Holy crap. Wes would get a discount at Esurance. I was watching a commercial for them, and the guy was saying all the reasons to get discounts, and he jokingly goes " body like a greek god discount" That is great, I am dying and no one gets why but fans of this show.
Is anyone else perplexed as to why he does not like Cara? Like where did that mean spirited nature come from?
Also I fined it funny that all the people like Paula, Johnny and Kenny, are defending him, and sticking up for him this tiem around, when in previous shows they treated him like dirt. I think Paula called her the "devil", Kenny had said he did not care if he lived or died, and Johnny had said he would like to "light up every freckle on his ugly face."
Also it seems like Wes thinks he is in control, when in reality if he was not paired with Kenny, he would be in the same boat.

Lol yea that reminds me of The Real World: Brooklyn where Ryan didn't like Sarah for whatever reason. It's just something about her I guess... Tyler also had this weird hatred for Svetlana on Key West too. I never quite understood that either.
And I don't recall Kenny backing Wes up.

I meant throughout the challenge, being civil, and actually letting him take the reigns(especially in putting Johnny and Tyler in). Getting along, and supporting him when he feuded with CT. Not in the Cara Maria scuffel.
Also wasn't the Svletlana thing about her being spoiled and Tyler having to struggle for everything. Sort of " I hate you because your a spoiled brat."

He just didn't want the blood on his hands and didn't want to openly **** Johnny over, where Wes seemed to have no problem doing that.

According to Cara he never liked her, who knows maybe they just cant get over the little argument on the 1st night of FM2.
yeah I was also wondering when did Paula/Wes become bffs, maybe its cause of Ev because she talks with him a lot and Paula is with them and Ev/Paula seem closer now too. And the only reason Kenny/Johnny defend him is because they really seem to hate CT and will defend anyone besides CT in any situation.
I love Wes, but I don't agree with what he did to Cara. We all make mistakes and he apologized for his. God bless him, I think he's a really great guy flaws and all.
That whole conversation with Johnny/Tyler/Kenny/Wes sitting around a table was pretty creepy to watch, the way Wes kept explaining how to psychologically break down Adam TO HIS FRIENDS, getting them to agree to isolate him and treat him badly. He convinces Kenny, his supposed arch-enemy, to agree to turn on his actual friend in real life, and Kenny knows full well he's doing it too. I never really saw the "Wes is a great manipulator" thing but now I do, and it's kind of sinister. I'm sure it helps him with the game, but honestly that's not a good personality trait to be proud of...

Or maybe Kenny and Johnny are just not good friends to Adam???? Adam's "friends" werent saying nice things about him like the whole "got laid for the first time in his life" stuff. I doubt Wes has that much control on people to just snap his fingers and they go and turn on Adam just because he says so, they have mids of their own. Wes is not best friends with Adam and he wast yelling at CT/Adam, but Kenny and Johnny were, I dont even know what the point of that argument was for. I think they edited some scenes to make it look like stuff lead to other stuff which didnt, also the CM/Wes soda incident happened after the club but they showed it in the beginning of the episode.

How often does this guy have to apologize?
Fm1: Degrated both Casey and Johanna
Duel: Yelled at CT like a spoiled brat.
Ruins: Would not cooporate with his team, threw a challenge (without his team mates agreeing to do so)
Fresh Meat: Treated Theresa AND Kellyanne in one fell swoop (the whole hooking up with Theresa, despite Kelly Anne stil sort of on the hook, then belitling his relationship with Theresa in front of her to save some face)
This challenge: Prompted CT, acts like a ******, treats Cara like dirt.
In Austin, he was a typical frat guy, Danny was the main guy on his season.WHich leads me to wonder.WHAT IN THE WORLD IS IT ABOUT THE SCARLETT WONDER KNOWN AS WES, THAT HAS GAINED HIM MANY FANS??! Seriously, this guy seems like a total ******.
Great competitor, but definately not someone who seems like, you would just kick back a beer with.

1. Using "All Caps" on the Internet has been considered rude behavior since the mid-1980. Please stop.
2. Please help us understand your use of "Degrated." It's not in any dictionary available to me.
3. Of Wes you write, "not someone who seems like, you would just kick back a beer with." Wes will be at Vegas Bash 2011, www.thevegasbash.com, so you can have a beer or most anything else with him over the weekend at the Rio Hotel and Casino, Sept 16-18. I'll be interviewing Wes and some other MTV cast members on Friday night and Mark Long will be talking to them on the Red Carpet on Saturday evening.

I have judged. Looks like "truth" to me -- from Wes' perspective. He says to Kelly Ann, "Tell me if I'm wrong." She couldn't. Neither could Johnny.

Ruins: Would not cooporate with his team, threw a challenge (without his team mates agreeing to do so)
How did he not cooperate with his team? By proposing a fair way to send people into the Ruins?
He attempted to throw one mission because he knew he would go into the Ruins if he didn't, outside of that how exactly did he not cooperate with his team? He tried to help them win every mission since despite the fact that it was obvious they were going to throw him in until he went home. He didn't even argue with them about throwing him in anymore at a certain point. The fact is, Evan, Kenny, Johnny, and Derrick had an alliance going into the Challenge and there was no way they were ever going to put each other up for elimination until they absolutely had to.

On FM2, Wes got the entire house to vote for Darell and Cara Maria in, and Kenny looked really impressed, so I think he's using Wes' persuasive powers to the advantage of his team. I mean why wouldn't he let Johnny and Tyler get voted in? No one wants to go in right before the final, and Kenny knows that Wes doesn't mind being the bad cop.

Your entire post is spot on! :clapping: Team Wes all the way!
I used to be all for Wes making it far in these games, but I must've only been like that since he was always against Kenny. Now I can't stand him.
Its ok him and Kenny didnt seem to have kissed and made up so him and Ev should be against the mob again on the next one! :D

It's been a really long time since those two were really at odds with each other. It's all been drama for the cameras -- not real life.

I get that vibe from a lot of these Real World/Road Rules rivalries (and not just talking about the ones on "Rivals")
I used to be all for Wes making it far in these games, but I must've only been like that since he was always against Kenny. Now I can't stand him.
Yes exactly. People just liked Wes because he was against the mob, or the mob just couldn't like him. They liked him by default and they always like to root for the underdog and were sick of the mob winning. But he's always been the same person. On the Real World he could be a real jerk too.
I think he was most likable on the Duel.
But say what you want about Johnny, Evan and Kenny. They never turned on each other. Wes would turn on his best friends. I think the way he turned on Danny on Fresh Meat 2 says a lot about him.
I think Wes did his best to keep Danny out of the elimination round. It seemed that he also presented the reasonings to Danny in the most rational way possible.

That's because they never really got to a point where they HAD to turn on each other. They ALWAYS seem to be on winning side of things. So it's easy to never turn on your friends if you're never really losing.
They turned on Johnny during gauntlet 3, sending him in against Evan. Johnny also tried sending in Kenny in the ruins against Dunbar, which was a hopeless move because obviously he was going in himself.
This last episode was fun though, where they had to vote for eachother :p

On Gauntlet 3 they weren't really an alliance then. It was only on The Island (JK), The Ruins, and now Rivals.
You have to give Wes credit, while he is clearly not some scholar, he really knows how to play the game.
After it was clear one of Kenny/Wes or Tyler/Johnny were going in he made it clear he was not going in. Even when Kenny approached him about it, he flat out said Tyler/Johnny were going in because they have not been in yet. It was non-negotiable.
Telling Ev to speak up to start the vote against Tyler/Johnny was also very smart when Paula was stuttering and flustered.

On Derrick's podcast Tyler said that Wes admitted campaigning to all the other teams during the helicopter challenge to vote in Tyler and Johnny and bragged about his good manipulation skills the night following the vote. He went on to say that's why he was so upset that night and attacking Leroy and Paula who he considered locked votes.
Cara made him look like an idiot. I LOVE her way of proving her point instead of screaming like a maniac (ie.. everyone else in the house). Wes looked ridiculous. I wonder what his real reason is that he hates her. I don't get it. Even if someone just rubbed you the wrong way, it's not normal to just bully the crap out of that person especially when it's a girl and you're a big man.

I dont get these people they would believe/do whatever he says then go and say oh it's his fault, apparently Wes was bragging about how he played them all. Is it really that easy that all he has to do is tell them that Johnny/Tyler volunteered so everyone should go and vote for them and everyone does it without asking questions? No they're just idiots and do whatever he says or they just wanted Tyler/Johnny to go in. And Tyler is crazy Paula/Ev were not locked votes, Ev said she hates Johnny and she had an alliance with Wes and wasnt going to send him in for the 3rd time to save Johnny.
Wes is really screwing himself over if he ever gets on another challenge (if they get renewed). I don't see how anyone will be able to trust him in the future.
Cara Maria made Wes look ridiculous tonight!! He was talking crap and she totally called him out and stood up for herself in a civilized way. I'm impressed.
