be on the same team as him...and is respected as a fantastic competitor by any opposition. He's a great player on and off the playing field, always treating everyone fairly and nicely (despite who he is aligned with). #1: CORAL (Real World Back to New York) The ultimate HBIC of the challenge. She has a fast mouth and her great one-liners are extremely memorable. Coral has been absent from the challenge ever since her dramatic departure from The Gauntlet 3, but has remained a fan favorite despite being away from our television screens for almost 3 and 1/2 years and counting.
I wish the cast had more freedom in the challenges now instead of being stuck in the house causing pointless drama.
I will say this, the Cast mates are dumn they should demand some of those freedoms back, if they all united and said "give us this or no more challenges" BMP would be screwed, BMP needs them more than they need BMP when it comes to Challenges.
I will say this, the Cast mates are dumn they should demand some of those freedoms back, if they all united and said "give us this or no more challenges" BMP would be screwed, BMP needs them more than they need BMP when it comes to Challenges.
Well if I was a castmember I'd sure as **** wouldn't want the challenges to end, especially if I was a big dog and was winning them. I'd learn to live without technology for awhile. Now they should let the cast go out and club/bar hop some more. They were ableto go out on CutThroat, but still, like I said on another thread, the bar scene has caused drama thanks to Jodi and Mark. Last time they actually did this was on the Duel I believe.
You mean cause of the bus incident? And I could careless if they get phones or ipods or not, but some time away from the house, which I get why they keep them there (to stir the pot) but at least a day or two off would work wonders and would more than likely help stop some of the physical fights.
This may not do anything but at least its worth a try: MTV: not Cancel the Real World or the Challenge after this year
No i meant Jodi breaking down in the bathroom over Mark, but I suppose the rides to and from the house get pretty entertaining, including the Derrick vs. Landon wrestling match.
I doubt thats the reason for them stopping the bar trips, it caused drama which is what they want.

I remember Tonya and Davis getting a little, "close" at a bar. But I think it all stopped around the G3 because I know for sure they had parties at the house. The Island obviously didn't have barhops, but on the Duel II Rachel mentioned something about the cast going Bowling and The Ruins also went places, but still they didn't have the classic Coral vs. Tris****e type of drama at clubs/bars. Were the cast of Fresh Meat 2 allowed to go out? It seems like they were trapped in that house.
Yeah on the ruins if I remember they went to a beach party, I remember them playing volleyball.
I doubt thats the reason for them stopping the bar trips, it caused drama which is what they want.
Never said that that was the reason they stopped going out as much, just said it was one of the entertaining things that happened after going out.

Ahh forgot to put my FM and FM2. Fresh Meat: a. Evan and Ev b. Evan and Aviv b. Casey and Ryan (or like you said, anybody who didn't come back at all) Fresh Meat 2: a. Pete/Noor/Brandon and Cara Maria/Laurel b. Pete/Noor/Brandon and Carley c. Jeff and Sandy I just realized, FM2 had a lot more likeable people than FM. Only person on FM2 I really didn't like was Jeff. Sydney and Sandy really didn't matter to me though.
Really? I personally think Fresh Meat gave us more notable challenge personalities than any other season of the Real World or Road Rules (yep the purists will probably want to immolate me for that one) Evan, Kenny, Eric, Diem, and Evelyn have all been pretty entertaining to me. I kind of liked Casey until Gauntlet 3 and Ryan I'm indifferent too, but that's a pretty good rookie class to me. It might be too soon to tell how the FM2 challengers play out. Laurel stands out, but not one of the guys has accomplished much yet. A lot of them have the potential to (Pete, Noor, Brandon, Luke, and Jeff) but I definitely think Fresh Meat stands well above them in producing great challengers.

But That's your opinion and I will say that I STRONGLY disagree with you on that.
I forgot FM and FM2 as well! FM: a. Linette/Diem/Aviv and Ryan. b. Linette/Aviv and Jesse/Johnnie. c. Kenny/Evan and Casey FM2: a. Sandy/Carley and Noor. b. I really wish she had taken Casey's place as a regular!!

If road rules had continued, what cast members from season 15 of the real world (Philly) and down would you guys think would have been better suites as RRers and who would have remained on RW? Here's my list... Scott Herman would not have been a good Road Ruler. I suspect the reason he doesn't do the challenges is because if he lost then it would make him seem like less of an ubber fitness guy. Plus, he is such a control freak I would hate to live in an RV with him.
But they could choose to leave whenever. Gauntlet 1, they could go to Telluride and go shopping, talk w/ the locals. Take walks out of the house, go hiking, bike-riding. You cant do any of that anymore. Inferno 1 - Kendal and the Miz went to the mall, the arcarde, even saw a movie!

Yes. Scott actually really wants to participate in a challenge.
