Evelyn, the miz, Kimberly ,Jodi and Johanna won't be back
This is regrettably true. Evelyn is well on her way to becoming a lawyer, Miz is doing fine in the WWE, Kimberly is very private, Jodi is happily married in MN, and I guess Johanna is off modeling.
During name that coconut, Adam put Ibis as the answer for " which original MALE cast member never made it to Argentina on road rules thirteen? Lol
Not really true, but even if they let him go, I can't see him coming back.
As far as I know he is doing well and have not heard anything to the contrary for the Miz. He's working hard and making his money. Miz does not need to come back.

It happens. ******* off Triple H or Stephanie will certainly curtail your on air time.

There's a video on mtv.com where the Miz literally says he would never do a challenge again because "the game has changed". I forgot where to find it though.

Some of the rumored people for Battle of the Sexes 1 were: Neil [London], Timmy [USA], Becky [New York], Keri [Chicago], Cara [Chicago], Malik [Quest]. Malik was also rumored for the Gauntlet. Chadwick and Christina, Jo and Puck and Normal and Heather were 3 rumored teams for Battle of the Seasons. Chadwicks partner ended up being Piggy, Normans was Becky and RW San Fran did not participate.

Tonya was then called to take her place. also, all the san fran girls said no when they heard puck was going to be there partner. I wish heather b. Would have done more challenges. I loved her.
On the subject of close calls, alternates, people declining Challenges, etc., I've been keeping tallies on every season. This is such an interesting thing for me. Someone originally posted this list a while back, and I saved it and have been modifying it whenever I learn something new. If you have any information to add to this list or see something that's wrong, then tell me! Battle of the Seasons (2002) – Ruthie Alcaide and Colin Mortensen (and Amaya Brecher was contacted) were supposed to be represent Hawaii, but Colin backed out a week prior to filming. Frankie Abernathy and Irulan Wilson both declined this Challenge. Fresh Meat – Ruthie Alcaide was called, but was not a part of the final cast. Sarah Burke was asked, but had to decline due to her law school schedule. Duel – Evelyn Smith was supposed to be cast but backed out due to illness. Linette Gallo was asked but had to decline. Sarah Burke from Philadelphia was originally on the cast but dropped out due to a wedding. Melanie Silcott was asked, but declined. Inferno 3 - Stephen Nichols was an alternate. Susie Meister was possibly a last minute replacement. Gauntlet 3 – Svetlana Shusterman and Jenn Grijalva were apparently part of the initial cast. Jenn had to drop out and apparently Svetlana left at the airport. Apparently, Janelle Casanave was one of the replacements. Stephen Nichols was an alternate. Brynn Smith was supposed to appear, but was pregnant and thus unable. Island – Kendal Sheppard was paid to be an alternate even though she was not actually available. Aneesa Ferreira, Stephen Nichols, and Alton Williams were alternates. Duel 2 – Dan Walsh backed out and was replaced by Ryan Kehoe. Ruins – Devyn Simone was part of the initial cast but backed out last minute, as well as Cara Zavaleta. Susie Meister replaced Cara, and eventually met her future husband there. Alton Williams was asked but couldn’t go due to work, so he was an alternate instead. Baya Voce, JD Ordonez, Katelynn Cusanelli, Ryan Conklin, and Scott Herman were all contacted. Fresh Meat II – Jonna Mannion was part of the initial cast, but a lost passport at the airport cost her this opportunity to win money. As seen on the show, she was replaced by Evelyn Smith. Janelle Casanave and Nick Brown were asked to be on this Challenge and declined. Ruthie Alcaide and Cohutta Grindstaff were alternates. Cutthroat – Casey Cooper was asked and said no. Bronne Bruzgo backed out a couple days before and was replaced by Dunbar Merrill. Kenny Santucci backed out the day of and was replaced by Derrick Kosinski. Ashley Lindley and Mike Manning were asked; Mike declined and Ashley accepted but was not cast. Carley Johnson was contacted and accepted for this Challenge but did not make the cast. Rivals – Katie Doyle was supposed to be Sarah's initial Rival and had to back out a week prior to filming; she was replaced by Katelynn Cusanelli. Beth Stolarczyk got calls for this challenge, but could not do one because she was pregnant. Rumor has it that Abram Boise and Adam Larson were attempted, but Adam declined. Susie Meister, Tori Fiorenza, and Johanna Botta all declined this Challenge. Battle of the Exes - Various couples were meant to be on this show, including Zach Nichols and Ashley Kelsey, Adam Royer (who failed the psych exam they instated as of this challenge) and Nany Gonzalez, KellyAnne Judd (who apparently backed out due to not wanting to be in close proximity to Wes) and Cohutta Grindstaff, Brad and Tori Fiorenza (despite being married), and Jemmye Carroll and Ryan Knight. Sounds like a lot of possibilities, but considering the lack of couples on the show, it's possible that some of these could have been alternates. Heather Cooke was also asked, but was told that they were "going a different direction." Coral Smith was also asked; she would have been in lieu of Cara Maria Sorbello. She said no, but would have gone if she knew Rachel and Aneesa were there. Alton Williams and Irulan Wilson were also asked, as well as Landon Lueck and Shavonda Billingslea. Danny Jamieson and Melinda Stolp were going to be a team, but Melinda had to drop out due to work. Johanna Botta, Casey Cooper (who declined out of respect to her boyfriend), Beth Stolarczyk, and Frank Roessler and Jillian Zoboroski all declined. Battle of the Seasons – Frank Roessler and Arissa Hill were asked, with both saying yes. Leroy Garrett and Heather Cooke were also originally meant to be a part of team Las Vegas, but then producers went about with the hybrid team for two reasons: the entire Las Vegas team was planned around Trishelle and Alton, and Cooke and Dustin refused to appear on the Challenge together. Carley Johnson was also supposed to be a part of the Fresh Meat team instead of Cara Maria; Cara didn't receive her own authentic jersey until after the first mission. There was a Road Rules team consisting of Rachel Robinson, Katie Doyle, Darrell Taylor, and Derrick Kosinski; apparently Shane Landrum and Susie Meister were also asked (Shane being the alternate). Real World: San Diego also would have had their own team, consisting of Brad Fiorenza, Robin Hibbard, Cameran Eubanks, and Randy Barry, but Randy backed out. And then there is the Team Sydney situation, where the entire team of KellyAnne Judd, Ashli Robson, Dunbar Merrill, and Isaac Stout arrived but was sent home for unknown reasons before filming; they were replaced by team Fresh Meat. Brandon Swift and Laurel Stucky also were tested for this Challenge; Laurel backed out due to not wanting to be on the same team as Big Easy. A Denver team of Jenn Grijalva, Colie Edison, Tyrie Brown, and Davis Mallory was contacted but did not come to fruition. Nick Brown and Will Gilbert from Hollywood were on board but none of the Hollywood girls were interested. Ashley Lindley, Emily Schromm, Ty Ruff, and Josh Colon from DC with Mike Manning as an alternate were originally a team, but dropped for Las Vegas. However, Emily said Callie Walker, instead of Ashley, was on board but had to drop out when she became pregnant. Ashlee Feldman was the alternate for NOLA; Nehemiah Clark was the alternate for Austin. Emilee Fitzpatrick was the alternate for Cancun. MJ Garrett and Landon Lueck were allegedly contacted and declined. Baya Voce at some point was contacted; when she declined, Sarah Rice was cast instead. Rivals II - Numerous people were tested but not used, including Ashley Kelsey, LaToya Jackson, Brandon Swift and Laura Waller. Brandon Kane received the initial call but was turned down. Averey Tressler and Nia Moore were asked, but Nia was not available. Ruthie Alcaide, Susie Meister, and Tori Fiorenza were all contacted for this Challenge. Challenge 25 - Tyler Duckworth was part of the initial cast but dropped at the last second. Paula Meronek is speculated to have dropped out because of Tyler. KellyAnne Judd and Averey Tressler both dropped out at the last second. Brad Fiorenza was originally going to appear, but declined due to the BGC-esque style the show was taking.
I wish Avery and Kelly Anne didn't drop out
I heard a rumor that Tyler was originally supposed to be Leroy's partner for Rivals II before production replaced him with Ty at the last minute.
I heard a rumor that Tyler was originally supposed to be Leroy's partner for Rivals II before production replaced him with Ty at the last minute.
They decide to drop Tyler for TY...Why no idea? I guess TY was supposed to bring more drama than Tyler.
They decide to drop Tyler for TY...Why no idea? I guess TY was supposed to bring more drama than Tyler.
Which is hilarious since by all accounts Ty essentially slept the entire challenge. I remember seeing in an interview somewhere that he wasn't even drinking on Rivals 2.
I wish Avery and Kelly Anne didn't drop out
Then Laurel would actually had some competition with Kelly-Anne being on the cast. I wish Sarah from RW Brooklyn was part of this cast.
I heard a rumor that Tyler was originally supposed to be Leroy's partner for Rivals II before production replaced him with Ty at the last minute.
When did tyler and leroy feud? Also, they should just stop asking ty.

She even says she gets calls still and she says yes, and gets nothing past the initial call....this saddens me. Gauntlet 3: Svet was supposed to be on it?! I thought she was done after the Duel....sad to see her not come back. She was a force to be reckoned with. Fresh Meat 2: Once again...Ruthie and Cohutta both passed up....saddens me. I feel like with good people like them going along with others like Jillian, they could have took control of that game...or at least made it much more different. Rivals: I think it would have been much different if Sarah had Katie as a partner. Katie is fierce, and I think Sarah could have made it farther. Battle of the Exes: Coral!!?!? Why wouldn't BMP tell her that a few other greats would be there from the past....I don't mind Cara Maria, but Coral is amazing. Also a team of Alton & Irulan or Landon & Shavonda would have been a game changer for sure! Battle of the Seasons: 1st off: THey should have had a Road Rules team....they would have dominated and it would have at least been a few familiar faces. That team would have been epic. Two LV teams would have been neat too. A SD1 team is a shocker, I can't believe Brad was up for returning, and they got Cameron and Randy to initially agree too! Gives me hope to see them again. Also I wish instead of Big Easy they would have just found another FM dude and had Laurel there, would have changed a few things for sure. Colie's Mom can you answer this: Was Colie actually contacted and interested in this challenge? I thought if I remember the quote correctly 'it would have to be a cold day in hell for Colie to return'. Did she have a change of heart? :) A Denver team would have been sweet. Was it ever leaked why the Sydney team was taken away after arriving? I would love to see both Ashli & KA again. Rivals 2: Avery & Nia would have been an awesome team. We need to get Avery on one of these challenges! I'm fascinated by all of this info. Was Anne from RRNT or Julie & Becky from the original RW contacted for any other challenges? I know I asked about Anne in another thread, but this thread seems to have a lot of info!
I don't understand why The Duel and The Duel 2 had so many partner missions. They could have just done something similar to the lifesaver/lifeshield missions on the Inferno.

Not sure what happened though!

Also might want to add this. I think someone posted on here that Heather M. Said yes to this challenge for the intial call, but then changed her mind and said no to the follow up call. My guess is bc she heard dustin was asked.

I'm not reading the Speculation thread because I don't want to be spoiled, but I'm upset that I'm missing out on tidbits like this. Lol.
I would so rather seen Katie/Sarah in Rivals 1 than Katelyn
Jenn said no to both seasons and exes so that's why Denver wasn't on it
When did tyler and leroy feud? Also, they should just stop asking ty.
They should stop inviting a lot of people, Ty isn't one of them... imo.
I heard a rumor that Tyler was originally supposed to be Leroy's partner for Rivals II before production replaced him with Ty at the last minute.
Not sure how true that is. Didn't someone (I think VIman) say that they changed the format last minute and someone people got dropped/added because of that.
Becky was on the original list for Battle of the Sexes 1 according to E! gossip columnist Wanda. Not sure what happened though!
Thats sad...would have been great to see her on there....I just watched the original season for the first time when it re-aired before Portland, and I would have loved to see most of those people do more (or at least one) challenge. Julie was my favorite that season, but I also liked Becky, Heather, & Andre. A crazy side of me that knows it would never happened wishes they would have gotten four of them to be part of Battle of the Seasons 2 lol. I doubt they would have lasted long, but it would have been epic.
Lori Trespicio was supposed to be Mike's partner for Back to New York, but she backed out due to the uncertainty after 9/11 and was replaced by Coral Smith. Battle of the Sexes – Cara Kahn dropped out after seeing her edit on her season. Gauntlet – Arissa Hill, Frank Roessler, Brynn Smith, and Steven Hill were all contacted. Inferno - Piggy Thomas was initially cast and arrived to film, but was sent home for unknown reasons, edited out of the first episode, and replaced by Christena Pyle. Tonya Cooley was an alternate. Battle of the Sexes 2 – Jisela Delgado was replaced by Kina Dean. Patrick Maloney backed out because he didn't like his X-Treme edit, and was replaced with Shawn Sealy. Brynn Smith was dropped from the cast after the producers found out she had a child. Ellen Cho was asked, and declined. The Inferno 2 – Puck Rainey was slated to be on the Inferno 2, but demanded to be paid more than the rest of the cast; when they found out and became upset, Puck was dropped. Sarah Burke was asked but couldn’t go due to her law school schedule. Melanie Silcott was asked, but declined. Gauntlet 2 – Raquel Duran was cast, but backed out at the last minute to attend a close friend’s wedding. Karamo Brown, Melanie Silcott, Sarah Burke, Shavonda Billingslea, and William Hernandez were all asked. Wes Bergmann, Johanna Botta, Danny Jamieson, and Melinda Stolp were also asked, even though they had just finished filming their season 2 weeks prior. Nehemiah was contacted for Exes to be Beth's partner. Lots of people were contacted for Rivals II when it was still in the Duel 3 stages. I wish they would have stuck with that or a Vet vs Rookies theme, it would have been so much better than the weak "rivals" pairs we ended up with.
I'm shocked Nick Brown turned down any challenges. He seemed like the type who was so desperate to be on the challenges. Just like Brandon Nelson
